InterContinental Hotels ZHENGZHOU ZHENGDONG by IHG

Chris was very thorough during check-in and incredibly patient with guests, which really elevated my stay. Honestly, though, the room's cleanliness needs improvement; I found hair on the bath towels and on the bathroom floor.

The room was clean and tidy, and Kitty provided excellent, thoughtful service, making for a super comfortable stay. The mini-bar drinks were decent too; I especially liked the Voss sparkling water. The toiletries were Byredo and the hairdryer was a Dyson. Plus, I could grab a coffee to go every morning before heading out.

The hotel isn't far from the high-speed train station, but it's a bit too far to walk and too close to justify a taxi. It seems to cater more to business travelers and events, so it might not be the top choice for tourists. The breakfast was the same every day, lacking variety.

Huge thanks to Lila for the thoughtful arrangements; my stay was very comfortable and the room was cozy. The hotel environment is also quite pleasant, highly recommended! It's a really great hotel, conveniently close to Zhengzhou East Station. Plus, it's pretty easy to get to 'Only Henan' from here. It's perfectly situated between Zhengzhou's old city center and 'Only Henan,' making travel incredibly convenient.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient. It's just a 10-minute walk from Zhengzhou East Railway Station's west exit – super close! Getting to the city center by taxi or subway is also a breeze. You can even walk around the station to the original Mixue Bingcheng store, though I heard the queue is notoriously long, so I skipped it. I also heard that Pang Dong Lai will be opening next door in October. I happened to be here during Zhou Shen's concert, so rooms were hard to come by! The room itself was large and clean, and 'Xiao Ka' at reception was very friendly and provided excellent service. If I get the chance to visit Zhengzhou again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.

InterContinental Zhengzhou Zhengdong is conveniently located very close to the high-speed rail station. The hotel offers good service and a pleasant environment, with no issues regarding the staff. Room cleanliness is also satisfactory.

The hotel is directly opposite the East Station. The room was very clean and tidy. A special shout-out to Ashley from guest services for her excellent service!
