The hotel was very conveniently situated, close to both the central station and the cruise terminal. Easy walking distance to both. The staff were very friendly and even lent us a phone charger overnight which was very appreciated. Would definitely use again.

I have used this hotel numerous times before travelling to france by ferry, i have to mention that the receptionist who works 3 through 11 is an outstanding associate, i hope ibis realise just how lucky they are to have this team member, i always travel with my 86 year old mother, and Tina makes us feel so welcome and that nothing is ever too much trouble. thank you Tina Accor are lucky to have you.

My friend and I stayed in twin room. Waa very impressed with the service given and the room itself was perfect for us staying over for one night for a Christmas get together in Portsmouth. We would definitely recommend and go back again to stay. Using this app, was quick and easy I shall be using again in the near future. Thank you :) .

Will be good if some refurbishment cold be done, especially on ventilation

The staff were very attentive and allowed us to check in early, They gave good advice on surrounding amenities, and were helpful throughout our stay. Although our room and shower room were was small, they were both clean and very well presented. The food in the pub was of a good standard and we were made to feel very welcome.

Friendly, lovely fresh breakfast in the morning made to feel very welcome live music in the bar on a Saturday night great blue blues band you could hear the bang quite clearly in the room but we were so tired. It didn’t matter if I hadn’t had my daughter I would’ve gone down and enjoyed the music.

Nice cosy rooms above a pleasant pub. It accepts dogs but didn't feel it was very dog friendly as no access for dogs to go for a wee, no dog bowls or anything dog related in the room even though the dog was booked in. Friendly staff and the food at the pub was tasty.

The place was clean and a good size for a family of six. It would be beneficial to have a bathmat in the tub, shower gel and improve the hot water in the bathroom as well. I would also suggest having shower gel in the bathroom. Thank you.

旅店位置非常好，交通便利，附近有一個大超市和很多小超市！這家旅館的房客有白人和很多印度人，有洗衣機和烘乾機，很好用！冰箱有些臟和味道。衞生間是共用的，衞生一般！
