The overall decor features an elegant Wabi-sabi style, with clean and refined rooms, and rich soft furnishing details. The thoughtful butler service was responsive throughout our stay. Breakfast hours are flexible, so you can sleep in and still make it. The 17th-floor infinity pool creates a fantastic atmosphere, but I especially recommend checking out the 17th-floor bar and Bell Tower viewing area at night. The facilities are comprehensive, and the service is gentle and attentive, making a stay in Xi'an here very reassuring and comfortable. It's even great for a staycation! I'll definitely prioritize this hotel for my next trip.

HUAQING YUTANG Hotel can be considered one of the top hotels in China. Although it doesn't have a star rating, all its facilities and services exceed five-star standards. The service, rooms, dining, and views are all first-class 👏. The costumes, makeup, stage design, and lighting for 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' are incredibly beautiful and exquisite, and the performance is breathtaking❗️ Both the à la carte and buffet breakfast at the hotel are delicious and authentic. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of items, and most importantly, the quality is very high. My family loved it 😀. In the morning, you can enter Huaqing Palace directly from the hotel before other tourists arrive, making for a leisurely and pleasant visit. After exploring the park, you can head straight to breakfast – a perfect start to the day 😊. The hotel includes hot springs, including carbonic acid springs, which are very comfortable for soaking. There are also hot springs in the room, so you can enjoy a relaxing soak before a good night's sleep, which is very refreshing. Whether it was in the lobby, guest rooms, shuttle bus, restaurant, hot spring SPA, or with the doormen, every staff member we encountered was incredibly thoughtful and polite. They remembered guests, proactively identified our needs, and provided precise service, which deserves high praise 👍. The complimentary small gifts and welcome fruits were not perfunctory; they were all of high quality 👍. The hotel also provides a complimentary 'Jinghong' photo shoot where you can choose three free photos. The makeup, props, and follow-up photography were meticulously done, and the quality was excellent 👍. In summary, I am extremely satisfied. Thank you to every staff member. If I visit Huaqing Palace again, I will definitely choose to stay at HUAQING YUTANG Hotel, and I will recommend it to my friends 🌹🌹🌹.

Having stayed in numerous hotels, from small boutique to large chains, this is the first time I've encountered such exceptional service at a hotel that also offers great value for money! Everyone went above and beyond to help us! This was our first trip with our 2-month-old baby, and we had a lot of stuff. The security guards downstairs were incredibly warm, patient, and meticulous in helping us. We had a ton of luggage and baby items daily, and they never once made us feel like a bother, always assisting us with loading and unloading. We're truly grateful! The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, and they thoughtfully set up a playpen for us. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were also very welcoming each morning. This trip really allowed us to experience the warmth and hospitality of the people of Xi'an! I genuinely recommend this place! It's absolutely worth the price!

The hygiene was excellent, the room was clean and dry, and the service was professional and meticulous. I requested a quiet room, and the staff arranged it very thoughtfully. The experience was great, and the quiet environment was perfect for relaxation. Overall, I was very satisfied with everything; the check-in experience was excellent, and it's definitely worth staying again and again!

Novotel never disappoints, and this one in Xi'an was no exception. Great location, convenient for getting around. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and even though it was busy, it wasn't chaotic. The room was clean and hygienic, and the toilet even had a bidet function. Besides the complimentary drinks in the fridge, we were also pleasantly surprised with a souvenir upon check-out.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right at the entrance to Metro Line 2. There are also plenty of great dining options nearby, with a wide variety to choose from. Breakfast was good, with some local snacks available. The hygiene was excellent, and the hotel facilities are very well-maintained. I didn't notice any significant damage. The only downside was that the air conditioning wasn't very strong, from the lobby to the guest rooms, it was just a bit lacking. Also, the tea bags had an expiration date almost a year from now, which, while still within the shelf life, felt a bit odd.

My stay at the Hualuxe Xi'an Tanghua was an absolutely perfect experience! The hotel's Tang-style garden architecture creates an incredible atmosphere; every step offers a picturesque view, perfect for photos. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang Everbright City, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The tea set and bathroom facilities were all well-equipped. It's a peaceful oasis amidst the hustle and bustle, so I slept very soundly. Dona from the guest services center was fantastic! Her service was professional throughout, patiently answering all my questions about transportation and dining. When my room key stopped working, she responded incredibly quickly and handled it with meticulous care and attentiveness. She resolved all my needs immediately and was genuinely sincere. The hotel breakfast offered a rich variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, as well as local specialties. The overall service showed thoughtful attention to detail everywhere. It truly felt like an immersive experience of Chang'an's elegance. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Xi'an. Highly recommended!

This was the first hotel where I stayed for five consecutive nights. I'd go to Mount Hua and Xianyang during the day and return here in the evenings. Even though the hotel has been open for over ten years, the black mahogany decor in the rooms is still very well maintained. The huge lobby is incredibly grand; the only other hotel I've stayed in that can compare is the Zhongwu Hotel. The hotel's breakfast truly deserves a mention – it's incredibly varied, and the quality is excellent. They offer local specialties like 'Youpo Mian' (oil-splashed noodles) and 'Roujiamo' (Chinese hamburger), which taste just as good as what you'd find in a specialized restaurant. The attached Spanish restaurant is also authentically styled. The hotel service was great too; a minor issue upon check-in was resolved quickly, and they even gave me an extra breakfast. The hotel environment is also fantastic, with a resort-style garden. The back exit leads directly to the Furong Xintiandi commercial complex, and the front exit opens to Qujiang Relic Park, which is lovely for an morning stroll. It's also not far from the Tang Paradise and the Grand Tang Everbright City. For other destinations, there are subway and bus stations near the hotel. The only downside was that the TV signal wasn't great, with only a few channels working properly. However, since I was out late and back late every day, I didn't have much time to watch TV anyway, but I still hope they can improve it.

Very satisfied! Facilities: All the fixtures are brand new. The shower pressure is great and very comfortable. There's no old or worn-out feeling as some negative reviews mentioned, only understated luxury. Cleanliness: It's cleaned very well every day, and they even noticed we had a child and thoughtfully left two extra bottles of water, which was very attentive and considerate. Ambiance: The antique-style decor is in keeping with the age of the hotel, and both the kids and elders really enjoyed this style. Since we're in a thousand-year-old capital, of course, we want to stay in a hotel with historical charm! There's a bronze carriage in the lobby and Tang Sancai pottery in the room, giving a feeling of traveling back 5000 years. My child even said our hotel is like a museum! Service: From check-in to check-out, every staff member we encountered was smiling and had an excellent attitude.

I couldn’t have had a more comfortable nor convenient experience at Xi’an Airport Hotel. I’m amazed by the quality of service and amenities I got for the price. I had an executive suite overlooking the runway and could see planes taking off from my bed in the morning. I was able to enjoy a breakfast buffet of wide variety, the gym and changing rooms with sauna. If I’d have had time I’d have used the pool also which looked lovely. There was a very convenient shuttle to Terminal 5 for my departure and when I arrived the airport was very conveniently located within terminal 3. Staff were helpful with bags. If I get a chance, I’ll definitely be back!
