Guest UserLast year, in early August, the same room cost around 1700, but this year, booking two months in advance, it was only a little over 500. Honestly, the hotel being so affordable was a major reason why I came back to visit again.
The bathroom has a standard Japanese-style wet/dry separation, which even some much pricier hotels I stayed in later didn't offer. The amenities included something for relaxing your feet, haha, it still makes me laugh thinking about it!
If you check in early, you can request a room with a view of Universal Studios.
Universal Citywalk is right downstairs.
There's enough space to lay out two 32-inch suitcases flat.

Lively Osaka was very cozy & very friendly staffs who all spoke decent English. Their hospitality was definitely one of the best I’ve been to in 🇯🇵 also a good size room for BIZ traveller (wish they offered 1 King instead of 2 twins). Bfast was acceptable but if u stay more then few nights might get tired of them since it’s the same daily! Overall was a nice experience & will for sure try their sister hotel chains in other cities!

The hotel is located right in front of Dotonbori Street, but it's not a noisy area. There are convenience stores like Lawson and 7-Eleven nearby. It's about a 15-minute walk (1km) from Namba Station, which is manageable when coming from the airport. The bathroom was clean. Free breakfast includes bread, drinks, and coffee. The coffee was absolutely delicious! Amenities are self-service on the first floor. You need to request new towels daily. Room cleaning is done once every three nights. The room itself is small, but having experienced even smaller rooms before, this size was acceptable.

This was my second stay here, but this time the twin room on the 20th floor wasn't as clean as the one on the 26th floor from my first visit. The toilet in the bathroom had an odor; even after disinfecting it with alcohol wipes and flushing multiple times, there was still a urine smell. I considered asking for a room change, but it felt like too much hassle with a child. However, the front desk staff who spoke Chinese allowed us to check in early, which was great! The view outside is still fantastic, and the Nike outlet nearby has prices that feel almost too good to be true.

algebraxThis hotel is super convenient, located near Namba Station. You just cross the famous bridge that everyone visits, and you're at various subway lines, which is why I always stay here when I visit Osaka! There are also plenty of great food options nearby, and a Lawson convenience store right around the corner downstairs. This time, I stayed in room 803, and right outside my door were the ice maker and laundry room. It costs 25 RMB to wash a load of clothes, which takes about 1 hour and 20 minutes – really handy for tourists staying in Japan for several days. Check-in is at 3 PM, but if you arrive early, you can store your luggage yourself. The hotel provides daily housekeeping and bottled water. I stayed here this summer for two nights, costing 1052 RMB, and paid an 880 JPY city tax upon arrival! I appreciated the post-payment option after check-in, and booking through Trip.com was very easy!

Xige1993Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby all night. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The facilities are excellent, offering great value for money, and I truly felt at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it!

Guest UserSince it’s a newly opened hotel, everything was very clean.
Pros:
- The best part is that it’s still new and clean.
- Washer & dryer in the room!
- The bathroom was equipped with a ReFa hair dryer, shampoo, etc.
- There is a complimentary coffee machine on the lobby floor, which includes options like cappuccino and decaf.
- The room was relatively spacious for a city hotel.
Cons:
- No coffee in the room (they provide tea bags you can take to your room).
- Having the front desk on the 18th floor felt a bit inconvenient.
- Housekeeping is only once every 7 days (though towels and trash bags are replaced daily).
- The TV turns on automatically every time you enter the room.

Guest UserThe room is small but can open two suitcases. The public bath and spa are excellent. Close to JR station and donki. But the staff and hotel policy are terrible and I could only rate it woth adverse comment. First, at checkin the staff did not tell us the spa world could be used even after checkout, so we had no idea we could still stay to play the spa world the next day until we learnt it from other residents in the hotel. If we have learnt it earlier at checkin we might adjust our travelling plan as we checkin late at night from landing. Second,
upon checkout we asked for luggage storage service, which is very basic services of hotel, but the staff said if we were leaving and not staying for the spa, they would not keep our luggage. I am not meaning leaving Japan but I just go out from breakfast or some shopping. I have visited Japan multiple times and stayed in many hotels or residence, and this is the first one not offering luggage storage service. Please do not call this a hotel if you refuse to offer luggage storage service. Third, the hotel prohibited any slipper and every one had to walk back to rooms in bare feet after public bath, this sounds dirty while the staff was wearing slipper. Hotel could provide slippers and require resident to wear hotel slippers only. Bad experience and poor service.

Dot2 CFantastic location! Just cross the traffic light and you are right in the heart of Shinsaibashi. Whoever loves Lululemon it is just right opposite the hotel. The room come with washing machine which is great for families. The only thing not good is that the hotel lighting is insufficient. It’s a little bit dim. Definitely will stay again because of its location.

The location is absolutely superb, just a few minutes from all the major shopping malls. The breakfast selection is incredibly rich, and the service is outstanding—attentive, thoughtful, and professional. I'd give it an easy five-star-plus rating. I stayed for three nights, and after a trip to the northern beach, I'll be back for another three nights. A note: for my first three nights, I chose a 25-square-meter room, and for the latter three, I opted for a 38-square-meter room.
