My stay at Yongningmen Yazhi Hotel was absolutely perfect! The hotel environment is clean and elegant, with both the public areas and guest rooms decorated in a warm and comfortable style. The facilities are comprehensive and well-maintained. The staff were enthusiastic and attentive, treating guests kindly, and you could feel their dedication in every interaction. The biggest surprise was upon checkout, when the customer service manager thoughtfully presented us with a special Xi'an refrigerator magnet and a small shadow puppet souvenir. They were small, exquisite, and full of local charm. These heartwarming little details were incredibly touching and added a wonderful memory to my trip. I sincerely recommend this place to anyone visiting Xi'an!!!

The Westin Xi'an boasts an excellent location, directly facing the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and within walking distance of the Grand Tang Everbright City. The Tang Dynasty-inspired design is elegant, and the hotel even has its own museum with free admission. The Heavenly Bed ensures a comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast offers a delightful mix of Chinese, Western, and local Shaanxi specialties. The service is attentive and thoughtful, and the soundproofing is excellent, providing a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city – making it a top choice for travelers. Nico was incredibly helpful and arranged a complimentary late check-out! During my stay, I also received two free tickets to the Qujiang Art Museum's 'Picasso and Majiayao Painted Pottery Exhibition' and dining discount vouchers.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, right near the Bell Tower, with a subway entrance (Exit H) conveniently located right outside. The room was clean and tidy, and the king-size bed in our room was genuinely huge. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly, the toiletries were pleasant, and the complimentary Bama water was a nice touch. While the breakfast buffet wasn't overly extensive, everything was delicious, especially the made-to-order beef noodles, oil-splashed noodles, and roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) – they were all fantastic. The hotel staff were friendly, attentive, and professional.

I have to give a huge shout-out to our butler, Star! Their service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Any request we had was met with an immediate response, and they truly went above and beyond, making our experience absolutely fantastic. The hotel's amenities are top-notch and incredibly complete – the laundry room, gym, and parking are all free to use, making everything super convenient whether you're out and about or just relaxing. The breakfast buffet and afternoon tea offer a wide variety of choices, and the food itself is delicious and doesn't disappoint. Our room was spacious, tidy, and spotless, making our stay extra comfortable. I'll definitely be looking for Star again on my next visit!

This was my first time staying at a Marriott W hotel. I'd always been a bit hesitant about the 'trendy luxury, nightclub vibe, industrial style' concept, until I stayed at the W Xi'an, the Asian flagship. My family and I fell in love with it on the very first night.
My daughter adored the 'golden peach' throw pillow in the room, even if she did call it 'onion' 😅, and couldn't put it down. She also noticed that the expressions on the people in the paintings on the room's walls 'moved' as she walked by. And then she spotted a book in the room, *The Golden Peaches of Samarkand*. She immediately recognized the book's front and back covers as images from the 'Emissaries' and 'Polo Match' murals from the Tomb of Prince Zhanghuai, currently on exhibit at the Shaanxi History Museum's Tang Dynasty Mural Exhibition. The 'Emissaries' mural particularly struck her; at the museum, my family and I had been debating where the three foreign envoys in the painting were from.
My wife loved W Xi'an for its attention to service details. We've stayed at most five-star hotel brands, and this is the only one so far that has provided two extra single duvets for a king-size bed, and plastic slippers for two adults plus one child to use for showering.
As a hotel enthusiast myself, I loved the W Xi'an's lake-view balcony, which offered views of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the 'Cold Cave' where Wang Baochuan waited for 18 years, and Qujiang Pool, where Tang Dynasty emperors and poets would drink and compose poetry.
I was fortunate enough to be chosen as a lucky guest for the weekend 'Into the Night' ritual. It was full of ceremony, and I even got to mix a cocktail with the bartender 🍸, haha! 😃 'Everything I saw was beautiful.' The power of culture is infinite. Thank you, W Xi'an, and thank you for this civilized era.
We spent over a week in Xi'an, and my family and I were constantly searching for authentic local cuisine. Then we checked into W Xi'an, and their breakfast included almost all of Xi'an's delicacies. What was most commendable was that the quality of this food was on par with what we'd tasted at various 'intangible cultural heritage' and 'time-honored brand' eateries across Xi'an.
I also want to thank Hotel Butler Manager Yang Yurong for her enthusiastic service.
Apprehension – Acceptance – Enjoyment. My biggest takeaway from W Xi'an is that I found myself enjoying 'trendy luxury.' Does this mean I'm not old yet? Haha! 😄

