The entire experience from checking in to buffet breakfast and checkout was excellent and exactly why the hotel deserves its 5 star rating! Was given a room upgrade as original room booked was not available, totally no questions asked. Car parking is very convenient using license plate recognition and just need to validate each time at reception before heading out.

Had a wonderful stay at Royale Chulan Damansara. Comfortable rooms, excellent hospitality, a delicious breakfast, and a convenient location with easy access to shopping and public transport made the experience truly enjoyable. I had a wonderful stay at Hilton Petaling Jaya. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spacious, and the facilities were excellent. What impressed me the most was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone was friendly, courteous, and always willing to help with a smile, making me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious food, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. Thank you to the entire team for providing such a pleasant and memorable experience. This hotel has been open for a while, but it's still clean. The rooms are comfortable, and it's convenient for shopping. The kids really enjoyed it. The breakfast and children's area are also good. The kids' pool, however, needs to be kept cleaner.

The personel at the reception was super friendly. They greet us well. Well done 🥰. Love the view from our room. It was amazing. We ate at Makan Restaurant, and the food was good too. It could be improved with better ‘seafoods’ choices though. But, everything else was great. We used the game room to play snooker. The game room was cosy & fun!. This hotel was a short walk to i-city mall, and that was super convinient. Would love to come again someday.

It's my third visit to The Saujana KL and we really love the surroundings with all the greenery. First time stay in the executive block and the view was great compare with club room with pool view & lake view. The only down part might be the bathtub which I think it could be improve on the cleanliness but we will definitely back for weekend getaway. 

Putrajaya Marriott Hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant stay, with spacious rooms, friendly service, and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast selection is good, and the hotel’s resort-like setting makes it suitable for both family trips and business stays. Overall, it is a solid choice in Putrajaya if you value comfort, good hospitality, and a quiet environment. A few guests may experience minor delays during busy periods, but the stay is generally enjoyable and worth recommending.

Has the best services received from greetings at the door entrance-to check-in. Thank you all for making my stay a memorable one. Room wise- all is perfect. Just two points on (1) the wall socket for charging is lacking. My room is 1104. The wall socket next to bed, just lone, cant plug in the 3pin wall charger. The table area-just one too. It works but is just one as well. Provides the USB-A ports, however i am using with caution, only to plug in for earbuds charging. Would think is great to provide for more wall sockets. (2) shower heads, am using the detached type, the two angled provided are not ideal. Amenities provided like disposable toothbrush,shower cap, bar soap,in room slippers,safe box,complimentary mini bar, 2 bottles of water. Live piano and singing performance is entertaining too. Less than 10mins walk away from 1 utama shopping centre, great for those who love to shop,dine. Would recommend to stay.

The best... Even though it's close to home, it was a great way to cheer up the kids who wanted a holiday during the school break. Most places are jammed, so this was the best option for the kids. The important thing is that the kids loved it! The room was clean and had a bathtub. After swimming downstairs, they could relax in the room too. This resort has a beautiful view because it's on high ground and surrounded by lush green golf courses, which is great for eyes that are always staring at phones and laptops. My husband also seemed re-energized after our staycation here. We slept soundly and comfortably. Breakfast was also very delicious; even though kids aged 4-11 had to pay, it was absolutely worth it. There was plenty of food and it was tasty. The cheese omelet was really good, and the breads were delicious. Overall, I recommend bringing anyone to stay here. The kids' corner was also good; kids could play, and there were many fish for them to look at, so they weren't bored staying here. But then again, check-out was at 11 AM, which is a bit early, huhu.
