I'd heard great things about this hotel for a while, and even though it was a bit far from where I needed to be, I still chose to stay at the Legend. It lived up to expectations and was definitely worth the price. 'Historic, elegant, and high-quality' – that pretty much sums up my overall impression. Upon check-in, they upgraded my room, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The facilities are incredibly well-maintained, indicating excellent materials, meticulous management, and careful upkeep. The off-white seating in the public areas was spotless, instantly reassuring me about the hotel's hygiene. The courtyard was smaller than I imagined, but the greenery and layout were very pleasant, especially the centuries-old trees that seemed to stand guard, inspiring a sense of reverence. The guest room was comfortably and tastefully appointed, with multiple small, opening windows – a refreshing change from the large, fashionable windows often found today – offering a more residential feel and excellent privacy for different functional areas. The breakfast was exceptional, with both a buffet and à la carte options. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and it was absolutely delicious! When I returned to the hotel around noon after my errands, they kindly extended my check-out until 2 PM. The service was delightful; they diligently helped me with my luggage both upon arrival and departure, making me feel right at home. A special thank you to Derek Yang, Jack, Andi, Leo, Eva, and others.

hilary reedOur stay at the hotel was absolute perfection. The rooms stylish, clean and so comfortable. The amenities feel luxurious and the staff went above and beyond to assure we felt cared for.
The breakfast and afternoon tea are a must and don’t miss a swim in the pool!! The location was perfect for us as it is close to the main attractions within the city walls, yet feels very quiet and removed when you need to recharge. Loved it all!

MiemiemiemiemiemiebaThis is a grand and impressive hot spring resort, reminiscent of an era of economic prosperity. My friend and I had an excellent stay during the Dragon Boat Festival. Although the hotel opened in 2017, every part of the architecture, rooms, and gardens are exceptionally well-maintained. Plus, it wasn't overly crowded, and the hot spring water was clean and of great quality. They even provided a fruit platter while we were soaking.
The service truly touched me. From arrival to departure, enthusiastic staff members were constantly helping us with luggage, guiding us, and providing buggy transfers.
On our second morning, it was raining, and the front desk proactively asked if we'd like room service. The breakfast they delivered was incredibly generous.
It's a shame my friend and I arrived a bit late and missed out on the complimentary activities offered by the hotel. However, the staff patiently confirmed everything with us, which made my experience feel complete. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys a good staycation.

Guest UserThe quality of Ascott hotels is consistently reliable, as always. All facilities are very complete, including a refrigerator, microwave, and a washer-dryer combo, so you can pack fewer clothes for your trip. The hotel has a gym and a swimming pool, and the breakfast selection is quite rich. The staff and front desk personnel are warm, attentive, and responsive to every request. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation and dining options, making it easy to get to attractions like Xiaozhai, the Bell Tower, and the Shaanxi History Museum. There are also plenty of restaurants downstairs, and from the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can gaze at the Small Wild Goose Pagoda in the distance. Although it's close to the main South Second Ring Road, it's very quiet.

Guest UserI'm practically a regular at Crowne Plaza Xi'an High-tech Zone, having stayed here countless times. I started as an independent traveler booking rooms myself, and after getting familiar with the place, I kept coming back.
I'm notoriously forgetful when I travel, often realizing I've left small items like headphones, cigarettes, or alcohol in the room after checking out. I honestly didn't expect much, but to my surprise, the hotel staff meticulously checks and tidies up, always carefully storing my forgotten belongings. Jennifer would always inform me, and when I returned for another stay, my items would be neatly placed in the new room, with not a single thing missing. This level of attentiveness truly touches me. When you're constantly on the go, losing personal items is a major worry, and their actions completely put my mind at ease. This alone is enough to make me a loyal guest of this hotel.
Jennifer handled all my check-in arrangements, communicating my arrival time in advance and understanding my habits, which saved me a lot of hassle. During my stay, any requests I had were met with incredibly prompt responses. Her professionalism was just right—never intrusive, yet always effectively solving any issues. There were no generic pleasantries; instead, she genuinely considered things from the guest's perspective, which was both thoughtful and practical.
The hotel's environment, room cleanliness, and maintenance of public areas have consistently been of a high standard. After so many stays, the quality hasn't dropped even a bit. I've seen many high-end hotels that only offer superficial service, but Crowne Plaza Xi'an High-tech Zone truly embeds heartwarming service into every detail. A special thanks to Jennifer for her thoughtful service, and to the hotel staff for consistently and diligently looking after my lost items. Whenever I return to Xi'an, this will always be my first choice, and I will genuinely recommend it to friends traveling for business or leisure.

budongimaydayThe Novotel is in a fantastic location, right above Metro Lines 2 and 6, offering direct access to all major attractions. It's also just three stops from the train station. Downstairs, there's a travel agency where you can catch direct buses to the Terracotta Army and hop-on-hop-off city tour buses. As for the hotel's front desk staff, check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel breakfast offers a wide variety, including freshly made 'sauteed' noodles and beef noodles daily, plus a mix of Chinese and Western options. This explains why we saw quite a few foreigners staying here. Next time I'm in Xi'an, I'll definitely choose the Bell Tower Novotel again. 100% recommended!

Guest UserYou can't get any closer to Longshouyuan Metro Station, the location is super convenient. The hotel is relatively new, and the twin beds are 1.35 meters wide, so it's not too crowded even if you're sharing with a child. They said they upgraded my room, but the view... it was just okay, facing purely west. It was a bit dark during the day, and only when the sun was about to set did the light get better. The hotel has a small pool, and my child went three times. I didn't book breakfast, so I'm not sure how it is, but you can buy a group deal for it on Dianping.

Guest UserThis hotel's Tang-style garden means you don't need to go elsewhere for great photo ops; just put on a Hanfu and every corner of the courtyard is perfect for pictures. The rooms are clean and tidy. It's just a two or three-minute walk to the Grand Tang Everbright City, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast, featuring freshly made 'Zenggao' (steamed glutinous rice cake) and 'Youpo Mian' (hand-pulled noodles with oil and chili), is authentic and delicious. The Black Pearl restaurant, Cai Feng Lou, offers an excellent dining experience with its fusion of Shaanxi and Cantonese flavors. The front desk staff, especially Haiyu, provided very thoughtful service.

Arrived in Xi'an, and a light rain brought a welcome calm to the sweltering heat.
The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, especially the ones at the entrance. When a car arrived, they'd help guests load large luggage into the trunk and even open the car door. Everything was handled with such thoughtful detail.
As for the hotel's environment, it's simply beyond words. The serene garden right before your eyes offers a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. Its central location makes getting anywhere a breeze... And after a soak in the tub with those wonderfully fragrant toiletries, you're sure to drift off into a peaceful sleep.

EmilywenyinThis hotel completely exceeded my expectations, from the service to the decor – highly recommend! My strong feelings are definitely due to the contrast with other experiences. (😂) Let me specifically highlight the breakfast buffet: a warm welcome, guided to our seats, and asked if we'd like coffee or tea. When we headed for the 'shui pen niu rou' (a local beef dish), a staff member immediately came over to assist us. The buffet spread was incredibly generous, offering both local specialties for visitors to experience and other regional delicacies like 'jianbing' (savory pancakes)!
