2-Star Hotels in Yamaguchi Prefecture, Japan

I stayed at the capsule hotel. The location was great, and I was able to walk to the Ruri Five-Story Pagoda. The staff were very helpful, even at night, and I was provided with a work kimono (work clothes), two towels, slippers, and other amenities, and I could even choose my own pillow, so I was very satisfied! Absolutely perfect!

The place is in a small onsen village. The ryokan was run by a beautiful elderly lady who was very helpful. Didn’t speak English so practice your Japanes if you are a foreigner! It was a wonderful stay. The stairs are steep but there is an elevator. There is parking in the back. The place feels old but that was one of the enjoyable parts to be honest. We were likely the only guests that day so the place was very peaceful. Praying for blessings over the establishment. 😊 would like to visit the area again.

The hotel room was very large; the hotels I usually stay in in Japan are only about ten square meters. This one was over twenty square meters. It felt very spacious. The only downside was that you needed a key to open the door, which was a bit inconvenient. The key was quite large, and I wasn't used to it. Usually, a room card is enough for hotels.

It is a great location, a 1-minute walk from Shin-Yamaguchi Station, and is a very convenient hotel as a base for sightseeing and business. Located in front of the station, you can spend your time without stress even on a itinerary with a lot of movement. The building itself feels a bit old, but it is well cleaned and the rooms are kept clean. Breakfast is not free, but there are many voices that it is volume and cost performance is high, and it is recommended for those who want to eat well from the morning. The hotel also has free Wi-Fi and free parking, making it easy to drive. However, Wi-Fi may weaken radio waves depending on the location, so it may be a little worrisome for those who value stable communication. On the other hand, some voices point out that the smell caused by the oldness of the building, that the washlet was not installed, and that the equipment was aging. There may be scenes where you may feel unsatisfactory for those who want comfort and the latest equipment, but considering the reasonable price range and good location, it is a content that is sufficiently convincing.

The cheap price is the biggest attraction. If you're just staying overnight, there's no problem at all. The breakfast bento was delicious, as other site reviews have said! As a woman, I would have liked some cotton buds and cotton pads as amenities, but at this price it's not a problem at all. [Note] The supermarket right next door is not open 24 hours, but only opens until midnight. Please note that there is a convenience store a little distance away.

It was fine, even has a small onsen and washing machines. The location very much feels like the middle of nowhere! A few local restaurants and convenience stores nearby but not much else. The cleanliness of the toilets on the first floor could be improved.

The location is very, very good, in the city center, very close to the bus station, JR Ube Station, it is too convenient for business travelers. I live in a Japanese-style 12 tatami, the hotel room is very large, the health is very good, the service is very good, it is recommended.

As a place to stay, I personally think the service, accommodation fee, and room size are all perfect. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Located behind Nakatoshi Station, it seemed like easy access. The area was very quiet. There's a large supermarket right in front. There are no convenience stores nearby, and it's a bit far away. The accommodations were very clean, perhaps due to recent renovations, and the beds were comfortable. Free parking is also available.

温泉を楽しみにしていましたが、自分のスケジュール的に入浴しにくい時間設定だったので少し残念でした。一日に二度入りたかったものですから。浴槽の中は滑りやすい部分と大丈夫なところとあり、転ばないように気を遣わないと危なかったです。お湯はとても気持ちよかったです。 スタッフさんがとても親切でした。車はむりょうでとめられましたが、安全に停められるよういつも気を遣ってもらいありがたかったです。 お部屋は禁煙でほとんどにおいは気にならずに済みましたが、エレベーターの中が、タバコのにおいや香水のにおいで辛かったです。過敏症なもので、タオルで鼻や口を塞いでがまんしました。
