GGuest UserThere are not many types of breakfast, only bread and batter, and fried eggs.
The room service is relatively poor, the toiletries are deliberately left, waiting for you to call the front desk to ask for it, and waiting for you to tip when it is delivered. The room cost is more than 500, which feels too worthless. But there is no way, it is worse if it doesn't live here.

The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish being perfectly prepared and flavorful. The highlight of my visit, however, was the outstanding hospitality provided by mr. Yogesh mehra, the f&b manager. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and dedication to ensuring a great experience truly stood out. A big thank you to mr. Mehra and his team for making my visit so special. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch food and service! would you like any edits or additions?

Location-wise excellent, Ashram Road of Amdavad.
The hotel reception has a tremendous fragrance, staff are very attentive and helpful. The check-in process is fast and efficient.
Breakfast is well spread with veg and non-veg food available.
Restaurant staff especially Kriti and the head chef were excellent. Love their services.
The room is good size, the bathroom is neat and clean and with sufficient amenities.
Over a fantastic family hotel.
Room rates are quite reasonable for a 5-star hotel, only rupees 6000/night.

Ssamuel eelGenerally the experience was still not bad. The front desk staff was trying her best to be as much help possible during the stay.
I had wifi issue they even end up decided to give me an individual dialed-up router. What a wonderful service. 10/10 for that
But however there are a lot of things seems unorganize... few of the tea break staff and lunch time staff seems clueless on what to do...
No one is willing to serve and they had no idea what to do when a guest wanted to order something. Its just a complimentary tea - breakkkkk....
Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too.
They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here.
Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating.
Overall still a rather pleasant stay. will consider coming again when i am around

GGuest UserVery good hotel ! all services excellent! rooms n washroom all top notch ! ! helpful staff. It has its own restaurant and there are few more restaurants around it which gave us more options to eat during our 3 days stay. I will rate 9/10 for our experience

GGuest UserEverything was great and my only disappointment was that the room was in a dark corridor with windows into that corridor. We had no light or windows to allow light in. The room itself was well appointed and very large. The staff were amazing and if we were staying longer I would have requested a different room.
