Hilton Zhengzhou

The Hilton Zhengzhou is conveniently located, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. As a high-end brand, the service quality is excellent. Xiao Kai from the concierge even gave me a souvenir – he's a fantastic young man, keep up the great work!

Traveling to Zhengzhou alone, I chose this long-standing Hilton in Zhengdong New District. To be honest, the hotel has been open for quite a few years, and the decor and facilities definitely show their age. They're not very trendy, and I didn't get the 'luxury' impact I was expecting. So why still give a good review? Because of the people. I absolutely must give a shout-out to every staff member in the concierge department. They helped me out numerous times: from bringing and setting up a projector to delivering my takeaways multiple times, never showing an ounce of impatience. When I needed a wake-up call late at night, they responded quickly after I contacted them and ensured it was on time the next day. That reassuring feeling of 'every request is answered' was the only moment during this stay that made me feel, 'this truly is a Hilton.' Also, the swimming pool attendant was incredibly thoughtful, frequently asking if I needed a towel, and being as considerate as an old friend. The F&B department also did their best to answer my questions and help with my requests. Ultimately, the core of a hotel is its people. It's quite rare to find such a dedicated team who genuinely care for guests, especially when the hardware is clearly outdated. If you also value being treated with care, this hotel might not amaze you, but its people will make you feel warm. I hope the hotel management sees this review and properly rewards every hardworking employee I mentioned above; they deserve it.

The facilities are good. I hope they can add robots so I don't have to go downstairs to pick up food deliveries.

The hotel environment is quite good, and there's an underground parking lot. Check-in at the front desk was quick and friendly. The room was comfortable and cozy, the surroundings were elegant, and the location was convenient, very close to the subway entrance. Monica provided a thoughtful check-in experience. There was a minor hiccup during my stay, but I really appreciate the duty manager that night ❤️. Even though it was late, they resolved the issue quickly and with great care ❤️. I'll definitely be back! There's so much to do in Zhengzhou, haha!

The intern at the front desk, Sun Junyi, was lovely and enthusiastic, much better than the two people who were there on the day I checked in! The check-in process was so inefficient; from the moment I walked in, no one paid any attention to me while I was queuing. I just stood there! Couldn't a staff member or someone nearby at least offer a greeting? The room itself was still good, although a bit old, but the cleanliness, layout, and essential standards were all met. The soundproofing was truly excellent; I even wondered if there was anyone else on that floor. For someone like me who has trouble sleeping, this was a blessing.

During my stay, manager Xiaodou and front desk staff Cici provided excellent service. They worked together seamlessly and were very attentive. It's clear they are well-trained professionals. Very satisfied, very satisfied.

No need to say much about Hilton, the service and facilities are excellent, and it's great value for money. The Executive Lounge and breakfast food are also very good.

The lobby was very crowded and felt quite chaotic, probably because the shops next to the hotel are integrated with it. The room facilities were also just average. I booked a deluxe room, but its size was comparable to a standard room in other hotels, and the desk and chairs in the room were tiny, which was quite disappointing.
