GGuest UserThe hotel room was great with a wardrobe room with a microwave, coffee machine, an ironing board and iron, a toilet and bath room, and the main room with a King size bed. If you stay long, they will provide room service once every 2 days. The heater in the room by the window works very quickly but can be too noisy if you have turned it on while sleeping. The reception area provides free water, coffee, and biscuts all day, and the reception staff are always around. Breakfast is extremely good with many Western culinary choices. The metro station Washington Street is just 5–10 minutes’s walk away downhill. There are also a few shops and restaurants in the neighborhood around the station.

澐澐錦 國際教育This Summer, I came to Harvard University to continue my professional studies, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have stayed in such a beautiful home during my week here.
My host , Nicole, has been exceptionally kind, thoughtful, and caring. From the very beginning, I felt warmly welcomed. She even picked me up from the airport, prepared breakfast for me, and generously told me to help myself to anything in the fridge. She also made delicious homemade desserts for me, which made the whole experience feel even more special.
I feel truly blessed to have been able to call this beautiful house my home for the week. The surrounding neighbourhood is peaceful, elegant, and very safe, giving me a wonderful sense of comfort whenever I come and go.
Although I need to take a taxi to Harvard each day, I feel it is absolutely worth it. Having such a quiet and relaxing environment has allowed me to rest properly, reflect on what I have learned, and fully focus on my studies. My host has even kindly allowed me to use her study, giving me a perfect space to read, work, and prepare for my Harvard programme.
Sometimes I genuinely wonder how I became so fortunate to find such a beautiful home and such a wonderful host. All I can feel is gratitude.
This peaceful home, together with my host’s kindness and thoughtful support, has made my Harvard learning experience even more memorable and enjoyable. I was able to complete my programme feeling happy, focused, supported, and deeply grateful.
Thank you once again to my wonderful host for everything you have done for me. Your generosity and kindness have made this week at Harvard a truly special chapter of my journey. ❤️🙏

GGuest UserLastly, if you are booking somewhere with a free breakfast because you are looking forward to it, this is not your place. They offered watered down sunny D, water, one type of muffin, bread, cereal, potatoes, gritty watery scrambled eggs, and some kind of “French toast casserole”. Not a yogurt or a meat choice in sight, with a big sign asking you not to bring breakfast to your room. That may be common- but in my opinion I should be allowed to bring back my children or mother a meal if they don’t want to come to the dining room, and if we are responsible enough to order takeout to our room then we must be responsible enough to have a light breakfast as well. For the price point, unappetizing breakfast, and the insect activity; I will next time choose a more franchised option.

GGuest UserOverall, I was satisfied with my stay at Sunbird Resort and Hotel. I’m not too familiar with their other location which is adjacent to the main hotel called Sunbird Annex. The continental breakfast was nice, clean, and things were replenished for the most part. Fruits, different juices, pastries, eggs, sausages, and coffee. Although the scrambled eggs, hash browns, and sausages seem to all come from a bag that was microwaved, but what more can you ask for? It was tasty, clean, and enough to feed everyone.
I read from other reviews that a s’mores kit was available for kids but was told they only provide the lighter and propane. Not a big issue, but definitely a plus if it was available as advertised. Shuttle buses and night time movies were nowhere to be seen, but I did not ask about those so I can not really speak to that.
Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The staff was responsive. The room was cleaned daily and no issues with cleanliness. The room was definitely not a Hilton, bathroom could use an update. Again, for the most part it met my needs and my little kid had a blast.

GGuest UserThe hotel staff provided excellent service. Although the facilities are a bit old, everything is clean, and the heating works wonderfully. The hairdryer was broken, but they compensated us for it. It's also a pet-friendly hotel.

GGuest UserThe agency company is a Chinese company. There is no integrity and business ethics. It collects the room rate of the customer but does not pay the hotel. This kind of company earns black money by this kind of dishonesty.

GGuest UserI love this hotel I stay here everytime I come to Massachusetts but the room 301 we had need some work done.
So the pullout bed wouldn’t go back in for us.
The bathroom towel hanger was broken as shown in picture.
The knob in the tub very loose otherwise we had a good one night sleep over.

AAlberto CestelliThis motel is located near the airport but a bit far from the city center. The nearest metro station is about a 30-minute walk away. Conveniently, there's a bowling alley/game room right across from the hotel that's affiliated with it. Guests staying at the hotel get a free game of bowling.
The motel itself is clean and well-organized, with an excellent and comprehensive breakfast. The staff are kind and welcoming.
A big plus is the availability of the breakfast room for guests to eat food bought elsewhere or takeaway. They even provide cutlery, water, and a microwave in that case.
The room was large and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only downside in our room was the bathroom; the faucets were loose, and more notably, the toilet was unusually low, which I found unsuitable for an adult.
