Lovely quiet hotel/hostel with clean rooms. I stayed in a dorm with 4 beds. The bed have lights and curtains and inside the room are lockers, a fridge, microwave, electric kettle and a table. Opposite the room was a bathroom and toilet and throughout the building are filtered water tap points and even on the kitchen there's a tap with filtered water so you can wash your fruit and vegetables with filtered water if you want. The only thing I missed was hooks in the room to hang the towel and a small shelf next to the bed for my phone and such. You have to take off your shoes to enter the hotel and you can use these singel use hotel slippers which are thrown away when you leave. This creates loads of unnecessary rubbish which is a shame.

We initially planned to stay in a yurt, but with temperatures dropping to -5°C at night, the hotel kindly upgraded us to a more comfortable room — one with a queen bed and another with three single beds. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped, including a bidet in the bathroom. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and the staff’s flexibility and attention to comfort made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

Perfect place for a family. Everything was clean and neat. There is a microwave and washing machine which was vry helpful. Do note that a deposit of usd35 is needed which will be returned after check out. Although trip said to prepare cash in usd it is better to prepare the notes in kyrgyz som. The landlord is vry kind and understanding as we checked in late and had trouble paying via bank transfer. The maid there is a friendly elderly lady who is vry helpful. We enjoyed our stay and when we come to Bishkek in future we will definitely book our stay here again.

This guesthouse was excellent value for money, especially considering the high accommodation costs in Central Asia. We stayed in a twin room and it was incredibly clean. The kitchen in the basement was also fantastic. Although the bathroom and showers were shared, for the price and facilities, I have absolutely no complaints.

the location is great for travelers to walk to main sightseeing places and buy souvenirs at Tsum Dept. store and other shopping malls. its cheaper than other hostels around it. cleaning women keeps it tidy enough that i didn't feel dirty smelly at all. by Google map, its a bit hard to find it. and i hope to lend a towel for free.

I recently stayed at (Hotel flagman it was one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. The Room was spacious and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch, with helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again in the future

This hostel totally recommended for you guys if you looking for a sharing room or even private room, they have good kitchen and complete for the kitchen aids, their room clean, and also their toilet even the toilet is sharing but they keep it clean 👍🏻

The room was clean and the hotel's security was excellent, so I felt safe during my stay. The front desk staff were also very kind and their service was excellent. On the other hand, the guest room doors felt rather flimsy, so noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms were easily audible. On the night I stayed, there was an argument between guests late at night, and I was woken up by the noise. Also, a nearby dog would sometimes bark, so if you value a quiet environment, earplugs would be reassuring. The shower water temperature was unstable depending on the time of use, and perhaps due to the water storage capacity, it sometimes felt lukewarm. Towels are provided, but amenities such as shampoo and body soap are not, and there is no hairdryer. A washing machine is available, but there is no dryer. Detergent can be purchased at a nearby store. This was convenient for long stays and doing laundry while traveling. Pros: * Room is clean * Good security * Friendly front desk staff * Towels provided * Washing machine available Cons: * Thin doors, not very soundproof * Shower water temperature unstable at times * No amenities like shampoo * No hairdryer * No dryer * Noisy guests late at night (coincidental) * Nearby dog barking can be heard sometimes Overall, considering the price, it offers great value for money and is recommended for those who prioritize cleanliness, safety, and staff service. However, the soundproofing and facilities are minimal, so if you expect hotel-level comfort, you might find it lacking. The nearby street is currently under construction.

立地が非常によく、清潔でとてもよかった。 入場はわかりづらいが、他の人の口コミで番号を知って入った。ベッドは広く、他の人が動いても揺れないもので助かった。 また、こまめにシャワーに清掃が入ってるようでとてもよかった。これが1番嬉しかった。スタッフも親切。 ただ、他の客がうるさかった（ホテルは悪くない）のと、特に鍵などないのでセキュリティ面でどうなっているのか？はやや不安。

Everything about this place, including the price and location, was fantastic. The courtyard and co-working space were spacious and very comfortable. I only stayed one night this time, but I'd definitely like to stay again.
