My 2-night stay at Yangxian Village, Wangxian Valley felt like stepping into a living Chinese fantasy painting hidden between the mountains. Waking up surrounded by misty peaks and hearing the peaceful sounds of the valley made time slow down for a while. The atmosphere at night was magical with lights reflecting across the valley and the entire place feeling almost unreal. The hotel breakfast is delicious and sumptuous! A mixture of Chinese and Western styles. The village itself has many food options, performances, and activities, so there was always something to explore without feeling bored. After walking around the scenic areas, it was also nice to see bars and KTV spots available for people who wanted to relax at night. The environment balances both peaceful scenery and lively entertainment quite well. The room was comfortable and clean, and overall the stay experience was satisfying. One small area for improvement would be the TV channels, as channels after 25 were quite lagging when watching at night. It could also be interesting if the resort considered adding services like leg massages after long walks around the valley. I think many travellers would appreciate that after exploring the mountain areas. Overall, staying inside Wangxian Valley was more than just accommodation; it felt like being immersed inside the scenery itself. Definitely a memorable and unique experience.

This time I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Fuzhou, and the experience was perfect! When I stepped into the hotel, it felt like I was in a quiet garden, surrounded by greenery and pleasant scenery. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the quality was reflected in the details. I especially want to praise the front desk staff Xu Yifeng, who was enthusiastic and patient from check-in to check-out, and took the initiative to help transport the luggage to the room. The meticulous and thoughtful service made me feel warm. Both the environment and the service are impeccable, and I strongly recommend it to everyone!

This 12-day Chinese New Year family trip, Shangri-La Nanchang was by far the most comfortable hotel we stayed in. The location is superb, with convenient transportation. The tram downstairs goes directly to all the major popular attractions. What truly impressed me was the service; they genuinely made us feel at home. Check-in was very thoughtful. They proactively arranged our two rooms together and patiently explained why there was a connecting room in between (due to the king-size bed layout). They also meticulously inquired about all our needs. On the day we left, our child wasn't feeling well and fell asleep, and the hotel was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to extend our check-out until 2 PM without any rush or催促, which was particularly heartwarming. The room view was unbeatable, directly facing Tengwang Pavilion from the window. We could even watch the fireworks display from our room, and the staff even proactively reminded us to tune the TV to the music channel to accompany the viewing. Additionally, the robot delivery for takeout was very prompt, and the buffet dinner was affordable, delicious, and offered a wide variety of dishes. The overall experience was impeccable, highly recommended!

Staying within the scenic area was a brilliant choice. It allowed us to explore in the evenings and early mornings when there were fewer tourists. The guesthouse, which is uniformly managed by the scenic area, exceeded our expectations. It was clean and tidy, with all amenities thoughtfully provided (like disposable bathtub liners and toilet seat covers). The butler service was excellent; they contacted us via WeChat two days in advance, and after check-in, promptly and proactively sent us various information and even arranged exclusive activities. On the day of arrival, we joined the butler for a photoshoot in the rapeseed fields, and the next morning, we strolled through the ancient village with them, listening to stories of old houses. During both activities, the butlers were incredibly enthusiastic and attentive. They paid special attention to elderly guests and those who loved taking photos, ensuring no one got left behind, and frequently reminded us about the slippery stone paths on rainy days. Other staff members at the guesthouse were also very proactive and pleasant. The only minor inconvenience was that the guesthouse rooms were quite spread out, making the walk to the breakfast restaurant a bit far.

Double-cured by the views and service at Wangxian Valley Cliffside Homestay! The cliffside view is truly unique, with clouds and mist filling the valley like a fairy tale. The sunset glow casts a beautiful light over the mountains, making it incredibly photogenic. The room was cozy and comfortable, fully equipped with amenities, making for a perfect stay. Our butler, Huanhuan, was warm and reliable, providing clear guidance for entering the park, helping arrange shuttle service, and even preparing thoughtful snacks. Her service was meticulous throughout, and the value for money is outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Wangxian Valley. Thank you, Huanhuan!

Let's start with the downsides: 1. The room facilities are clearly aging, including the toilet, shower, and small sofa. The deluxe river-view twin room I stayed in on the 2nd/3rd night had even worse facilities than the executive king room on the first night. 2. The housekeeping department lacks basic amenities like a step stool for children (they said it's only provided for family rooms). 3. Soundproofing isn't great. If your room is a bit close to the elevator lobby, it can get quite noisy. 4. Adjusting the air conditioning temperature didn't seem to have any effect, though the overall comfort was still acceptable. Now for the highlights: 1. The river-facing rooms offer an unbeatable view. The scenery is even more beautiful than in the photos. 2. From a tourist perspective, the location is excellent. Tengwang Pavilion and Dashiyuan are very close, and Wanshou Palace is also within walking distance. 3. The breakfast quality is decent, with a wide variety of options, including many local Nanchang specialties. The view from the restaurant windows during breakfast is also fantastic. 4. Although the hotel is tall, the elevators are fast and the water pressure is good, effectively avoiding common high-rise living issues. 5. The staff at the concierge, front desk, customer service, and restaurant are all very enthusiastic and have a great attitude. Other notes: The afternoon tea provided with the executive room on the first day was quite good. However, the welcome fruit platter was only delivered on the third day and wasn't of great quality.

