The staffs are very friendly, the hotel is very welcome to the guests,hiper clean, quite difficult to find because Birmingham is a big City, however the local people around are very friendly and informative. The hotel is not far from Birmingham New Street train station, about 16 minutes away, what I noticed is that Birmingham City Centre have places opened 24 hours and I really recommend for anyone.

The location of the hotel is excellent for travel from Birmingham Airport. The first room we were given was not clean. The bed linen on the bunk bed was dirty and there were blood stains on the sheets. Having said that when we complained to the staff they moved in a to two rooms near each other. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

Just a few steps to birmingham coach station. For solo traveller,be careful if you arrive at midnight because the road to the hostel is dark and no people on the road. Except for the weekend there is a bar and few drunk people. The hostel is nice and the room is comfortable except if you have chinese roomate that always make a noise at night. Locker is available and make sure you have your own padlock. Wifi conmection very good,the lady at the counter also very nice and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located nearby the new street station which is excellent. But the rooms is small and old, the bed sheets look grey (tho clean). The mattress is also old. It is okay to stay just 1 night (if you don’t have other choice and budget) but not more than that.

I stayed at Beckbury House for 5 nights and had a very good experience. The service was excellent . Everything was well organized and comfortable during my stay. GGuest UserI loved staying at the Wyken Inn, in Coventry. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left,I was made to feel very welcome. The management and all the staff were all so friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable, The food was great and being a Wheelchair user, nothing was too much trouble for any of them. I would highly recommend staying here and I am looking forward to going back to stay there in May. THANKS GUYS. LYNN.
