A terribly bittersweet experience. I don't know if all rooms have the same problem, but at least in room 101, where my wife and I stayed, they have a very serious problem: the shower is quite high above the floor where the sink is. Furthermore, the floor where the sink is located isn't slippery like the shower floor, so when I got out of the shower, I took a very hard fall on the floor, which, when it got even slightly wet, became completely slippery. Fortunately, it didn't go beyond an arm injury that has disabled me for a couple of days now, for which no one is paying me, and for which I'm quite upset. I was close to hitting my head on the edge of the shower head, and that could have been too serious. I consider it negligence on their part to maintain this facility in this state. I'm young, yet I was close to having a major accident simply because the hotel doesn't have at least a mat or something similar to prevent the floor from slipping. I can't imagine what could happen to someone older than me after a fall like mine. I feel sorry for the hotel employees who were there when I mentioned the situation. They're very kind, but it seems they're completely tied down when it comes to making decisions and proposing solutions. I had to ask them for assistance to help me get my bags downstairs because I couldn't even move my arm, thinking it could even be a fracture. I hope the hotel management contacts me, because I'm extremely upset about this situation and I demand that they take action on the matter.

Overall, the value for money is excellent, and the room is quite large. It comes with a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. The main entrance is on the main road, so it's a bit noisy. The shower in my bathroom didn't work, but it was manageable, though the water was very weak and a bit annoying. Transportation is very convenient, within walking distance of the Angel Pillar, and the entire area is very safe! It's convenient to get there early in the morning and late at night, with public transportation and a 10-minute walk to everything.

I really liked the location of this hostel, incredibly safe and beautiful area with lots of restaurants nearby. The floors creak alot and you hear almost every move everyone makes in the whole building.

Note: The address provided by the platform is incomplete, so it is not accurate on the map. It is actually located slightly north. After passing two roads north of the supermarket Comer, you can see a gray building facing the eight-line expressway. There is no sign on the wall except the number 18, which is a bit mysterious. Let me talk about the advantages first: the room has a large desk. There is a refrigerator and a usable kitchenette in the public area. The price is cheap. There are many disadvantages: the location is relatively remote. Facing the 24-hour noise of the expressway, it is difficult to hear the video without headphones. But what I am most uncomfortable with is the bathroom. There are about ten rooms on the third floor where I live. It is a rooftop addition, and there is no bathroom. There is only one on the first and second floors, and there are five mini bathrooms on the ground floor. I usually have to go down to the G floor to use the toilet. In addition, the dry and wet separation design of the bathroom is not good, and water often splashes into the toilet area.

Clean, comfortable, functional room. Really nice staff, great location, nice neighbourhood. I would stay here again without hesitation. Right by San Cosme metro station and a great little market. Walkable to Centro. Totally recommend this place.

There is a fast bus at the doorstep of the hotel, which is very convenient for the city centre and bus station. There is a BBQ restaurant next door to the hotel worth recommending. The room was very clean and the hotel has a swimming pool. Recommended

Still more classical shops, classical shops are not big. But very elegant, the city center, very convenient, very close to the Constitution Square and the National Palace. There is a local breakfast shop next to it that is very famous. If you have to queue up, the locals will eat.

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by many restaurants of different flavors, and the streets are beautiful, which is very suitable for eating and shopping. The room is large, the hygiene is good, and the doorman is very nice (I forgot to tip...). The only uncertainty is that there is no air conditioning. I checked in in March, and it might still be a little cold at night, but I don't know if it will be a problem in summer.

SSongmoThe room is big and the bed is big and very comfortable to sleep in. There are shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer. The facilities are simple. The wash basin in the bathroom does not drain smoothly, but the shower water is good. The front desk was very mysterious when I checked in. I arrived very late because of the flight delay. I couldn't see the front desk staff after entering the door, but I heard voices, like a mirror reflection. I looked inside, but I couldn't see the staff without standing on tiptoe. I only saw myself. I don't know why it is designed like this. Passports and signature forms are passed through a very small gap.

WwanderlustturtlesVery well located, the staff very friendly, and the place very clean. Quiet neighborhood, with good food and many markets to explore. The only drawback was that the bathroom lacked hooks for towels, leaving everything a bit cluttered. On the other hand, the cushions were too big for my taste. Aside from that, highly recommended. 😁👍🏼

33계1주중입니다만The atmosphere is different from Bellas Artes. There are many long-term residents, so it's a bit more friendly. Besides, the kitchen refrigerator is always full, so it seems to need some cleaning. The bathroom is also always dirty, with many people using it. Since the price difference isn't that big, I think Bellas Artes will be more comfortable. In terms of facilities, it's better to go with Bellas Artes.
