I had a wonderful stay at Mutiara Ville, Cyberjaya. The room was clean, spacious, and very well maintained, making it extremely comfortable throughout my stay. The highlight was definitely the awesome cityscape view — waking up to the skyline and enjoying the lights at night was truly refreshing and relaxing. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully provided. The building offers great facilities, including a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, and secure access, which added a lot of convenience and peace of mind. Everything was easily accessible and well managed. Overall, Mutiara Ville is a great place to stay in Cyberjaya, especially if you enjoy a beautiful city view combined with modern amenities and a calm environment. I would highly recommend it for both short and long stays.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

Great location, directly connected to DPulze Mall with plenty of food and shopping options. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money and ideal for a short stay in Cyberjaya.

The room's cleanliness was a major concern. Although we often found places with better quality and value for money, if you're not particular about cleanliness, this might be an option for you. However, our stay was truly awful.

This homestay was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is convenient and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly felt at home during our time here. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

This place is located right behind a mosque. While it's not on the main road, there are 7-Eleven, 99 Speedmart, and even a Segi Fresh nearby, making daily life very convenient. The best part is the safety; you need to pass through three doors with access cards to get into the unit. The pool is incredibly clean, much cleaner than those 'influencer' pools in the city center. The room was comfortable for two adults and two children – really good! I'd definitely choose this type of apartment again if I have the chance; it's more budget-friendly and comfortable than a hotel. I highly recommend this apartment style accommodation. It's about a 20-25 minute walk to IKEA (BIKL) and a 10-15 minute walk to the shopping center in Bandar Utama.

They upgraded my room to two rooms ! Thanks Have microwave, water heater and refrigerator. For me, really love this unit ! Thanks for upgrading! The kettle in the room not working well and the staff replace it very fast ! Love it ! Will repeat for sure ! Parking rm 6 max per day !

Front desk were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, equipped with TV, hairdryer, hanger and toiletries. The surroundings were greeny and quiet. Next to it was Padi Malaya. Parking lot was free and safe. Accessible to Shaftesbury, Multimedia University, Dpulze Shopping Mall, McDonald’s and Starbucks. Highly recommended to travellers in Cyberjaya and Putrajaya.

Overall, my stay here was quite disappointing, and the experience did not live up to expectations. First of all, the room itself was extremely small and cramped, making it uncomfortable to move around or place luggage. On top of that, the facilities and furniture felt quite old, dated, and poorly maintained, which gave the entire room a worn-down feeling. When checking in, I was surprised to be charged an additional fee/tax of RM 5.00 on-site. This extra charge felt unexpected and added to the overall unpleasant experience. Location-wise, the hotel is not in a great spot. The surrounding area was noisy, and the room’s soundproofing was very poor. During the night, noise from the outside traffic was a major issue. I could clearly hear motorbikes revving and passing by continuously throughout the late hours, which severely disrupted my rest and made it very difficult to get a decent night's sleep. Given the small room size, outdated amenities, unexpected extra fee, and the severe noise pollution at night, I feel the value for money is very low. Unless the management upgrades the soundproofing and improves transparency regarding fees, I would recommend other travelers look for better options nearby.