Amidst the vibrant chaos of my Xi'an trip, the Four Points by Sheraton was absolutely my best choice. The room was impeccably clean, and the air conditioning was set to a perfect temperature before I even arrived, so stepping in felt incredibly refreshing and comfortable.
The butler service was outstanding. Communication was always warm and prompt, and the information provided was accurate and high-quality. Housekeeping was especially timely. Following Lucky's recommendations, I visited many places, which significantly boosted my travel efficiency. A big thank you to Lucky for her thoughtful care.
The Four Points by Sheraton rooms are very new. I recommend choosing an inner-facing room; they are quiet and offer a beautiful sky view from the window. All amenities worked perfectly. The complimentary apple juice was delicious, so I even asked Lucky for two more bottles.
Kudos to all the staff; their 'three-meter greeting' (approaching guests to assist) was excellent.
Most importantly, with such a great location, superb service, and fantastic rooms, the price was surprisingly affordable! I can confidently say that among all the hotels in Xi'an, this one offers the best value for money.
Oh, and the lobby bar was excellent too! They really got into the World Cup spirit. It's a shame I had to leave a day early; if I'd stayed one more night, I definitely wouldn't have slept – I would have spent the evening at the lobby bar!
In a word, choose Four Points by Sheraton; you won't regret it.

I brought my little one to Xi'an for a trip. We visited the Terracotta Army, Shaanxi History Museum, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Bell and Drum Towers, Xi'an City Wall, and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City, among other places. We stayed at this hotel for all five days. The hotel's location in the old city is excellent, making it convenient to get to all the attractions. There are also many Xi'an specialty snack shops nearby, so dining out was easy. As an established five-star hotel, both the facilities and service were top-notch. The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the heated pool was lovely!
A few days before the Dragon Boat Festival, I thought about taking my family out for the Dragon Boat Festival. I didn’t want to go to the attractions. I found a hotel or a homestay in the mountains to embrace nature. Because of my personal habits, I like hotels with better quality, so I looked for it in Trip.com . In fact, as soon as I opened the app to search, this hotel appeared in the first three. The other two were directly eliminated, because they were relatively old, this one opened in 2026, and I immediately booked two rooms. In fact, I didn’t see much. Like choosing a blind box, I actually surprised me when I arrived at the hotel. The service awareness and attitude of the hotel service staff are very commendable. Like 👍🏻 In addition, the hardware of the hotel is still possible. Indoor billiards, golf, gym, chess and card room, adult leisure and entertainment are still relatively complete. The only downside is that the outdoor swimming pool is not perfect. It should only open and there is no water storage. Secondly, the powder wall on the balcony wall is not done well. Falling powder, stained with white gray, the hotel can apply for a late check-out, the service staff also sent a souvenir before leaving
Room Type: The furniture is a bit old, but the room is very quiet, comfortable, and spacious.
Location: It's super convenient – just a two-minute walk downstairs to Longshouyuan Station on Line 2. There's also a shopping mall and a food street right across the street.
Service: On the first night, there was a small issue with the air conditioning that was temporarily fixed, and then fully resolved the next day. You can really feel the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Thumbs up!
Cleanliness: Very clean, and the cleaning staff were very polite.
Food: This is my second time in Xi'an, and this hotel has the best breakfast I've had. The bread is delicious, and the Chinese dishes are authentic.
Overall, the hotel is excellent. The location is convenient, and the service quality is great. Definitely worth coming back to.

I absolutely have to give this hotel a five-star review! Beyond the facilities and ambiance, what truly touched me was the warmth of the people. The service team was incredibly responsive to every request. I was worried about mosquitoes, and the staff patiently brought mosquito repellents multiple times. The biggest surprise was being showered with treats from morning till night: snacks and drinks in the lobby during the day, and Tremella soup before bed. Breakfast was not only abundant but also delicious. A special shout-out to the hotel's photography service; it was a fantastic experience with a high success rate for great photos, and the photographer was excellent at directing. The hotel's souvenir gifts are also incredibly chic—I loved them! The service strikes a perfect balance, being warm yet unobtrusive. This is, without a doubt, the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in recently.

GGuest UserThis hotel is said to be the only one of its kind in Xi'an, and one of only two in Asia. I decided to give it a try for one night, and overall, I had a good experience. First, the environment: it's located in the former People's Mansion, within its own large courtyard, providing a quiet retreat from the bustling city. There's even a fountain downstairs. The hotel's designer is Chinese, but it boasts a French style. It was originally built during the Soviet aid era to host Soviet experts, so it likely incorporates elements from Chinese, French, and Russian cultures. About 90% of the guests are foreigners, possibly French, though I couldn't really tell. The room decor is quite elegant, not modern. The facilities and amenities are good, but some furniture and the floor show obvious signs of wear. The staff are all young and provide excellent, smiling service. Breakfast was just so-so; it seems more geared towards foreigners. For Chinese guests, the variety is quite limited, and it pales in comparison to the breakfasts at InterContinental, Four Seasons, and especially the Ritz-Carlton. But then again, each hotel has its own unique characteristics. All in all, it's a hotel worth staying at!
GGuest UserThis hotel offers excellent value for money in the heart of the Bell Tower area. The MEILIE hotel boasts sophisticated and attractive decor, and the rooms are clean with great soundproofing. Our butler, 🍞, was always available when we needed him, and the hotel provided afternoon tea, a complimentary photoshoot, and intangible cultural heritage souvenirs. It's a one-stop shop for exploring and dining, making our trip completely worry-free.

