Good customer service. My single occupancy room wasn't huge, but it was big wrought and had a big windows that could open for fresh air. HOT WATER in the sinks and showers (thank heavens!). The wifi was slow, but it worked well enough. The front desk is 24/7. The location is also good with many shops, restaurants, grocery stores, public transport stops, ATMs, and more around. I'd stay here again.

Accommodation is OK, Quito is not developed as a whole, this hotel is still recommended, in the city, the room is more exquisite and clean, business trip is relatively high

Very friendly hosts, centrally located next to all the restaurants and tour operators. Bus stop is 5 mins walk from the hotel. Spacious room with big bathroom, breakfast was really good and place was very clean. Highly recommend it!

The room I booked was exactly as pictured. You should bring your own toiletries. There was no hairdryer, but hot water was available. The door would only open after you rang the bell. Breakfast was included, and it was a fat-reducing option, along with freshly squeezed orange juice. It's not far from the attractions, but I recommend staying indoors at night.

Knock on the door at 10 o'clock in the evening and come out to open the door for a long time. The conditions are average, 5 minutes walk from the yellow fever vaccine. I stayed until 6 o'clock the next day and left one day in advance. I don't know why it became a full time to leave. It is not necessary to lie.
