Had a great stay at President Premier Osaka Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with thoughtful amenities. The location is very convenient—near a train station and surrounded by 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, Lawson, AEON, and a shopping arcade. Breakfast was a highlight, especially the wagyu beef. I also enjoyed the daily snacks and drinks at the lounge, which added to the experience. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay. Would definitely come back.

Location is perfect. Breakfast was perfect. Lounge would be better with more food varieties but they had a lot of drinks options including sake, champagne, wine and beer on top of the usuals which was great. One thing i didnt like is that their rooms are super tiny. We got a triple room and it was so tight. Next maybe two doubles is required for more space. Another disappointment is that they don't provide lotion which i think is a basic amenity. And that every certain hours of the night 10-ish -2am (everyday) you can hear super noisy motorcycles revving in the main street randomly. (I guess that's not directly their fault buy maybe they could opt for a more soundproof window or something.)

This is a brand new hotel and I was very impressed. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful with everything. There's complimentary drinking water and fresh coffee in the lobby, and the coffee is strong and delicious! The hotel has three elevators, which is super convenient. The location is great, right behind Kizu Fish Market – you just have to cross the road from the hotel. There's also a Lawson convenience store right next door. The room was clean and well-equipped. The hairdryer was powerful, and the layout of the room was good, allowing us to open two suitcases comfortably. Our room had a view of the train tracks, which was interesting to watch, but you could hear the trains passing by. The lighting in the room was excellent, with multiple adjustable lights, including white light options. They cleaned the room daily, which was a nice touch. If you're heading to the Nipponbashi or Shinsekai areas, it's about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Namba is about 20 minutes away. It's also very convenient for getting around by train, with the subway station about a 10-minute walk. We got a really good price when we booked!

Had an enjoyable stay here at Mercure! Amenities were complete, housekeeping & receptionists were friendly and able to converse in English which made our stay more pleasant. Location of the hotel is sooo convenient. - a 10-min walk from Shinsaibashi/Namba station - has family mart and donki nearby - taxi fare from the hotel to Nankai Namba Station (for the airport) was 1,400 won - all you have to do is cross the main road and you’ll already arrive at Shinsaibashi shopping street! My luggage was also damaged during my flight to Osaka, so the staff politely helped to handle the disposal of my luggage for free. The only thing that slightly bothered me was the superrrr dark lighting in the room. There were times I had to use my phone’s flashlight to find things but it was still bearable for me. The hotel enjoys an excellent location, conveniently situated close to the main shopping street and many of the city’s key attractions, making it ideal for both leisure and business travelers. Public transportation is very accessible, with the metro station just a short walk away. From there, it takes only two stops to reach the JR line that connects directly to the Airport Express, which is extremely convenient for arrivals and departures. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist, creating a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. The breakfast offers a good variety of options and provides a satisfying start to the day. The hotel amenities are well-maintained and thoughtfully provided, ensuring guests have everything they need. The room itself was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. One of the highlights was the excellent shower facility, which was modern, spacious, and very enjoyable to use after a long day of exploring. Overall, the hotel delivers a high standard of comfort and convenience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The stay was so comfy because it was located near to convenience stores, restaurants, and den den town! If you have no luggage, the nearest exit would be exit 5 :) Pros: Had free flow ice cream, drinks, ramen, and a hot spring! Location was great too. Cons: Because of the great price points, the food area can get a little bit crowded. Personally, I don’t mind because it just adds on to the atmosphere!

It's been over 10 years since I last visited Osaka, so I specifically booked this hotel nearby. I chose it based on the price, ratings, and reviews, and it definitely didn't disappoint – it exceeded my expectations! It offers incredible value for money. It's only a 5 to 8-minute walk from the busiest part of Shinsaibashi. The facilities are very new, and the service is excellent. The room facilities were better than I expected, and I was lucky enough to be assigned to the top floor, so the view was incredibly open and bright. If I could stay on the top floor again next time, that would be absolutely wonderful.

Very satisfied with my stay. The room was clean, and the location was super convenient. It's close to Tenmangu Shrine, not far from Tenjinbashi shopping street, and there's a supermarket nearby. Overall, it's very convenient, and I'd likely choose to stay here again.

Facilities: The room was clean and new with good soundproofing, and the surrounding area was quiet, allowing me to sleep in until the afternoon. Hygiene: Clean and sanitary. Environment: There was no problem opening two 28-inch suitcases. Service: The front desk staff were enthusiastic and efficient. Price: Excellent value for money compared to the Namba city center. Downside: It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Namba city center (Takashimaya). It would be more convenient to ride a Luup bike.

The heated floor tiles in the large public bath were wonderfully comfortable, emanating a pleasant warmth from below. I also tried the bedrock bath, and I realized why it was so hot after forgetting to lay down a towel. The exhaust fan, air conditioning, and refrigerator were all incredibly quiet, and the electric kettle felt very high-quality. However, the toiletries were quite poor, including the shampoo, conditioner, showerhead, and hairdryer.
