The room was quite new and clean. Housekeeping kindly provided several bottles of water, which I appreciated. The hotel is just over a kilometer from the tourist center, so it was very convenient to get a taxi. The front desk called me in advance to choose a room based on my preferences, which was a nice touch. They thoughtfully provided raincoats and gloves during check-in. My pants and shoes got wet from a rainy hike, so I changed in the restroom on the first floor. The front desk even offered disposable slippers, which again, I was grateful for.

The location is not far from Huashan North Station, about 5 minutes' drive, and there is a train station pick-up service (prior reservation required). The front desk and cleaning staff are very polite and enthusiastic, often offering assistance and greetings on their own initiative. A rare hospitality. There are washing machines and dryers for washing dirty clothes during the trip, and the hotel also provides a very considerate room delivery service. You don't have to wait there for the washing and drying to be completed. Just write a list and stick it in front of the washing machine, and the hotel staff will help you deal with the clothes and deliver them to the room. This is a rare thoughtful service in other hotels. The room we stayed in was close to the road, but it was not noisy at all. The overall accommodation effect is very satisfactory.

This hotel is definitely worth staying at, being very close to scenic spots and not far from the highway entrance/exit. Before check-in, the hotel called to ask if I needed a pick-up service, which immediately made me feel very welcome. The hotel is clean, tidy, and comfortable, giving a very reassuring feeling. Smart toilets, disposable seat covers, and high-quality toiletries highlight the hotel's elegance and warmth. The staff's kind smiles and gentle greetings make you feel right at home. It's a highly reliable and recommendable hotel.

The hotel is new and the room is quite spacious, with a large bed and clean, comfortable bedding. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet. There's parking downstairs, and dining is very convenient. The front desk service was also excellent.

The hotel staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They offered free, punctual pick-up and drop-off services to and from all three train stations serving Mount Hua, as well as the visitor center. On our second day, after checking out, we left our luggage at the front desk and headed off to hike Mount Hua. After our climb, we decided to try our luck and see if the hotel could pick us up again. To our delight, the front desk attendant immediately and cheerfully agreed, and even proactively arranged complimentary drop-off service to the station.

This is good value for money, but the breakfast was a waste as I didn't have time to eat it. I requested a room with a mountain view, but I was assigned a room on the ground floor. The parking space was right outside the window, and there were three large trash cans nearby, which smelled quite bad. The view wasn't great either. So, if rooms are scarce and you've specifically requested a ground floor room, don't choose a mountain view room to avoid wasting your time. One commendable aspect is the shuttle service to the station; this was arranged quite promptly, which was good.

I would come back again. Just that view on a mountain was awesome, birds chirping in the morning...at least until 7.30 when buses will start to drive. It actually looks better in reality. We came with a car, but it's easy to get there by public transportation too (delivery can enter as well). Twin rooms are more spacious than a tent with a bunk bed, that's what I saw. High ceilings, wood inside ( with a bit strong smell of acrylic paint that eventually disappeared, pretty comfortable beds for western standard, clean floors...a bathroom was the most outdated facility, a more cleaning in a shower area would be welcome. An AC worked normally, a water kettle, toiletries, everything was fine. Chinese breakfast, no coffee or bread, but you could choose other things for yourself. A swimming pool was not working. Great spots for barbecue, lots of shadow, little water streams, spots for kids to play outside. Kind and helpful personal, fast on answer, with basic English. Nature was amazing.

The room is relatively new, The air conditioner is good and the noise is not big. Parking: Less parking spaces in front of the door, more regular; There are more parking spaces in the backyard, but some messy. The front desk clerk has been OK. The catering department next to the cooperation, there are fast food, rich and frugal, and the taste of ordering is OK. The waiter's attitude can be. But on the third day, the hotel staff was slack in all aspects: The room was cleaned, no toilet paper, and two more bottles of water were not put. The laundry room, the filter of the two dryers is dirty, as shown in Figures 4, and Figure 5, A little dirty, I usually clean it myself. It’s so dirty. It’s obviously that the guests who use the dryer in front are not conscious and manageable. On the one hand, the hotel staff also have dereliction of duty: so I told the front desk that I need to clean it up. After half an hour I went to dry and found that I hadn't cleaned up - I cleaned up the lesser one myself, as shown in figure six.

The hotel is very conveniently located, 15-20 minutes walk to the foot of the mountain, to the tourist center, to various parks, etc. (Taxi around the city starts from 10 yuan). We were met at the station and taken to the station. The breakfast is delicious, there is a lot to choose from. The hotel has a small garden, it is a pleasure to sit there at night. The Huashan Yazhi Hotel (Huashan Tourist Center Branch) is a smart choice for independent travelers looking to hike Huashan. Its location is excellent, just 500 meters from the shuttle bus station at the Huashan Tourist Center. There are plenty of convenient dining options nearby, with many clean Shaanxi specialty restaurants offering fair prices. The hotel staff are very welcoming and helped with our luggage. The room was clean and hygienic. As a Ctrip Platinum member, I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite on the third floor. The room had a large balcony where we could relax, play cards, drink tea, and there was even a clothes rack! Breakfast was also plentiful and satisfying. I chose this hotel after extensive online research, and it certainly didn't disappoint. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Huashan and will recommend it to friends!