GGuest UserThe quality of Ascott hotels is consistently reliable, as always. All facilities are very complete, including a refrigerator, microwave, and a washer-dryer combo, so you can pack fewer clothes for your trip. The hotel has a gym and a swimming pool, and the breakfast selection is quite rich. The staff and front desk personnel are warm, attentive, and responsive to every request. The surrounding area offers convenient transportation and dining options, making it easy to get to attractions like Xiaozhai, the Bell Tower, and the Shaanxi History Museum. There are also plenty of restaurants downstairs, and from the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can gaze at the Small Wild Goose Pagoda in the distance. Although it's close to the main South Second Ring Road, it's very quiet.

What an amazing stay here at the Intercontinental, stayed here for 4 nights in the Deluxe King room.
Arrived and checked in late at 12AM, the staff were pleasant and respectful, quick and got me settled in.
The staff were very attentive and service just impeccable - consistent in greetings at each turn and always double even triple checking if you require and help.
Room: 8/10
The rooms are clean, and cleaned on a daily. The cleaning lady was incredibly attentive, on the first night I asked for more water as the room only came with two, consistently day after day they left 4 bottles for me which was really appreciated on my part - it’s a minor thing but it really elevates the experience.
Room is quiet, can’t hear a thing from the opposite rooms. Occasionally there are some sounds from the door but it’s really unnoticeable.
Shower; the only reason why i didn’t give it full marks. Maybe it’s personal preference but the water does not seem to get hot enough, the water pressure on the shower head seems a bit lacking. Nevertheless though, don’t let that deter you from booking as it’s still an overall great stay.
Tub; no complaints, water runs hot, what better way to relax and kick back after a day of being a tourist and walking 20k.
Location: 10/10
I think this one is completely subjective to personal preference. The location is in the midst of white collar working towers so there is quite a bit of traffic. There is a subway station close by as well -though I never used it as I took a Didi 100% of the time.
A mall is nearby within walking distance but again didn’t go. Most commutes by didi take 20-30 minutes due to the traffic but honestly looking at the Westin or other hotels in prime tourist locations (ex. Pagoda , bell tower etc) there is sooo much traffic and noise as they have so many different activities happening there. For me this location have me back some silence after a long day out.
Atmosphere: 10/10
The hotel is beautifully decorated, cleaned throughout. Jo Malone fragrances in every elevator. It was such a relaxing atmosphere to be in.
Breakfast: 10/10
If you can, give the breakfast a try. There’s a huge variety of Xi’an delectables you can try, from the roujiamo, liangpi etc that are available plus a mixture of western food. The staff I must commend once more are incredibly attentive and always try to make your experience better.
Final thoughts - highly recommend the intercontinental Xi’an for your next stay. I truly enjoyed it and would recommend it for those coming for a 5 star experience!

YYushoubudaI absolutely have to rave about the service at Tanghua Hualuxe! It was consistently exquisite, attentive, and incredibly thoughtful throughout my entire stay, with every detail adding to a wonderful sense of occasion. Upon arrival, the bellhop immediately helped with my luggage, and a staff member, dressed in traditional Tang attire, offered hot tea and gave a detailed introduction to the hotel's gardens and local attractions. It happened to be my birthday during my stay, and the room was beautifully decorated in advance, complete with complimentary desserts and a handwritten card – a truly heartwarming touch. Room service was incredibly prompt; items were replenished and requests adjusted super quickly. The concierge proactively recommended routes to avoid crowds at tourist spots and suggested lesser-known photo opportunities. The hotel itself offers a rich cultural experience with its Tang Dynasty etiquette and garden tours. The rooms were spotless and odor-free, with elegant furnishings and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet and peaceful courtyard at night. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was delightful, characterized by genuine, perfectly-pitched attentiveness rather than forced politeness. This is a rare luxury hotel that masterfully combines rich cultural heritage with genuinely warm and thoughtful service.
GGuest UserXi'an, as a tourist city, has truly excellent infrastructure, and the local hotel services are top-notch. This hotel, from its service to its facilities, is very good. Although it's not brand new, it doesn't affect its quality. It's very satisfactory. The hotel even offered two complimentary photo shoots, and the photography was professional – a nice keepsake for the kids. The sour soup noodles were delicious. It's not super close to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, about 1.7 kilometers away.
One thing to note is that the hotel's swimming pool water quality was quite poor, and I saw a child cut their foot, so that's something to be aware of.
GGuest UserMy stay here was absolutely perfect! The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the cleanliness is top-notch – no strange smells or dust anywhere. The toiletries were comprehensive, hot water was plentiful, and the internet speed was great. The staff were all incredibly kind, thoughtful, and polite. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious too. Overall, the value for money is amazing. Highly recommended!
They even upgraded my breakfast!
