When we checked in, the front desk staff saw us but didn't greet us, they just kept working on their own stuff, leaving us standing there waiting. The air conditioning in the room was terrible; it would automatically turn off once it reached a certain temperature and only turn back on when the temperature rose again. I don't understand why it's set up this way, but it made for a really bad guest experience. I'd be sleeping, suddenly feel hot, kick off the covers, and then the AC would turn back on. This caused my mom to catch a cold, and she had to take cold medicine during our trip. This is truly the first time I've encountered such a hotel.

My family loved it! The service was great, and the two ladies at the front desk were so kind. My Marriott Bonvoy membership registration had a phone number error, and they patiently helped me late at night. The room was very comfortable, and the whole environment was fantastic. You can even try on Hanfu! If you're traveling with kids, I highly recommend checking out the children's playground next door – it's really good. We also went to Lingshan, just remember to go early in the morning. We'll definitely be back!
