5-Star Hotels in Lower Silesian, Poland

Freundliches Personal, gute Unterkunft, leckeres Frühstück. Der Garten ist klein, erlaubt aber, nachts das Fenster auf Kippe zu stellen, der Innenhof ist ruhig. Altstadt fußläufig in 10 min erreichbar.  Parkplätze sind rar in Wroclaw, unbedingt dazubuchen, falls man mit dem Auto anreist, auf Hotelgelände gibt es einen kleinen Parkplatz und 2 E-Ladesäulen, neben dem Hotel einen grösseren Parkplatz. Parken ist aber teuer. 

A very good convenience is the spa zone open until midnight!

Good hotel with a large room. Service could be improved, friendliness, and at the reception, you're not allowed to ask questions; the answer is that you can look online, etc. We're used to it differently from other 5-star hotels.

The hotel is about a 10 min walk from Wroclaw train station, and also about a 10 minute walk to the old town square where the Christmas market was. Perfectly situated I must say. The room was well maintained, and I really appreciated the wall in the bathroom that was heated (warm towel and clothes after shower in winter = bliss). The staff were all very friendly and helpful, sharing with us the map of the attractions and also bringing to our attention all shops would be closed on Sundays l. We had the most enjoyable stay here.

Thank you very much for the beautiful stay. All was consistent. It was a surprise for my friend on his birthday and she was very successful. The accommodation was very clean, you had a genial view and a great whirlpool as well as a sauna to relax. The lady at the reception was also very nice. There are about 10 minutes walk to the centre. Parking is available on site. At present there are construction works there are being rebuilt in the building as well as in addition. We will come back soon. Thank you !

The stay was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast is superb and has a lot of variety. The spa and the gym are on the smaller side, but both facilities offer everything you need. What I loved especially was the location close to the cathedral and how quiet it was for such a central location.

Mövenpick Resort & Spa Karpacz is a real pearl among mountain hotels. Located in the picturesque surroundings of the Karkonos, it combines luxury with the proximity of nature. The rooms are spacious, elegantly decorated and very comfortable, and the spa zone with swimming pools and saunas guarantees full relaxation. The restaurant – is delicious, prepared with the highest care and fresh ingredients. The unique culinary attraction is the help of sommelier, which with great commitment advises perfect wines for food, making dinner an unforgettable experience. Hotel service is extremely friendly and professional, and the atmosphere is full of peace and elegance.

Overall, I have very mixed feelings. 1. Tasty breakfasts from the menu; the buffet is ridiculous; it would be better if there wasn't one. Two juices to choose from, apple and pear :) and remember, this is a 5-star hotel. There's not even honey for the tea. So, compared to a competing hotel nearby for the same price, I don't know why you're paying so much for breakfast. 2. The photos of the rooms on the trip were slightly different from the real thing. There was no picture on the wall and no chair to sit on. 3. Poor quality, unbranded cosmetics. They irritate the skin. There's not even a label to read the ingredients.

It's an old building but the interior is not at all. It feels like sleeping in the museum as old as history. But the facilities are up to date

That day started at 3 pm. I confessed this before I made an appointment, and a gentleman suggested that he could check in early on the phone. Subject to room availability. Mrs. Agata said that I checked in at the reception desk at 1:20 pm, and she said I would check in after 3:00 pm. I asked if there are other solutions or room possibilities, Mr. Agata holds the ID card in his hand It is personal and shameful to say that you do not understand Polish! The two couples checked in after me without any problems, but the room availability is different due to the standard or arrangement of the bed The Marriott applauded with such rude applause. cerium
