The hotel was great. It was two blocks walking from where I needed to be. When I checked in, I was texted a key code for the front door in my room. There was no staff at the hotel at all. Very strange. However, I love the hotel. The room was spacious, very well decorated, and everything was spotless. I’m surprised it is not staffed, but will probably stay again.

Charming stay with lovely vintage vibes, very much in keeping with the local area. The location is excellent, and the diner next door is perfect for breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable, though some features are showing their age, our sink had cracks, and the bathroom suite felt very dated. Check-in was also very slow as the receptionist seemed unsure, which was frustrating after a long day of travel. We had also booked with the promise of a ‘Welcome Gift on arrival,’ but reception had no idea what this referred to, so nothing was provided. While it was a pleasant one-night stop, and we appreciated the character, I don’t think we’d choose to stay again.

The hotel was everything we expected and more! Perfect location, the gym is equipped with plenty of equipment and the rooms are immaculate and are very large for a standard double room. The breakfast was ok, nothing too special but definitely did the job, and as it was included we were not too bothered. The hotel bar and free tea/coffee (24/7) was a great addition, not too pricey for a hotel bar and the staff were great. Overall no complaints, would stay next time we are in Philly.

For a friend to book, the friend is very satisfied

We booked this hotel for a campus visit to CMU with our kids. I had originally booked two rooms, but the front desk informed me that only one was available. Fortunately, the room featured two 1.51-meter (roughly queen-sized) beds, which was perfectly sufficient for our family of four. After discussing it with Ctrip, they issued a full refund for the other room. Big thanks to Ctrip for their excellent service!

Wyndham Pitts has got to be commended for its central location and unblocked view of the Three River confluence, at a great price! Check in was smooth and travel to other parts of the city was very easy, with various amenities like 24h convenience stores and jazz bars within walking distance. One could also walk to the Andy Warhol museum through the majestic Three Sisters bridges and also the Duquesne Incline for a breathtaking view of the city. And finally the pool has a great view. One could probably only complain about the aging furnishes with some cracked or stripped wooden sections of the walls, and I thought it would be nicer to have a kettle in the room.

I do want to say that my kids and I had a great mini getaway. The only thing we disliked was the pool. It was quite nasty. So much hair In the pool. Someone should absolutely be keeping up with the maintenance. I'm sure it would not pass with the amount of hair and stuff in the pool. Aside from that I would come back. So please clean the pool so we can all enjoy it.

We had a delightful stay at the Radisson in Scranton, PA. The hotel is historic and beautiful. Lots of marble and decorative wood. It is an old train depot and located right behind it is the University of Scranton’s soccer field which we enjoyed watching practice. Right across the street is a nice restaurant as well as having one in the hotel. We had a delicious breakfast with a very nice waiter. Everything about our stay was first class.

We booked a night as we went to a concert at Hershey. It was clean and when checking I , staff was friendly. However, We were a bit appalled during our breakfast . We got down to breakfast area and there was hardly any food. They had no juice in the machines and a woman kept saying to all of the customers that breakfast was over, which it was at the time we were sitting. As we sat there eating the little that was out, a group came in and sat down. The woman in charge got all this breakfast food out and put it on their table to eat. Food that looked like it was what could’ve been served to customers that were turned down. We kept staring in aw and the woman came over and told us that employees were being fed and if we wanted any of that food we could go get some. She said it was Indian food that she wasn’t allowed to serve to customers. Our opinion was is that it was her family being served food that customers were turned away from. Not a good look or feel of this situation. Other than that, stay was pleasant
