Yunshui Ballad Homestay (Grand Waterfall Store)

We are staying here in one night. The room is clean and the location is not so far from the entrance. It’s convenient. The room that we got is located under the bridge near the river you can hear the water running when you open the back door but when you close the sound is gone. The balcony is nice with a good weather and a good atmosphere. The service also good the hotel is try to contact us in advance to arrange to pick us up at the train station with a free of charged. Also organize to call a taxi for us when we leave. We are so much enjoy staying here!

Perfect location, with a view right on the bridge. Comfortable beds and a very spacious room. The floor could be a cleaned a little bit better if you looked closely but overall it was good.

We went to the hotel with high expectations. The hotel was clean and is in the center of Senic area. But some amenities were empty. We didn’t even got time to request for anything as we got a few time to explore the place and had to rush to the railway station in the morning. However we were so thrilled to see the message from the homestay, apologizing for not providing the best end services. I guess it’s not the services we were expecting from the hotel, it’s all about how they acknowledges and accepting their current conditions. Dear Yunshui Team, We appreciate you and we know that this is your new year and we totally understand everything. Thank you for getting back to us we were so happy with the aftersale service provided. This hotel is highly recommended.

Stayed here for one night. The hotel is super nice, perfectly located, near the entrance of the village. It exceeded my expectations!

The hotel is next to the bridge. There is a pick-up service from the railway station to the hotel. No reception; you need to contact the staff by using WeChat. The staff is helpful. The room is very small, but clean. The exit is far from the hotel, and carrying the large luggage up the stairs is not easy.

The hotel is difficult to find (even if you're using a Baidmap) and there's not really a reception, I had to ask around and nobody seem to know where it is. The facilities are enough and it's at a good location to go around this ancient town. However, there's a strong wooden smell in the premise (I understand it's a wooden structure hotel, just heads up for people going to stay here).
