GGuest UserWhen we went, the hotel was basically dominated by a corporate event that was happening. They pretty much took over the whole hotel (pool, beach, everywhere), without officially doing a buyout. We wished the hotel would have informed us and let us know ahead of time so we wouldn’t have stayed there. It felt like a vegas party vibe. It didn’t not give a luxury hotel vibe for that reason. Had I gone another time, I would’ve enjoyed the hotel more. But from my time there this time, it felt overhyped and not worth the Michelin keys or the price point. Nothing wrong with the hotel, just felt average to me plus the Vegas corporate crowd.

GGrady PoonWe had a wonderful stay at this all-inclusive hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and many of them spoke good English, which made communication very easy. The beach was beautiful, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the sea. The drinks were great, including tea and poolside drinks, which added to the overall experience. We also appreciated the ping-pong facilities, which were a nice extra activity during our stay. The restaurants were generally very good, with tasty food and pleasant service. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and comfortable holiday.

GGuest UserThe facility was nice. The food was delicious. Staff was generally great, but it was difficult for them to accommodate a large group (14). The refused to seat us together and it was a struggle every time even when we were hoping to celebrate a birthday. Some requests were also contingent on who you spoke to. Policies did not seem to be consistent

GGuest UserThis was definitely one of the most beautiful resorts I have ever stayed at! The whole vacation felt like pure luxury, from the inviting, to the stunning decor, to the delicious food and drink! The pictures and videos I took of the place truly did not give it justice. The whole resort was extremely clean and well attended, with everything being wiped down often. The staff was so kind and attentive, and we never had an issue with any requests. They set up transportation to and from PV and sayluita for us, as well as gave us so many suggestions (Elliot, from concierge, gave us the best tips for fun days/nights outside of the resort). I would highly recommend getting the breakfast included in your stay (Nicole, our hostess everyday was the BEST), as it was hands down our favorite meal every day there. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

GGuest UserThe best experience !!! The service of all staff is wonderful. The food is incredibly good and our room had an impressive view. The room is divine with many details. We will certainly return to this hotel. We were really impressed. We were very happy because we all agreed very much! The spa is excellent too. We are very happy and thankful with all the staff. I have no complaint of anything.
