My pants and shoes got wet from a rainy hike, so I changed in the restroom on the first floor. The front desk even offered disposable slippers, which again, I was grateful for.

The hotel boasts a prime location, approximately 3 kilometers by car from the Huashan Visitor Center. Upon returning from the hike, the hotel lobby was exquisitely elegant, the aroma of hot coffee and milk comforting, and the service was attentive and efficient! Entering the room, even the standard room was spacious, bright, clean, and cozy! The intelligent voice control and robot service system instantly relieved our fatigue! The bedroom, shower, and toilet all featured separate wet and dry areas, and the hairdryer was well-designed with a fast, stable, and comfortable airflow! The breakfast was particularly noteworthy and a pleasant surprise, offering a wide variety of nutritious options; the oatmeal alone was of five-star chef quality! I drank three bowls in one go! My family felt energized after breakfast… This was the most tiring stop on our trip, but also the best and most satisfying! Hope Orange keeps up the good work!

The hotel is new and the room is quite spacious, with a large bed and clean, comfortable bedding. The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet. There's parking downstairs, and dining is very convenient. The front desk service was also excellent.

The hotel staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. They offered free, punctual pick-up and drop-off services to and from all three train stations serving Mount Hua, as well as the visitor center. On our second day, after checking out, we left our luggage at the front desk and headed off to hike Mount Hua. After our climb, we decided to try our luck and see if the hotel could pick us up again. To our delight, the front desk attendant immediately and cheerfully agreed, and even proactively arranged complimentary drop-off service to the station.

It’s a great place to relax and enjoy your weekend with friends and family. Plenty of open space for kids to play. The tent experience was nice but amenities like bathroom sleepers were not available. The air conditioning was good and staff was very helpful. It was hard to navigate by myself but it was ok after getting help from the hotel staff on WeChat.

This is good value for money, but the breakfast was a waste as I didn't have time to eat it. I requested a room with a mountain view, but I was assigned a room on the ground floor. The parking space was right outside the window, and there were three large trash cans nearby, which smelled quite bad. The view wasn't great either. So, if rooms are scarce and you've specifically requested a ground floor room, don't choose a mountain view room to avoid wasting your time. One commendable aspect is the shuttle service to the station; this was arranged quite promptly, which was good.

Facilities: The facilities are complete, but the decor is a bit dated; this doesn't detract from the overall experience. The Huashan Yazhi Hotel (Huashan Tourist Center Branch) is a smart choice for independent travelers looking to hike Huashan. Its location is excellent, just 500 meters from the shuttle bus station at the Huashan Tourist Center. There are plenty of convenient dining options nearby, with many clean Shaanxi specialty restaurants offering fair prices. The hotel staff are very welcoming and helped with our luggage. The room was clean and hygienic. As a Ctrip Platinum member, I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite on the third floor. The room had a large balcony where we could relax, play cards, drink tea, and there was even a clothes rack! Breakfast was also plentiful and satisfying. I chose this hotel after extensive online research, and it certainly didn't disappoint. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Huashan and will recommend it to friends!

The hotel that has just been renovated this year has not had much price increase during the National Day Mid-Autumn Festival holiday. The room has no smell. The style is similar to the mid-to-high-end brand under Huazhu, so it feels very comfortable!
