Traveling to Changsha, I was so glad I booked this hidden gem of a guesthouse on Trip.com. Its prime riverside location on a high floor offers absolutely stunning views; during the day, you see the sparkling river, and at night, the city lights across the bank. I'm a light sleeper, and before coming, I was worried about poor soundproofing in guesthouses, but my stay was completely free of noise disturbance. A special thank you to the lovely manager, Ms. Hu, for her warm and thoughtful service. She not only prepared alternative room options for me beforehand but also meticulously wrote down a list of restaurants popular with locals in the city and recommended souvenirs to take home. What really stood out was how Ms. Hu and Mr. Zeng from Siman (the guesthouse name) were at the front desk practically day and night, showing immense dedication and friendliness. They even proactively helped with laundry and drying, and folded it neatly before returning it. With beautiful scenery, excellent service, and a great price, our short three-day stay at Siman added wonderful memories to our Changsha trip. Thank you to both Ms. Hu and Mr. Zeng!

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful but that’s the only positive from this hotel. There were pee stains on the underside of the toilet seat, the headboard was dirty from what I presume to be years of grime and smoke residue and I wasn’t provided any real towels (only disposable ones). They also don’t have a 24hr front desk - I know this because I arrived late at night and the receptionist told me they were getting off work at 1130pm. Would not recommend. Also they charge a 100RMB deposit (which is returned after checkout and once the “cleaning” lady inspects the room). Normally I would be fine with a deposit, but for a hotel of this caliber to do so is just…where do they get the audacity?!

We had an amazing stay at Xiyue Linjiang Inn in Furong. The hotel was absolutely incredible, with a breathtaking view that made our experience even more special. The room was very clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the area. Everything was well maintained and welcoming. We would also like to thank the staff member who assisted us during our stay. He was extremely kind and helped us a lot with our luggage, making our arrival and departure much easier. His kindness and great service made us feel very welcome. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay at this small boutique hotel. The location is excellent—directly across from the Tianmen Mountain Cableway and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, making it very convenient for sightseeing and dining. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a large window that provided plenty of natural light. One thing I especially appreciated was that the room was completely free of cigarette smell. It was also very quiet, allowing for a good night’s sleep. The hotel provides useful amenities such as slippers, shampoo, and body wash, which made the stay even more comfortable. The only downside is that there is no elevator, so guests need to carry their luggage upstairs. However, considering the excellent location, comfortable room, and overall value, I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would happily stay again.

I highly recommend this hotel! The location is fantastic, right next to the cable car entrance, making it incredibly convenient for visiting the Zhangjiajie scenic area. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. We stayed in room 8302, which was very large and spacious with excellent natural light. The bathroom was also big and clean, making for a very comfortable stay overall. The hotel owner is exceptionally kind, warm, and enthusiastic. They even helped us arrange a great Didi driver for airport transfers, which was super convenient. What was even more touching was that the owner checked in with us to ensure we arrived safely after our late-night arrival – truly thoughtful and heartwarming. Additionally, I recommend trying Hu Shifu Sanxiaguo (Bus Station Branch) and Tujia Restaurant·Amei Xiangcai (Cableway Branch) nearby; both have delicious food. All in all, I was very satisfied with this stay and genuinely recommend it! 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Absolutely Fantastic ⭐️ Without a doubt, THE BEST stay we had during our entire trip to China. Rooms were beautiful and located right by the river in a quiet spot. Most importantly, the hosts were the kindest, most hospitable and friendly people. They treated us like family, took care of everything to make sure we had the best experience possible in Fenghuang - and we did - (helped us with taxis and prices, booked shows for us, even gave us water and snacks for our train ride leaving!). They were so lovely and always available to us. 10000% RECOMMENDED!

Staying at this B&B in Changsha was an absolute game-changer! I struck gold finding Wusu B&B; its location is divine, a dream come true for anyone who hates fussing over travel arrangements. ✨ It's right in the heart of the city center. Downstairs, you'll find Changsha's famous 'Cha Yan Yue Se' tea shop and the 'Gongjiao Xincun' noodle place. No need to wake up early to queue or trek far – you can enjoy milk tea and noodles just by stepping out. Talk about maxing out on Changsha's culinary delights! Getting around is super convenient too. It's incredibly close to Wuyi Square, IFS, and Pozi Street. You can explore, eat, and shop without feeling rushed, making it easy to enjoy Changsha's main commercial areas. The B&B's aesthetics are also top-notch, with a strong sense of design that's perfect for photos. And they really spared no expense on amenities: latex mattresses and goose down bedding provide a super soft, cloud-like feel that instantly melts away travel fatigue. Plus, there's a Dyson hairdryer, taking the shower experience to a whole new level. The room is fully equipped with a fridge, facial towels, and mouthwash – all the little details are covered! Add to that 24-hour concierge service that's always on call, whether you need directions or have other requests, they're quick to assist. It made for a truly comfortable and worry-free stay. If you're coming to Changsha and want to relax and focus on eating and exploring without any hassle, this Wusu B&B is absolutely the place to book!

The overall experience exceeded my expectations, with the best service being the most outstanding aspect. Communication was exceptionally smooth; they didn't treat guests perfunctorily, and resolved issues large and small effectively. They were sincere and friendly, and I would definitely stay here again. I explained my needs to the housekeeper, and they moved my check-out time back a bit to make travel easier. They also changed the airport pick-up service to airport drop-off. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

I had very big problems finding the hotel since I followed another guests review where they uploaded a picture of the wrong building. I contacted Trip.com support and I hope they removed it by now. This is not the hotels fault! The hotel was clean and orderly. The location is great and the receptionist was super kind! There is also a washing machine. Next time I come to Changsha I will definetly stay here again. Very good value for money.

This inn is well located in wulingyuan about 2km walk from zhangjiajie's eastern gate, a short warmup walk before park opening if desired. The staff were very kind giving a thorough runthrough of the complex park routes, buying discounted ticket at midnight! And even offering a complimentary ride to the park itself! I couldnt rate the staff more highly. The room itself was clean and large, though the restroom did suffer from some ventilation issues, it was a pleasant experience and thoroughly enjoyed my stay!
