Although we stayed for only one night, your 洋蜻careful guidance saved us a great deal of time and effort on our trip to Tianmen Mountain and the National Forest Park, helping us avoid unnecessary detours. A beautiful, clean, and modern room with a breathtaking view, where part of the waterfall can be seen from the balcony. After returning from our evening walk around the village, we had to wait a little while for the room to become warm enough to sleep. We stayed in January, so the AC likely needed some time to reach a comfortable temperature. An additional heater for winter nights would be a nice touch, though it was not a major issue. The owner was very friendly and gave us helpful directions on how to explore the village.

The room was very clean, and they even put a disinfectant ball in the toilet. Even though it's riverside, it wasn't noisy at all at night, and I felt very safe sleeping. The guesthouse has super cute cats and dogs with great personalities; you can pet their butts all you want! The owner was very thoughtful and easygoing. Oh, and there's a big rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the evening breeze and watch performances. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!

This hotel deserves a five-star review! First off, the hotel is very clean and close to the Zhangjiajie Landmark Gate. There's parking right out front, and plenty of restaurants nearby, which is super convenient. Secondly, the room was spotless, well-equipped, and the bedding was really clean. They even provide complimentary bottled water. But what really earned the highest praise was the incredible hospitality and thoughtfulness of the owners. A big thumbs up to them! 👍👍👍👍👍 The owner's wife saved a parking spot for me, and the owner waited up until I arrived late at night. The biggest thanks goes to the owner's wife for having the owner personally drive us to the East Gate when we couldn't get a Didi (ride-hailing service). I'm truly grateful! I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Zhangjiajie!

What impressed me most was the attentiveness of the service team. Every request whether for extra towels, dining recommendations, or late night room service was handled promptly and with genuine care. The housekeeping staff ensured my room was spotless each day, leaving thoughtful touches like neatly folded clothes and a personalized note wishing me a pleasant stay. It felt less like staying at a hotel and more like being cared for by friends who truly valued my comfort. They also having device for translation to communicate with guest from various countries. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking not just accommodation, but a heartfelt hospitality experience.

Good location, 15min by foot from tianmenshan cable Car Station. Other than that most things have to get a taxi to get to (72qilou strange buildings and zhangjiajiexi station both about 15mins by car). The airport is very close and you'll hear the planes very clearly, but still managed to have a good night sleep! Nothing to complain about the room it's simple but it's got everything you need!

The room is spacious and bright, the bedding is soft, the bathroom is dry and wet, the hot water is sufficient, and the living is very safe. The room was very clean, and the electric blanket on the bed kept us warm. It wasn't cold at all. The balcony offered a great view of the river. The owner was also very enthusiastic and even helped us carry our luggage to the taxi when we left. We'll definitely stay here again if we have the chance to visit!