My stay in Jingdezhen was a delightful surprise, especially at the Chuan Shang Hang Hotel, which offered a serene and artistic ambiance. The hotel's architecture blended seamlessly with the natural landscape. Wooden corridors wound around preserved camphor trees, creating a tranquil 'coexistence with nature' feel through the interplay of light and shadow. The guest rooms were simply designed yet cozy. Large floor-to-ceiling windows brought the lush greenery and distant mountain views indoors, and the lounge chair on the balcony was perfect for an afternoon nap. The room's furnishings were also meticulously chosen; from the tea sets to the fruit platters, every detail showcased thoughtfulness. Furthermore, the hotel thoughtfully provided a personal photo shoot service, allowing guests to capture exclusive memories while enjoying the aesthetic design – a truly special touch.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations! Once you step through the main entrance, it's like a hidden paradise. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful, with lots of little fish and a misty, enchanting atmosphere – perfect for photos! What's more, there's even a coffee shop and a makeup/styling studio inside. I could enjoy freshly brewed coffee in the morning; the barista was very professional and the latte art was gorgeous – made for amazing photos. The best part is that guests get 20% off makeup and styling services, so for just 136, I got a look that was far better than anything I'd find at a typical tourist spot, and it didn't feel overly 'influencer-like' at all! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Wuyuan.

The quality of Kaiyuan Guan Tang is consistently excellent; this large chain brand truly delivers. The hotel environment is fantastic, like a classical garden park where every step reveals a new beautiful scene. We parked at the main entrance, and the hotel arranged for a buggy to take us directly to our room. They also offer a Hanfu experience, which is perfect for photography enthusiasts. The service was outstanding. Upon signing up for membership, we immediately received extra breakfast vouchers and a complimentary upgrade to a family room. The room was incredibly spacious, and the facilities were quite new. The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the cakes and rice noodles were especially delicious. I want to give a special shout-out to Chen Yongman, the concierge at the front desk. He was incredibly kind and attentive, helping us retrieve an item our child had lost. This made the end of our trip feel exceptionally pleasant.

Following my travel motto of getting good rest, I chose the best hotel in Wuyuan this time – the Four Points by Sheraton. It's a convenient 5-minute walk from Wuyuan Station. The hotel is still new, having been open for less than a year, and as a Sheraton property, everything feels familiar and up to standard 🥰. At first, I was worried about noise being so close to the high-speed rail station, but after two nights, the person next to me slept soundly until 9:00 AM every day! 😊 The hotel is new, but there was no strange renovation smell in the room. Breakfast was rich and varied, with both Chinese and Western options, satisfying most travelers' tastes. They have all the usual amenities like a gym, but we were too tired from exploring to enjoy them, which was a shame! Oh, by the way, there's a botanical garden next to the hotel with an elevated walkway (similar to Fudao in Fuzhou) that goes all the way to the mountaintop. The air is great, perfect for a morning walk and some exercise. There's a meteorite museum up there, but it's closed 😳. Nothing else much to mention. By the way, I accidentally dropped my room card into a gap in the elevated walkway at the botanical garden. I thought I'd have to pay 20 or 30 RMB for it, but the front desk staff said it was no problem and enthusiastically made me a new card for free... Many thanks! Also, a quick note about our trip: we mainly visited Xiangu Ancient City, Huangling, and Dazhangshan Wolong Valley. Getting to Xiangu Ancient City was very easy; it was only a 10-minute taxi ride from the Sheraton. We went there on the first evening, mainly for night photography and the 'Fire Pot Show' at the People's Stage – absolutely recommended! As for Huangling, during this season, it's best to go after 3:00 PM and stay until 7:00 PM when all the lights come on, then you can head down. There are just too many people doing travel photography, and some popular spots (like 'drying autumn' displays) require queuing for photos. We're planning to visit Dazhangshan Wolong Valley this afternoon. Right now, at 12:00 PM, I just ordered a 98 RMB double set meal on the first floor of the hotel. After eating, we'll head to Dazhangshan... We're skipping other similar, less unique attractions to avoid disappointment!
