1. Taking the bus from the train station to the accommodation is not easy. There are underpasses everywhere, so if you have luggage, you have to go around to avoid the stairs-only underpasses to cross the road. Once you get on the bus, the accommodation is right in front of the stop. 2. There are many attractions very close by, so I think the location is really good. 3. Considering the price, I won't complain about the cleanliness. The room is spacious, and there are good places to put things around. The value for money is good. 4. It's great to have a kitchen where you can prepare your own meals. Since many travelers stay here, the refrigerator is a bit cramped. 5. It seems like a good opportunity to meet many other travelers. 6. The receptionist took very helpful action. 7. I was told that luggage storage after check-out costs 15 Polish Zloty per item. I only needed to store it for a couple of hours... but I ended up giving up on exploring further. Even a small backpack is considered one item, so I couldn't pay 60 Zloty to store it. For travelers, accommodations that offer free luggage storage are really helpful... It would be great if all accommodation advertisements were mandated to provide information about luggage storage fees.

Not far from the train and long-distance bus stations, but you'll need to walk a few hundred meters if you're taking public transport. The room amenities are basic; there's no fridge, hairdryer, kettle, coffee, or tea, and the power went out for some unknown reason.

Lovely location at CH30 ~ nice courtyard area. Well located to anything downtown, including old town being not about 2km walk away. Feels secure with the gate being locked at night and the main door to each building also being a code entrance~ good for solo travellers. A nice room with fridge/microwave /kettle and crockery / cutlery. Comfy bed. Shared bathroom (only 2 rooms in each floor) was large and had hairdryer/washing up liquid and cloth to use. Easy and quick communication when needed. Good value for money ~

The room was tiny, I mean, really tiny. The location was convenient, though there wasn't much food around. It took about half an hour by bus to get to the city center. All in all, it wasn't a terrible experience, and I'm thankful to Trip.com for not completely scamming me. Honestly, this platform is a joke! Any other international platform is more reliable than Trip.com; they just take your money without providing decent service!

Stayed for 2 nights. The location is excellent, close to all public transport stops and the central pedestrian street. The room was clean, and the bedding was fresh.

self-service check-in worked very well, instead of staying at the airport during the night for a flight early in the morning, I could sleep some hours and take a shower

Good location for those who need convenient access to Okęcie Airport. There are restaurants and shops nearby where you can buy all the essentials. There is also a nice downstairs area where breakfast is served. I especially enjoyed the homemade halva ☺️ The place is pet friendly. I stayed with my cat which costs 45 PLN extra.

Great that the reception is open 24 hours. It was very kind of the receptionist that I got upgraded to a private room as there was no bottom bed available when I checked in at 21:30. I had requested a bottom bed as I am 65+ and have knee problems.

Its a very good budget hotel with several options based on your budget, from individual rooms to shared rooms. They seems to have good rules for everyone to follow, which is good. There was a small issue with my stay as i was asked to pay for breakfast at the restaurant while i had paid in advance at the time of booking. I told the lady many times that i have paid already and showed the voucher as well, but she was not impressed. that was bit annoying. Matter was resolved in the end, when she accepted her mistake and apologized. That is a sign of good people. So, in the end good experience.

Everything is great except that the toilet is separate from the bathroom and there’s a sink next to the room where the toilet is located — other guests might use it while you’re doing your business, which causes discomfort and a sense of insecurity and lack of privacy. Also the walls are thin so you can hear the neighbors a lot. Otherwise I’m more than satisfied with the accommodation for the price it’s a great option — I’m living here for the second time already. Also the technical support team didn’t send me the check‑in instructions on time and that made me nervous.
