This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk service was incredibly warm, with friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. Check-in was efficient, and the concierge even proactively helped with my luggage. The excellent service was a real highlight.

On our last day in Luoyang, we chose this hotel mainly because the room came with a hot spring tub and a unique breakfast, which suited the kids' preferences. The hotel offers car service, but we drove ourselves so we didn't use it. The kids really enjoyed the hot spring tub in the room, which was quite a distinctive feature. It's rare to find hotels that still require a deposit these days, but this one asked for 1000 yuan. What I don't understand is what valuable items are in the room that would necessitate staff waiting at the door, ready to inspect the room even before guests have left – it felt very uncomfortable. Finally, as we were leaving, we found a small ant crawling near the pillow. It seems like the ground-floor courtyard might need better pest control measures.

Several friends highly recommended we stay here if we were visiting Longmen Grottoes. I'm glad I listened to their advice, because their taste is excellent! The hotel is located on East Mountain, facing the Longmen Grottoes on West Mountain across the river. You can even see some of the grottoes from the rooftop terrace of Building 5. The hotel is right next to Xiangshan Temple and surrounds Bai Garden, offering beautiful scenery at every turn. The service is also excellent. You can book an electric shuttle at the front desk to take you to the East Gate of the Grottoes, then walk or take another shuttle to the Northwest Gate ticket office. After exploring the Grottoes and Bai Garden, it's just a short walk back to the hotel. The room type we booked even included a free send-off service to the station, which was very convenient. While the decor might be a little dated, the facilities are complete. It's clean and hygienic, with welcome fruit and complimentary snacks and drinks. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes, all rich and delicious, though the coffee was really not good, haha. We had lunch in the banquet hall, using a BOGO deal from Ctrip for two people, and the portion sizes were incredibly generous and tasty! Upon check-in, we received a voucher for the tea room on the upper floor's terrace. Enjoying tea and a book there was incredibly pleasant! The lady working at the tea room provided amazing service. Overall, I highly recommend it!

The hotel's location is excellent, and parking is very convenient, making it easy to get around. The room itself is also great, with a nice view outside the window overlooking a beautiful lake downstairs. The breakfast for our nine-day stay was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, and the service hours were also quite long.

I'd originally booked a few days, but a change in plans immediately after I arrived at the hotel meant I'd have to leave the next morning. When I informed the hotel, the staff were super friendly, supportive and very accommodating. Booking in had been easy, too, and throughout my stay, language was no barrier at all. The next morning, the staff helped me get a taxi to the train station. I'd have loved to stay a few days because--besides the greats ervice--the room was a top notch value. A very sleep-friendly bed, a beautifully designed bath and sink corridor, and a separate shower (if I'd needed it), plus comfortable chairs and a useful desk. In short--a really good room, and at a great price. No question at all: if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Anyang. I'll be staying here.

Service: A huge commendation and thank you to the staff at Zhengzhou Yinji Ice and Snow Hotel, especially Kid and Princess Elsa. On April 19th, my family of three checked into the Eskimo-themed family room. Every child gets incredibly excited when staying in a new place. My son, due to his excessive excitement, playfully tugged on a hanger in the wardrobe, and the clip on it pinched his left pinky, causing it to bleed. We immediately called housekeeping to ask if they had a band-aid. To our surprise, they not only sent a pack of band-aids but also disinfectant iodine swabs. We felt warmth and care on our very first day. On April 20th, around 7 PM, we took the hotel's mini-train to the Animal Kingdom to watch the Tree of Life fireworks show. In our rush to get on the train, I dropped the tiger bus bubble machine we bought earlier that day in the park. As a result, the liquid bottle separated from the upper part of the machine (as circled in green in Figure 2), and even worse, the broken part of the liquid bottle's screw cap got stuck inside the machine. We tried to twist it out for a long time but couldn't. You know how children are; if something they love breaks, they get very sad and desperately want it back to normal. I was already preparing for the worst, planning to buy an identical one at the hotel's commercial street the next day. After the fireworks show, we went to the Animal Kingdom's customer service center to borrow pliers, but that didn't work either. On the way back to the hotel, I was racking my brain trying to figure out how to fix it, thinking maybe the bubble liquid was too sticky or that cold contraction/thermal expansion would help if I put it in the fridge overnight. By the time we got back to the hotel, it was 8:30 PM. We went to the front desk and found a staff member named ”Kid” (the handsome young man on the left in Figure 3), hoping to borrow a suitable tool to continue fixing it in our room. To my surprise, ”Kid” immediately told us to go back to our room and wait, and he would fix it and bring it up. I was incredibly astonished at the time because this was clearly beyond his job responsibilities. Around 9 PM, the doorbell rang. We saw ”Kid” and ”Princess Elsa” come together, bringing the repaired bubble machine. They even refilled it with bubble liquid and, to our even greater surprise, gave us four extra batteries, saying they were worried it might run out of power! [Crying emoji] Oh my goodness, my feelings at that moment! After two hours of trying to fix it myself, I was truly overwhelmed by the unexpected warmth and kindness. All I could say was, ”Thank you, thank you so much!” I absolutely had to share my genuine feelings today, no matter how late it was. Through this public platform, I want to give a big shout-out to these two lovely staff members. Their enthusiasm and thoughtfulness made us feel right at home. This short 3-day trip became unforgettable because of this incident, something I'd never experienced before on family trips. If I'm lucky enough to stay at Yinji Ice and Snow Hotel again, I hope to see them. Thank you both again.

I originally thought that accommodation near popular attractions like the Longmen Grottoes would be mediocre, but I booked this B&B anyway to cut down on travel time. To my surprise, it exceeded my expectations. The location is truly excellent, right near the ticket office, and the service was fantastic – it really boosted my mood! There were welcome gifts and special souvenir gifts, thank you! The staff were all very attentive, especially the young lady at the front desk.

The newly opened hotel is close to the West Lake, the scenery is excellent, the stay experience is very satisfactory, the environment is quiet and elegant, the room is lighted, the layout is reasonable, the sanitary details are particularly in place, and all corners are cleaned spotlessly. The supporting facilities are complete and complete, and the hot water and network speed are very powerful. The housekeeper Winnie is gentle and patient, responsive, and can feel the intimate and meticulous service everywhere, and feel at home throughout the whole process. Whether it is travel or business accommodation, it is very suitable, the experience is full, it has been recommended to friends around me, it is worth staying repeatedly!

The hotel shower has a large amount of water and a stable water temperature, which is very good. The overall sound insulation of the room is OK. There is everything that should be in the room. There is a lot of water, and there are also double milk, fruit, and two bottles of drinking water from Pangdonglai, which should be unique to Xuchang. Hygiene: The room hygiene is good, and I didn't find any problems with hygiene. Environment: The hotel is very large, the lobby environment is very good, and the breakfast buffet environment in the morning is also very good. Service: The lobby reception staff and front desk service are relatively good. They will call to inform the hotel's services in time, and the hotel will come to inquire about the needs and arrival time after booking the hotel, which are all very good.
