Courtyard Vadodara

The hotel is one of the better hotels that I have stayed over the years. Would stay here again if I travelled to Vodadara next time.

Courtyard by Marriott: A Class Apart The Courtyard by Marriott is truly a class apart. From the moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted with a sense of luxury and sophistication. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The service at the hotel is exceptional. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is also a highlight. It offers a wide variety of dishes, including both Western and local options. I would have liked to see a few more local specialties, but overall I was very satisfied with the spread. Overall, I highly recommend the Courtyard by Marriott. It's a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. New and clean hotel. However hotel staff needs training on hospitality , to compare, staffs at ITC Welcom Hotel (near by business hotel) are more better at gesture. Especially entrance and reception, it feels like you are entering at train station, as they will not even help with luggage when scanning bags.

This is my second visit in 1 year staff is extremely helpful, amenities and room service is excellent too. Rooms are clean as hell

Our stay at this hotel was the wonderful. Staff was courteous (especially Mr Bharat ) and their service was excellent. Breakfast was rich and spread was vast. I will stay here next time I visit Vadodara.

Clean room, amenities, breakfast, gym and last but not the least the staff... ever smiling, always willing to help and prompt with any requests; particularly Mr. Saurav in the restaurant and Ms. Sanchi at the reception.

For the price I paid, which is equivalent to what I pay at the Oberoi, the service was very poor. This is NOT a 5 Star hotel by the stretch of imagination. The staff were polite, but indifferent. The room was clean, but not worth the money I paid. Overall very poor experience.
