The welcome was excellent, and valet parking was available upon arrival at the hotel entrance. The rooms are comfortable and very well-equipped, with numerous amenities available. The gym is easily accessible and offers a wide selection of machines, allowing for a great workout. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. The hotel is a bit old, but the facilities are complete and there's free underground parking. The front desk service is professional and warm! Breakfast is decent, not amazing, but it has all the essentials!

It was our 1st time in uludag. The hotel is huge and has amazing staff especially the porter (i forgot his name). He is super pleasant. We didnt get the breakfast in hotel as it was too expensive. The room is clean n nice.

Very average, the most run-down Sheraton I've ever stayed in. I didn't read the information carefully when I checked in, and I didn't realize I hadn't registered for the executive lounge until I checked in. The curtains in the room fell off as soon as I pulled them. I'm sure I'm definitely not the first one to have them fall off. They were fixed quickly, but I don't understand why such an obvious problem can't be solved systematically? The only thing I think is good is the executive lounge, the view and food are all good, and the hotel has a Turkish bath experience + sauna room.

Of the minuses: the hotel is old, there are no carpets in the corridors and, accordingly, you can hear literally everything, the door to the room is the same as the interior door. That is, none. The number needs updating. It was not possible to really sleep or rest, it was too noisy. The curtains are also ordinary, the light shines through the window in the morning. Pros: good breakfast; wonderful spa area and baths; wonderful staff!

You can walk in a quiet way from the hotel (Uludağ University Station) to the city centre (City Coast/Ulucami Hanlar District Station) without entering traffic by metro line/parking place without need to search. The hotel's old Holiday Inn has only changed its business/name. We stayed in the Executive room, ga*** was comfortable and comfortable. The service was good, but two of us said they were returned to our requests immediately. Thank you for the quality importance they give to staff's client satisfaction ...
