Stains every where. Water mark on mirror. Wooden floor panel badly lacquer. Stain in chair. Worst is bed sheets not changed. Huge yellow stain on bedsheet. Human juices. Right in the middle of the bed !!! Hot water not working properly. Noisy at night because facing main road. Motorcycles racing at 2-3am. More like 2 star hotel !!

Was skeptical about staying at a hotel with quite a distance. But upon arrival, everything was excellent. The process of checking in, the quality of the room and the services was splendid. A place i would recommend to stay to relax

The hotel is clean and spacious. It’s pretty well maintained with upscale bathroom and shower faucet. Staffs are helpful. We had the balcony with sea view and looked amazing. Only downside side was the occasional car speeding in the night. But was tolerable.

Hotel was in a nice location, quiet and peaceful. Amenities were well maintained, but I hope the swimming pool could glass panel could be better maintained. It looks “mouldy” and dirty. Also, the shower door inside the common toilet in the suite I was staying in on the 21st floor would not fully open. The location of the towel rails needs to be changed to avoid any major accidents like the door shattering

Staying here is really comfortable but their services are not as nice as expected since it is 5 stars hotel, hope they could improve from this

Location is conveniently near to tuas, minutes to Legoland. Quiet, comfortable, and deliberately tucked away from the crowded city center. If the goal is to get away and truly relax in a spacious environment with beautiful waterfront backdrops, this suite delivers perfectly. Highly recommended for a proper reset.

The hotel is not bad. The facilities, the room condition and view is fantastic. If you want to have private and quiet environment, you may consider this hotel. However, the location is a little too far to my liking. There is a Hard Rock cafe and a few bar nearby.

It was a comfortable stay and I really appreciate the help rendered by the pleasant girl also named Putri, impressed by her great smile with pretty teeth. 😁

Front desk staff was very friendly. Hotel exterior was abit run down, but the room was excellent. A bathtub included with such affordable price. Location is subjective, it is distant from the city (which I personally like).
