10 minutes walk from western bus terminal, bus from almaty terminate here, minibus to karakol departure terminal, actual per picture, very clean, reception is very helpful.

This is not the first time we have stayed here - this suggests that on previous visits we were satisfied. The staff is warm and hospitable! The rooms have simple furnishings, but are very clean. The bathrooms are also clean. There is a kitchen on the floor where you can cook your own food and leave food in the refrigerator. WiFi worked flawlessly. Nearby is the Osh bazaar and the bus station, from where transport departs to all regions of Kyrgyzstan. A minibus to Bishkek Airport stops not far from the hotel.
In general, I recommend it. Simple and very comfortable!!!

The property is good in general. The stuff are so kind helpfull and trustfull. They are trying to improve conditions and always helpfull. I really liked them. Especially there were a woman who prepare the breakfast, she is the one of the best. Traveller can find everything in the property what they need. Everything is working and usefull.

I recently stayed at the Viva Hostel located in Bishkek Kyrgyzstan for about 2 1/2 weeks and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The rooms were and clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The manager, Manat was really understanding and she spoke good English. She actually made meals for me at my request because I wanted to try a home-cooked authentic cuisine and she charged me very little. The hotel's location was perfect as there were many restaurants, electronic stores, and shopping close by within walking distance. The cost of my stay was very reasonable. Overall, I had an excellent stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
