Took the skytrain aka Kalayang to commute between terminals. Reached T3 exit towards domestic departure exit take escalators near rightmost end from L2 to L1. Turn right at L1 following signs towards Hotel.You will see an A&W restaurant on the right side near the hotel entrance. Skytrain took 7 mins from terminals to terminals including airport express train to city area. The location is very Ideal for very early flight schedule or flight overlay. Quick check in. Good breakfast. Hotel utilized Ipad system to showcase their various services and facilities, also doubled as phone and messaging system for room service between the front desk, restaurant and room.

A clean and well-equipped hotel. It’s only a 10-minute drive from my workplace. There is also a convenience store near the hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They truly cater to every tourist's needs. Thank you very much.

My stay at Anara Airport Jakarta was excellent and very convenient, especially for transit. The hotel is clean, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms that provide a relaxing environment after a long journey. Its direct connection to the airport makes it extremely practical, saving time and hassle. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Despite being located at the airport, the rooms were quiet, allowing for a good rest. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would highly recommend Anara Airport Jakarta for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Jakarta Soekarno-Hatta Airport. The room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night’s rest after a long day of travel. Breakfast was another highlight — a good selection of tasty dishes, fresh options, and warm service to start the morning right. I also appreciated the well-equipped gym, which had everything I needed for a proper workout. The hotel’s overall atmosphere felt modern, neat, and welcoming. With its convenient location near the airport and consistently high standards, this property is definitely a great choice for travellers.

Clean, comfortable, spacious. The staff are superb. David the airport shuttle driver and Abhi (I think) were very helpful. Breakfast was basic, but it’s good enough. Will definitely stay again in the future. However, the airport shuttle should be more than just 3 times in a day.

The location is excellent, especially for travelers who need quick access to the airport. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Had a fantastic stay! The room was spotless and tidy, with comfortable bedding and excellent natural light and ventilation. All the facilities were complete and worked perfectly. The front desk staff were warm and efficient, responding to requests promptly. The location is convenient for transportation and has a wide variety of dining options. Overall, it offers incredible value for money, making it suitable for both leisure and business trips. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Very efficient, regular shuttle bus service to all airport terminals, for this alone it is worth staying at the Swiss Belhotel CGK airport. Nice restaurant, good bar and outdoor cafe seating area. Friendly staff. The hotel room was spacious, the shower had good water pressure, choice of nozzles and temperatures. BUT: The mattress was very, very soft so in the end I couldn't sleep in the bed, and I ended up sleeping on the floor. ALSO: 3 days after checking out I received a scam email purporting to be from the hotel, asking for my personal details. Only Trip.com and the hotel knew I was staying there - how did the scammer know I stayed there and how did they get my email address? Management needs to check on their front office staff.

Very nice room and spacious, breakfast spread was great too and cooked very good sunny side up eggs. Forgotten to return my hotel card but I will be back next month again and stay at same hotel and also return the room key.
