Had a wonderful stay at Wyndham Acmar. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, making the experience even better. The rooms were spacious, the facilities were good, and the overall ambience was relaxing for families. The breakfast spread was enjoyable with plenty of options. Convenient location and great hospitality — would definitely recommend for anyone visiting the area and would love to stay again.

Comfortable rooms, excellent hospitality, a delicious breakfast, and a convenient location with easy access to shopping and public transport made the experience truly enjoyable. I was quite disappointed with my stay at Concorde Shah Alam. It’s very different from Concorde Kuala Lumpur. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn’t seem to be well maintained. The room wasn’t very clean, and you can really tell the hotel is quite old. A lot of the furniture was damaged, the bathroom wasn’t properly maintained, the tiles had visible stains, the toilet bowl was yellowish, and even the bathtub had rust marks. Overall, it felt more like staying in a motel than a hotel. The lifts were also extremely slow and felt outdated. The pillows were another downside, they were very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, my experience was disappointing. Compared to Concorde Kuala Lumpur, the difference is huge. This will probably be my first and last stay here.

Love the room as it is spacious and there is a bathtub for my kids, the hotel is linked to the waterpark and Sunway pyramid mall which is very convenient for us. The only disadvantage is there is no auto laundry in the hotel or mall for large families to wash their clothes for long stay.

The personel at the reception was super friendly. They greet us well. Well done 🥰. Love the view from our room. It was amazing. We ate at Makan Restaurant, and the food was good too. It could be improved with better ‘seafoods’ choices though. But, everything else was great. We used the game room to play snooker. The game room was cosy & fun!. This hotel was a short walk to i-city mall, and that was super convinient. Would love to come again someday.

Basically I’d say pros and cons actually. Pros: Nature vibe with spacious garden area and few selections of restaurant. There’s live band too! Cons: Some of the facilities are not well-maintained such as the playground. Cleanliness at public area need to be improved. Lifts need to wait longer time than average so we need more patience for this. Breakfast variety is good but some particular foods are not reach expectation.

We stayed in a modern Deluxe King Room. The recent room updates are noticeable—the design is clean, minimalist, and comfortable with great plush bedding and a cozy daybed by the window. The room includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a large flat-screen TV, and a spacious bathroom layout. Our only minor complaint was that our 'pool view' room was slightly obstructed by the hotel's external decorative pillars, but the comfort of the bed and the quality of the room amenities more than made up for it

Great stay at One World Hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the service was superb, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. The location is also very convenient, as the hotel is connected to the mall, offering many dining options and easy access to shopping and other amenities. The only suggestion for improvement is to add more kid-friendly food options at breakfast. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

The best... Even though it's close to home, it was a great way to cheer up the kids who wanted a holiday during the school break. Most places are jammed, so this was the best option for the kids. The important thing is that the kids loved it! The room was clean and had a bathtub. After swimming downstairs, they could relax in the room too. This resort has a beautiful view because it's on high ground and surrounded by lush green golf courses, which is great for eyes that are always staring at phones and laptops. My husband also seemed re-energized after our staycation here. We slept soundly and comfortably. Breakfast was also very delicious; even though kids aged 4-11 had to pay, it was absolutely worth it. There was plenty of food and it was tasty. The cheese omelet was really good, and the breads were delicious. Overall, I recommend bringing anyone to stay here. The kids' corner was also good; kids could play, and there were many fish for them to look at, so they weren't bored staying here. But then again, check-out was at 11 AM, which is a bit early, huhu.
