Treasure B&B MEILIE LING is a must-recommend! Located in the Bell Tower commercial area, it saves time and effort for getting around and sightseeing. The interior style is simple yet luxurious, creating a great ambiance, and the rooms are clean and dry. The staff are kind and efficient in their responses. Breakfast can even be delivered to your room. It's rare to find such a comfortable place to stay during a trip. The hotel has a great design, comfortable rooms with all the necessary amenities, and a very pleasant scent that helps you relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. Watching the sunset around 7 PM on a clear day from the viewing platform by the pool is simply delightful!

As one of the top hot spring hotels in the country, the check-in experience was truly impressive. The guest rooms come with private hot springs, and it was my first time experiencing hot spring water that circulates all day. From 7 PM to midnight every evening, the hot springs continuously and automatically circulate, allowing guests to enjoy a soak even after returning from the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance. This washes away travel fatigue, making for an excellent experience. The next day, guests can visit the Baoji Pool outdoor public hot springs, which offer a secluded outdoor environment with low traffic and spacious surroundings, making for a very pleasant hot spring experience. Regarding dining, breakfast is served at the Royal Dining Hall. The hotel provides a shuttle service for transportation, saving guests the walk and a lot of time. The restaurant service is attentive and thoughtful, and they even specially prepared authentic Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) on the spot, which was full of flavor. Dinner is also served here, and I highly recommend the braised Yellow River soft-shelled turtle; it's definitely worth trying. The hotel's location is a significant advantage, with an exclusive access channel to the Huaqing Palace, making it very convenient to enter and exit the scenic area. I also want to provide honest feedback on some areas for improvement: The front desk and shuttle staff were a bit stiff in their demeanor, lacking warmth and giving off a distant vibe, as if their workplace was too high-end. Also, the cleanliness details in the public areas need improvement. I found traces of small insects inside drawers, so I recommend strengthening deep disinfection and daily cleaning and maintenance.

Having stayed in numerous hotels, from small boutique to large chains, this is the first time I've encountered such exceptional service at a hotel that also offers great value for money! Everyone went above and beyond to help us! This was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby, and we had a lot of stuff. The security guards downstairs were incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous in helping us. We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. This trip really allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Xi'an! I genuinely recommend this place! It's absolutely worth the price!

Our stay was very comfortable, and I must commend Manager Sarah. She responded quickly to unexpected situations, and her solutions were reasonable and efficient, without any buck-passing or delays. Her communication was gentle and patient, and she paid attention to every detail, consistently demonstrating professionalism. The excellent service left a deep impression, and we will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel is just tens of meters from Exit H of Zhonglou Subway Station, with plenty of dining, drinking, and entertainment options nearby. It's conveniently located, offering a quiet retreat in a bustling area. The bedding is clean and comfortable, and the lighting and bathroom fixtures are smart and convenient. The overall style is simple. Upon check-in, a butler immediately added me on WeChat to recommend nearby attractions and dining spots. I just forgot to take pictures, so I can only post about the Bell and Drum Tower. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

Overall, I'm not very satisfied. Pros: The hotel's location is excellent. It's right next to Longshouyuan subway station, which is very convenient, and there are many shopping malls nearby with plenty of dining options. Cons: For a big-name hotel, the service was quite mediocre. The greeters, concierges, and other staff were barely noticeable. Perhaps because my room was changed to a higher floor, it was on the shaded side, poorly ventilated, and became extremely humid after turning on the air conditioning. The bedding was almost unusable due to the dampness, making for a very uncomfortable stay. This is something everyone should be particularly aware of when checking in – it was truly unpleasant. Additionally, on the day I checked in, the small bed in the family room wasn't prepared. Special warning: I suspect there are management loopholes at this hotel. After I checked in, I believe my face cream was tampered with and some was stolen. Of course, I don't have proof and didn't confront the hotel, but I strongly suspect it. A significant amount of my Estée Lauder anti-aging cream was missing. Everyone should be careful to secure their personal belongings when staying here. Finally, the hotel breakfast was good, and the dining experience was pleasant. Although it sometimes got crowded and required a short wait, staff were always on hand to arrange seating. The dining experience was decent, and it was the only aspect of my stay I was satisfied with. Addendum: The toilet seat was broken and wobbly.

The Hualuxe Hotel Xi'an Tanghua offers an excellent stay! The hotel's Tang-style garden design is elegant and serene, with lush trees providing a welcome escape from the summer heat. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the bedding is soft, and the air conditioning works great. The breakfast selection is rich, with authentic local specialties. Sakura and Shanzha (I'm assuming these are staff names or specific amenities, but without more context, I'll keep them as is) provided meticulous and attentive service, always ready to help. The hotel is within walking distance of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, making the location superb. Staying here during the hot summer feels refreshing and relaxing for both body and mind. Highly recommended!

I was extremely satisfied with the service and hygiene. I booked an executive room, which came with executive benefits. Unfortunately, I was out and about in the 'city that never sleeps' and didn't get to experience the executive lounge at night. The breakfast was the best I had during my six-day stay in Xi'an. The hotel's back exit provides easy access to other dining and entertainment options nearby, which is very convenient. The treadmills in the fourth-floor gym face the Tang Paradise, making it a great spot to enjoy a run. The only downside was that the bathroom felt a bit dated, lacking a smart toilet, and there were a few minor issues with the sink. A pleasant surprise was the complimentary travel photography service. The photographer was excellent at guiding me, giving very precise instructions for poses and expressions. The resulting photos were natural and stunning, requiring no effort from my side to pose. Overall, the service was thoughtful and meticulous. Getting accommodation and photos all in one go truly elevated my travel experience. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose Gran Meliá again next time.

Very satisfied! Facilities: All the fixtures are brand new. The shower pressure is great and very comfortable. There's no old or worn-out feeling as some negative reviews mentioned, only understated luxury. Cleanliness: It's cleaned very well every day, and they even noticed we had a child and thoughtfully left two extra bottles of water, which was very attentive and considerate. Ambiance: The antique-style decor is in keeping with the age of the hotel, and both the kids and elders really enjoyed this style. Since we're in a thousand-year-old capital, of course, we want to stay in a hotel with historical charm! There's a bronze carriage in the lobby and Tang Sancai pottery in the room, giving a feeling of traveling back 5000 years. My child even said our hotel is like a museum! Service: From check-in to check-out, every staff member we encountered was smiling and had an excellent attitude.

I couldn’t have had a more comfortable nor convenient experience at Xi’an Airport Hotel. I’m amazed by the quality of service and amenities I got for the price. I had an executive suite overlooking the runway and could see planes taking off from my bed in the morning. I was able to enjoy a breakfast buffet of wide variety, the gym and changing rooms with sauna. If I’d have had time I’d have used the pool also which looked lovely. There was a very convenient shuttle to Terminal 5 for my departure and when I arrived the airport was very conveniently located within terminal 3. Staff were helpful with bags. If I get a chance, I’ll definitely be back!
