Hervorragende Lage des Hotels, gerade für Bahnreisende. Wir waren zum Weihnachtsmarkt in Bremen und waren vom Hotel und vor allem dem Service, der Sauberkeit und der Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter sehr angetan. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Gerne wieder!

Tha hotel was v.nice but this years found issue like when we inter to hotel reception from insde found warning litters (keep watch of your bags ) this mean the reciption erea not save The fridge in room is not work , reception was informed but not done. reading lamp on bed not switch on and not fix properly finly all reciotion staff were wunderfull deal eccept one man was last name is mann he is bigoted and spoke in an inappropriate manner. also the breakfast minue is same not changed sine two years .

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect - centrally located and just a few steps from the promenade. We were particularly impressed by the view from the window: the view of the promenade was simply fantastic and made our stay even more beautiful. Everything was clean and well organized and we felt completely at home.

Was up in NY for graduation ceremony with our family and had the double suite with a separate living room and kitchenette. Very helpful and pleasant staff, excellent neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. And washer /dryer available is a big plus

Great Hotel, good breakfast, nice staff, good price. Just no mini bar in the room, no water cooker

酒店的位置不錯，旁邊有個大公園，還有自己免費的地下車庫。客房服務和前台服務都很好。但是入住後發現住的那層樓超多的房間在裝修，預訂之前也沒有任何提示，早知道這樣就不會預訂了！雖住在走廊盡頭的房，還是有很大裝修的味道，我對氣味很敏感，很不舒服。住了一晚之後早上就開始犯鼻炎，一直流鼻涕打噴嚏。而且早餐餐廳和房間都有螞蟻，房間的枕頭很扁，不舒服

Good location, the water in the room is actually empty bottle! The heating is not hot, nor does the temperature adjust.

Hotel room hardware is not good ... Don't book in winter! The staff is very warm! Breakfast is very good! Dinner is very disappointing!

It's really level one invincible! Highly recommended! It's really a legacy. I'm at least better than the king of orange crystal

酒店環境不錯，房間空間挺大窗外就是港口，早餐也不錯品種很多工作人員也服務周到熱情，房間有放了小童意見畫報，填完上交二孩子還得到小禮物。唯一不足的房間浴室正對着床，而且浴室玻璃是半透明，這讓大人和孩子洗澡時非常尷尬。
