A great location for visiting around the city - several subway stations are within a few minutes walk in different directions and some attractions like the science museum and Central Park shopping area are close enough to walk as well. The room size was decent for Japan with a nice chair and desk with refrigerator and big tv in the room and enough space for luggage and to walk around the bed. The amenities and snacks provided in the lobby were very convenient and there are several convenience stores nearby. The breakfast buffet had many choices and the main dishes changed every day of our three day stay but I would say it was more Japanese dishes than western. The staff were very friendly and spoke English and the WiFi was ok although a little slow at times. I think this was a great value and location and would recommend it and stay again next time I come to Nagoya.

The location is near the exit of the Sakura-dori side. Look for 大名古屋 Da Nagoya and walk about 5 to 10 mins to the hotel. The hotel is along the food street where there are a lot of food options till late. The hotel room is relatively spacious by Japanese standards. Entry to the toilet is flat so you don't have to climb up to go to the toilet.
The bed and pillows are comfortable. There is a water dispenser just outside the lift. The price is very reasonable as compared to Tokyo. We like Nagoya as it is a more relaxing city compared to Tokyo. Uber is not expensive so we took a taxi if we were tired.
The only drawback is the cleaning service is only after the 3rd night and we are staying for 4 nights. So the rubbish tends to accumulate. Hope this will improve.
I highly recommend this hotel.

This is a Meitetsu Inn property, so the rooms are on the smaller side, with typical Japanese unit baths. At night, the street below transforms into a vibrant, neon-lit entertainment district.
The location is excellent, very close to Nagoya Station and Nagoya Castle, and right by Hisaya-odori Subway Exit 4, just a five-minute walk away.
The breakfast on the first floor, though simple, is quite good. The restaurant offers complimentary tea and coffee all day (until 9 PM) and has a microwave. Vending machines are located on the 4th and 11th floors. There's also a self-service laundry.
Amenities are available for self-service right next to the elevators on the first floor, facing the front desk.
The front desk service was the most 'Showa-era' (old-fashioned, warm, and attentive) hospitality I've ever encountered – incredibly friendly.
Perhaps because it was a Saturday, the price I paid seemed to be about double the usual rate. However, overall, it offers great value for money. Highly recommended!

An old-school Japanese ryokan. While the facilities are a bit dated, they are well-maintained. The onsen (hot spring) is definitely the highlight, though it's a shame there's no outdoor bath. It's mostly locals staying here, which creates a really nice atmosphere.

Very close to Sakae Station and the Bus Terminal, but if you have a heavy carrier, the walk may be lengthened to an extra block due to a lack of elevators on the nearer side to the hotel.
Interesting style of a sliding door between the bedroom and hall/powder room area.
No tub, only shower booth with shower gel/shampoo/conditioner.
Free coffee daily from 7am to midnight, with breakfast cereal in the morning, and some tea bags.
Downside for smokers is, no smoking area in the vacinity. One can smoke at the 7/11 couple of blocks away. One can get a portable ash tray and smoke outside the hotel building.
There seems to be bike rental service available, which I never got to.

Facilities: Fully equipped with essential amenities, some rooms even have massage chairs. Practical facilities like a self-service laundry room and a restaurant are also available, meeting all travel needs.
Hygiene: Both guest rooms and public areas are spotlessly clean. Bedding and bathrooms are meticulously cleaned, ensuring a refreshing and worry-free stay.
Environment: Located right next to Nagoya Station, making travel and shopping incredibly convenient. It's a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, and easily accessible for trips to Inuyama and Legoland.
Service: The front desk offers efficient multilingual service with thoughtful attention to detail, promptly responding to guests' needs, resulting in an excellent experience.

Check in and out was easy and automated with the machine at counter. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, able to speak english to a good extent
Environment was warm and welcoming, rooms were comfortable.
Maybe the breakfast could be better. Daily selection of one sandwich, either the fix katsu sandwich or the other bread, sometimes hotdog, sometimes plain bread with soup.
Drinks were very limited .didn't felt like going down for breakfast after the first 3 days
Washing machines were the winner, you can even watch the availability from room tv .
Overall is very good would stay again if I'm travelling there

The hotel is very clean after the renovation. Its location in Jin is in the area with the most clubs. The more you play, the more traffic you'll encounter, and the more expensive it gets. It's safer to be careful and avoid drunks or similar situations.

