Five-star review! MEILIE Lin was excellent in all aspects. The room was clean, and the facilities were complete and easy to use. The in-room dining experience was fantastic; both breakfast and late-night snacks could be delivered to the room. The delivery was punctual, and the food was well-insulated. The butler handled requests efficiently and responded quickly. The location is right next to the Bell Tower, making it very convenient for sightseeing. Overall, the value for money is great, and they even gave us a thoughtful souvenir when we left. Highly recommended for accommodation when visiting Xi'an.

HUAQING YUTANG Hotel can be considered one of the top hotels in China. Although it doesn't have a star rating, all its facilities and services exceed five-star standards. The service, rooms, dining, and views are all first-class 👏. The costumes, makeup, stage design, and lighting for 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' are incredibly beautiful and exquisite, and the performance is breathtaking❗️ Both the à la carte and buffet breakfast at the hotel are delicious and authentic. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of items, and most importantly, the quality is very high. My family loved it 😀. In the morning, you can enter Huaqing Palace directly from the hotel before other tourists arrive, making for a leisurely and pleasant visit. After exploring the park, you can head straight to breakfast – a perfect start to the day 😊. The hotel includes hot springs, including carbonic acid springs, which are very comfortable for soaking. There are also hot springs in the room, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak before a good night's sleep, which is very refreshing. Whether it was in the lobby, guest rooms, shuttle bus, restaurant, hot spring SPA, or with the doormen, every staff member we encountered was incredibly thoughtful and polite. They remembered guests, proactively identified our needs, and provided precise service, which deserves high praise 👍. The complimentary small gifts and welcome fruits were not perfunctory; they were all of high quality 👍. The hotel also provides a complimentary 'Jinghong' photo shoot where you can choose three free photos. The makeup, props, and follow-up photography were meticulously done, and the quality was excellent 👍. In summary, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you to every staff member. If I visit Huaqing Palace again, I will definitely choose to stay at HUAQING YUTANG Hotel, and I will recommend it to my friends 🌹🌹🌹.

Having stayed in numerous hotels, from small boutique to large chains, this is the first time I've encountered such exceptional service at a hotel that also offers great value for money! Everyone went above and beyond to help us! This was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby, and we had a lot of stuff. The security guards downstairs were incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous in helping us. We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. This trip really allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Xi'an! I genuinely recommend this place! It's absolutely worth the price!

The hotel's location is unbeatable! Right outside the entrance is a Metro Line 6 station, and Line 2 is at the same stop, making it super convenient for getting to and from the high-speed rail station. It's surrounded by various commercial areas, and the Bell and Drum Tower, City Wall, and Muslim Quarter are all within walking distance. The hygiene and facilities are also good, and the service is warm and thoughtful. Overall, it was a great travel experience.

The room cleanliness was exceptional; daily housekeeping was thorough, towels were changed promptly, and everything was spotless. The hotel's facilities were comprehensive, and the service was particularly attentive and detailed. Requests like luggage assistance and room service were responded to very quickly, and the staff were all gentle and thoughtful. The surrounding area also offered convenient access to transportation and amenities. Overall, it provided great value for money. As a long-standing five-star hotel, its service standards are definitely up to par. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it for anyone visiting Xi'an.

My stay at Tanghua Hotel Xi'an was beyond expectations! The hotel itself is a Tang-style garden, with an antique courtyard, lush trees, and tranquil ponds, making every corner a picturesque view. You can even spot peacocks roaming freely, which truly adds to the ambiance. The location is superb; it's incredibly convenient to walk to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Everbright City. After exploring the bustling streets, returning to the hotel instantly brings a sense of calm – it’s a wonderful experience to find such peace amidst the lively surroundings. The room layout is elegant, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing at night was excellent, ensuring a restful sleep. All staff members, especially Danica, were polite and attentive. The front desk handled check-in and check-out smoothly, and any requests were promptly addressed. The breakfast offered a rich variety of both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was excellent. This hotel is perfect for both tourists visiting Xi'an and those looking for a relaxing short stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Xi'an.

I was very satisfied with this hotel. First off, the service attitude was excellent; the staff were very welcoming. As soon as we got out of the car, someone came to help with our luggage. The hotel's location is also great, with plenty of food options nearby. The hotel's buffet was fantastic, my child loved it, and it even had some delicious Xi'an specialty dishes. We also received a complimentary travel photoshoot, and the photographers were very dedicated and responsible. My daughter, who loves traditional costumes, was thrilled with the results! We'll definitely be back!

I couldn’t have had a more comfortable nor convenient experience at Xi’an Airport Hotel. I’m amazed by the quality of service and amenities I got for the price. I had an executive suite overlooking the runway and could see planes taking off from my bed in the morning. I was able to enjoy a breakfast buffet of wide variety, the gym and changing rooms with sauna. If I’d have had time I’d have used the pool also which looked lovely. There was a very convenient shuttle to Terminal 5 for my departure and when I arrived the airport was very conveniently located within terminal 3. Staff were helpful with bags. If I get a chance, I’ll definitely be back!
