Perfect location and the staff were really helpful :) you can buy drinks and coffees at reception and plenty of restaurants around

the front desk staff lied to us about the entrance ticket to zhangjiajie national park. she told us that bailong elevator ticket already sold out and we need to buy the ticket from her which it cost us 1,473 yuan for 2 people! we didnt belive her and we buy ticket in office center instead which cost us only 236 per person. and even ticket for bailong elevator still available.

We loved staying here and the owner has been rrally nice all the time. She helped us booking the tickets to the park and suggested us the best way to visit it.

Staf very helpful. Location only 6 minutes to Zhangjiajie Gate and nearby got alot of shop. In front of it can try strew.

Nice hotel with helpful staff. Location great for an early start into Zhangjiajie park. But Wulingyuan in general is a long way from the city proper. 30min from Zhangjiajiexi station by didi. Hotel got us tickets for the park with a 6:30am start and unlimited cable car and Bailong elevator rises for Y488.

The real treasure of this hotel is its incredible staff. The friendly receptionists gave a warm welcome, helped with my luggage, and even treated me to some watermelon! On checkout, they patiently explained my travel route too. The rooms are spacious, amenities are restocked on time, and the location is great – close to a park with plenty of dining options for any budget. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants and attractions. Our room was incredibly clean, quiet, and the bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful throughout. We would definitely stay here again!