I loved everything except for our last day.
Our booking comes with BREAKFAST daily.
On our last day, at 8:30AM, I asked if I could get just a brewed coffee from the breakfast area since there are no coffee facilities inside the room. (They provided breakfast stubs - and ours are scheduled 9:30-10:30AM because of the F1 season).
The staff /lead there refused and told me that I can only get coffee later at 9:30. Mind you, nobody’s in the breakfast area and I am 2 steps away from the brewing machine. Still, he refused. What a disappointment.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is super close to Nagoya Station, just a five-minute walk. There's a Lawson convenience store right downstairs, and nearby you'll find Komeda's Coffee and Sekai no Yamachan (famous for its chicken wings), along with many other shops. You can also enjoy free drinks in the lobby.

Great
GGuest UserI booked 2 rooms for our family totally 2adults,1teen and 1kid. The space of room is enough for 2, everything is perfect. Location is great and complimentary breakfast is really good. We can leave luggages at hotel when going to Nagashima Spaland.
YYuanyuan92The closest exit to the hotel is Sakae Station Exit 2, but be aware there are no elevators, so you'll have to carry your luggage. The Ferris wheel side, across the street (I think it's Exit 5 or 8), has elevators, which is more convenient for crossing the road.
The double room was too small. The bed was pushed against the window on one side, making it inconvenient to get up during the night. With a small round table in the room, there was no space to open my suitcase.
AAnonymous UserI came for a concert, and the hotel is right behind Niterra, so it was super convenient to just step out. It's also very close to Kanayama Station, which made shopping and getting to the airport easy. For Japan, the room size was decent and had all the necessary amenities. The lobby offered free coffee, and they even thoughtfully wrote a message for concert-goers.

AAnonymous UserWhenever I travel to and from Central Japan International Airport, I always stay here. It's close to the station, offers a free breakfast with a good variety, and even has complimentary welcome drinks after noon. It's my preferred hotel near the station, less than a 10-minute walk away. I'll definitely stay here again next time.
AAnonymous UserThe room was super value for money. Decent room size given the amount that we paid per night.. and they even have a chair in the washroom so that u can sit down while doing your makeup etc??
Staff were all very friendly and kind, which made the stay very comfy and enjoyable. :) It’s a short walk from the JR station, and there’s a rather big convenience store nearby called Ministop. Very comfortable bed and pillows I love it so much.
It felt ok for me and my friend (both female) to walk back to hotel from the station at night. A couple of drinking places nearby so it’s very lively at night. I might be hesitant to stay in the area if I was alone though. But with friends it’s fine!
Also, don’t miss the entrances to the underground shopping area ESCA. Easy access to restaurants, ***** stores/pharmacies, and other stores for shopping.
GGuest UserThis was my second stay here, so I was already familiar with the place. It's about a 10-minute walk from Sakae Station. The room, though small, was very cozy, and the front desk staff were great; they even helped me book a taxi. It's within walking distance of the Science Museum, Osu, and Matsuzakaya. The Ichiran Ramen next door still had a line at over 9 PM, so I went in the morning, which was super convenient.
MM335715****This is the nth time I've stayed at a hotel from this brand. The room size and design are pretty much the same everywhere – not huge, but perfectly adequate. The complimentary breakfast is standard; it feels like the food is identical in every location, with the exception of one local specialty. It's much cheaper than hotels near Nagoya Station. Walking to Fushimi Station is also convenient. I later discovered that taking exit E from the underground shopping area is the shortest route, but be warned, there are only stairs, no elevators or escalators.
Lluyee61The hotel isn't far from Meitetsu Nagoya Station, just a 10-minute walk at most. The lobby is spacious, and like other chain hotels, there's a common area for guests to eat, chat, and relax. The room is a bit small, but the facilities are very complete; there's even wireless charging by the bed.
GGuest UserTLDR: a lot of things to love about this hotel!
The hotel is well-prepared, with everything in the room and amenities in the lobby. They even have socks as souvenir, very cute. Never seen a hotel that provides hygiene sheets for room slippers before but this place does! They also have room service for food, and in-room massage / aromatherapy! And they even provide postage labels in case you need to mail stuff back home.
Utility-wise, they have quite a lot of power sockets around the room, and even provide charging cable for your devices. And a special multi-purpose shower head. The room is a bit small but for what you’re getting at this price, I think it’s perfectly reasonable.
They also have a security system that locks the front door during wee hours, making this place safe to stay in.
The service was great too. I think some of the staff members don’t speak English but they have all the notes in English so you can just read them.
Location is so convenient, just cross the road from Nagoya station and you’ve arrived.
Overall very happy with the stay! They truly went above and beyond my expectations
