Staying in the 'Big Corn' building, overlooking Zhengzhou's city center and Ruyi Lake, was truly a wonderful and amazing experience. **Facilities**: This JW Marriott has been open for some years now, and while the room design shows its age, all the facilities are very well-maintained, and the rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy. **Service**: The service here is genuinely excellent. From top to bottom, every front desk staff member and server I encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful, living up to the JW luxury brand. **Breakfast**: It's a standard offering for a luxury hotel, not particularly stunning, but sufficiently plentiful and delicious. Plus, the restaurant is quite spacious, able to accommodate guests during peak dining hours. **41st Floor Executive Lounge Benefits**: Due to my schedule this trip, I didn't get a chance to enjoy the executive lounge benefits. I will definitely try it next time!

The hotel is very close to Shaolin Temple. However, it's split into several buildings, which makes getting around quite inconvenient, especially on a rainy, windy, and cold day when you're lugging luggage and trying to get to building #3 with an umbrella. It's really, really inconvenient. You have to walk to building #1 to get in and out, or stand by the roadside in the cold wind waiting for a car. The hygiene was okay, but the room didn't even have a fridge or a smart toilet, which honestly makes it fall short compared to other hotels.

Located in the heart of the new district, the surroundings are great, with Kaiyuan Lake nearby and close to a commercial area with large supermarkets. It's super convenient for shopping and walks. The hotel facilities are complete, the rooms are soundproof and private, and everything is clean and tidy. It provides an excellent resting environment after a tiring journey.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The front desk service was incredibly warm, with friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. Check-in was efficient, and the concierge even proactively helped with my luggage. The excellent service was a real highlight.

This hotel is located in Zhengzhou's old town, with convenient access to shopping and dining, and is very close to Zhengzhou Railway Station. I purchased a package that included a complimentary double seafood buffet dinner, which offered excellent value for money and high-quality food. Thumbs up! The hotel's service and hygiene were also quite good. Staff proactively helped with luggage and greeted us upon entry and exit. We also received a free room upgrade, and the welcome fruit was very generous! If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve the quality of the toothbrushes and combs. For double rooms, it would be best to have toothbrushes in two different colors. Overall, I was very satisfied with my three-day stay and will choose this hotel again next time. 😊

Had a fantastic experience! The environment and everything else are, as expected, up to the standards of a major hotel chain, which is always reliable. What truly stood out was the exceptional service – it was just perfect! They contacted me two days in advance via WeChat, and knowing I was there for a marathon, they recommended great restaurants nearby and told me where to catch the shuttle bus. They also kindly extended our check-out time and arranged transportation for us to the station. A special shout-out to Guest Services Manager Colin Wang and the driver who took us to the station! Anyang is also a city rich in culture; it's a great choice for a visit even if you're not running a marathon, especially with kids. The museums were a delightful surprise.

I stayed at this hotel on two separate occasions, and both were terrible experiences. The heating system does not shut off—the room turns into an oven, and the entire floor felt overheated. I couldn’t sleep at all and had to wake up several times during the night not knowing what to do. The thermostat doesn’t work, so there is no way to control the temperature. During my first stay, the room didn’t even have a window; they brought in an external AC and later moved me. On my second stay, the room had a window, but it didn’t help—the room stayed extremely hot. After two stays with the same issue, this is clearly a persistent problem. I will not be returning.

The environment here is great, and the sunken bathtub in the room is huge, making for a very relaxing soak. The hotel provides a shuttle bus that drops you off right at the entrance, and it's just a 3-minute walk to the Duanmen Gate of Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden. However, the hotel's service left a lot to be desired. My daughter got sick and needed to go to the hospital urgently, but when I asked the front desk for help, their responses were incredibly cold and unhelpful. They said things like, ”You can search for a hospital yourself,” ”Call a taxi yourself,” and ”We don't know.” While I ended up arranging everything myself, their completely indifferent attitude was really off-putting.

I chose a hotel near Zhengzhou East Station because I was taking the high-speed train to Xi'an. I really have to compare and contrast! The day before, I stayed at the Hilton for a friend's wedding. My friend booked it for me, and it was old, rundown, and reeked of smoke. The next day, after the wedding, moving to the InterContinental was so much more comfortable! The service was truly excellent! They called me before check-in to ask about any room preferences and my estimated arrival time, and they met all my requests during check-in. Any minor issues I found after checking in were promptly addressed and resolved. The InterContinental brand lives up to its name, maintaining a certain standard. Upon arrival, I received a welcome gift, along with vouchers for coffee and cocktails. The package I booked also included afternoon tea, which featured a decent, standard selection of desserts. We booked a room with breakfast included. The breakfast spread was extensive, but the layout was a bit scattered and confusing. I was also surprised that the breakfast menu didn't change daily; about 95% of the dishes from the first day were still there on the second. Overall, it was a very good stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again if I have the chance.

The room was spacious and elegant, with a calming low-saturation color palette. The bathroom was bright and airy, with excellent water pressure and high-quality amenities. The night view from the high floor was stunning; watching the city lights come alive at dusk was incredibly therapeutic. The dining options were extensive. The Cantonese cuisine at Le Mei Chinese Restaurant was authentic, and the afternoon tea at the Executive Lounge was exquisite. During Happy Hour, the drinks were free-flowing, and the food was fresh. Quality truly shows in the details, making this my top choice for both business and leisure travel.
