The room is quite satisfactory. It is relatively large, has windows, good air, and is equipped with a washbasin, toilet, and shower separated into 3 parts. Hot water and coffee are provided. There is a 24-hour front desk service. The service staff is very good and can provide a lot of useful information. Their attitude is also very good. They are very familiar with the local food, drink, and transportation, and gave us very good suggestions. One day we opened the window and many mosquitoes came in. The front desk provided an electric mosquito repellent. You can't put things in the shower. There is not much countertop in the room, so we took down the drawers of the desk and used them as countertops.

The hotel is close to China Town, and there are restaurants nearby, not far from the subway station. The air-conditioning is enough, the shower hot water is enough, there is a refrigerator and two free water. Stay comfortable
The lobby Receptionist is very friendly.
However, the soundproofing of the room is poor, and even the phone in the isolation room is heard, so I don't sleep well every day. There are stains on the bed and the towel is also pierced.
Clean, comfortable, functional room. Really nice staff, great location, nice neighbourhood. I would stay here again without hesitation. Right by San Cosme metro station and a great little market. Walkable to Centro. Totally recommend this place.

Overall, the value for money is excellent, and the room is quite large. It comes with a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. The main entrance is on the main road, so it's a bit noisy. The shower in my bathroom didn't work, but it was manageable, though the water was very weak and a bit annoying. Transportation is very convenient, within walking distance of the Angel Pillar, and the entire area is very safe! It's convenient to get there early in the morning and late at night, with public transportation and a 10-minute walk to everything.
For a 3-day trip I needed something affordable and Hotel Ancona is one of the cheapest hotels found in the application, so I was thinking the worst and the truth is that it wasn't. It is a well-kept and fairly clean Hotel, it smells clean from the moment you enter the reception and that is appreciated. The single room is quite small but quite comfortable, my room had a smart TV which was a real surprise (I didn't try it, but the hotel has Wi-Fi so I don't doubt that you can put Netflix, YouTube, etc. on the screen )
In the hotel description it says: Adults Only, so this is not a family hotel. Quite a lot of noise from the other rooms all night and quite a bit of noise in the morning, as I am a heavy sleeper, I didn't give it much importance.
The bad point for me is the location. Although the area is accessible, central to a certain extent, in the surroundings you can find EVERYTHING, even the little store on the corner, even the market or even the shopping center, its bad point is that it is not close to any Public Transport, metro and Metrobus is an easy 20min walk, so yes or no you have to get around by taxi/Uber. If you bring a car there is parking but in my opinion it is quite small so perhaps you might not find a place upon your arrival.
This hotel is well thought out in every way. The reception's decorations, the free coffee available at any time, and the vending machines (for a fee) are convenient. The rooms don't have refrigerators, but they are air-conditioned and reasonably spacious. The breakfast is modest in meat, but they do have Mexican-style totopos with two-colored sauce. The pancakes and salad were delicious and just right.

Still more classical shops, classical shops are not big. But very elegant, the city center, very convenient, very close to the Constitution Square and the National Palace. There is a local breakfast shop next to it that is very famous. If you have to queue up, the locals will eat.
With a stay at Hostal 109, you'll be centrally located in Mexico City, within a 5-minute drive of World Trade Center Mexico City and Angel of Independence Monument. This hostal is 2.4 mi (3.8 km) from Paseo de la Reforma and 4 mi (6.4 km) from Palacio de Bellas Artes.

Note: The address provided by the platform is incomplete, so it is not accurate on the map. It is actually located slightly north. After passing two roads north of the supermarket Comer, you can see a gray building facing the eight-line expressway. There is no sign on the wall except the number 18, which is a bit mysterious.
Let me talk about the advantages first: the room has a large desk. There is a refrigerator and a usable kitchenette in the public area. The price is cheap.
There are many disadvantages: the location is relatively remote. Facing the 24-hour noise of the expressway, it is difficult to hear the video without headphones. But what I am most uncomfortable with is the bathroom. There are about ten rooms on the third floor where I live. It is a rooftop addition, and there is no bathroom. There is only one on the first and second floors, and there are five mini bathrooms on the ground floor. I usually have to go down to the G floor to use the toilet. In addition, the dry and wet separation design of the bathroom is not good, and water often splashes into the toilet area.

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by many restaurants of different flavors, and the streets are beautiful, which is very suitable for eating and shopping. The room is large, the hygiene is good, and the doorman is very nice (I forgot to tip...). The only uncertainty is that there is no air conditioning. I checked in in March, and it might still be a little cold at night, but I don't know if it will be a problem in summer.

AAnonymous UserThis is a youth hostel with a very good location, but the downside is that the Wi-Fi signal is extremely poor and basically unusable. The hostel facilities are also very old. The sound insulation is not very good either.
AAnonymous UserVery affordable price for a large spacious room with a large king size bed, however there is no room service, the big negative point of my stay is that the hotel's Wifi only worked properly the last evening of my stay out of 5 days in total, the rest of the time it was impossible to do anything, which in the middle of Mexico City is very inconvenient. The location and surroundings are average but there is a metro stop nearby
WwanderlustturtlesVery well located, the staff very friendly, and the place very clean. Quiet neighborhood, with good food and many markets to explore.
The only drawback was that the bathroom lacked hooks for towels, leaving everything a bit cluttered. On the other hand, the cushions were too big for my taste. Aside from that, highly recommended. 😁👍🏼
CClaudia IvonVery basic accommodation but the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is fun and laidback. Perfect for outgoing, unfussy travelers on a budget.
CcindyThe location of the hotel is hard to find, the facade looks like a residence. The first feeling inside is clean and comfortable, and the price is high. The location seems very close to Syntagma Square, the front desk service attitude is very good
GGuest UserVery good hotel, This came in as a surprise when booking as it was not really recommend, but the hotel location is very central and the staffs are super nice, they are there to help as much as they can! room also clean.
the only downside would be the shower as this is showerhead was quite hard and feel like piercing through my skin when showering.
