The hotel looks new and clean since it was renovated not too long ago, but don’t expect it to be anything out of the world. You will find everything adequate and functional. The mattress is surprisingly comfortable. The location is great too.

Location is just opposite Arena of Stars. Would have given 5 stars for location if not for the parking. This hotel does not have indoor parking. Need to park at Highland hotel and have to walk pass Sky Avenue and Arena of Stars to the hotel, unless you cross the busy road as it is just next door. Hotel is quite old but refurbished recently. Like TV remote control is broken. Hence rates 4 stars for cleanliness. Rated services 3 stars as the room is noisy at night till 3am. I think there is a pub downstair which blast loud music whole night.

The hotel is centrally located, not far from any of the nearby attractions, and parking is very convenient. There are plenty of food stalls around, making breakfast and dinner easy. The hotel isn't brand new, but the rooms are really spacious, as are the bathrooms. There's also a desk, which is perfect for business trips. The price isn't expensive either, offering great value for money.

What truly made the experience special, however, was the people. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, approachable, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was assistance at the reception, advice on local activities, or help with dive logistics, the team always greeted guests with a smile. The dive instructors and divemasters deserve particular praise. They were knowledgeable, patient, and passionate about sharing the beauty of Tioman’s underwater world. Their enthusiasm was infectious and helped create a fun and relaxed atmosphere both above and below the surface. As a diver, I greatly appreciated the balance that B&J strikes between enjoyment and safety. Every dive was well-organized and professionally conducted. Safety briefings were thorough, equipment checks were carried out carefully, and the dive guides remained attentive throughout the dives. Despite maintaining high safety standards, the team ensured that the dives remained enjoyable and memorable. Their familiarity with local dive sites allowed us to maximize our underwater experience while feeling secure at all times. It is reassuring to dive with professionals who clearly prioritize guest safety without compromising the fun and excitement of exploring the reefs. Another highlight of staying at B&J was the abundance of delicious food available nearby. The resort’s location provides easy access to a variety of eateries offering local Malaysian dishes, fresh seafood, Western options, and refreshing drinks. After a day spent underwater, it was wonderful to have so many excellent dining choices within walking distance. The combination of great diving and great food made every day on the island something to look forward to. Overall, my stay at B&J Tioman Dive Resort was outstanding. The clean accommodation, warm and friendly staff, professional dive team, strong safety culture, and excellent food options combined to create an unforgettable holiday experience. I would not hesitate to recommend B&J to anyone visiting Tioman Island, whether they are experienced divers, new divers, or simply looking for a relaxing island getaway. Sparkling clean room. Very comfortable bed. Excellent water pressure. The pool is huge and they also have a kiddies pool. These suites cater for families, couples and solo travelers. It’s 2 hours away from the airport but that was fine with me as I had an evening flight. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in Malaysia. The only negative was getting a room without a view.

*************, the location is close to the mosque and many famous grilled fish stalls in Tanjung Lumpur. The ceiling of the toilet and the bottom inner part of the toilet door need immediate maintenance. Overall, it's good and satisfactory.

The price for the stay is affordable, and the location is strategic in the centre of Cameron Highlands. Overall, the room is comfortable. Nevertheless, you can see some evidence of old buildings and slightly poor hygiene, especially in the toilet. However, the plus point for the stay is that the floor in the rooms is not carpeted, so it’s relatively much cleaner.

The location is very convenient, with many shops nearby. The air is fresh and pleasant, and the environment is beautiful and refreshing. It's a great holiday destination for families. The front desk service was also good. I'll definitely come again next time.

Nice place for staycation. The hotel staffs are helpful. The room is clean. Enjoy the morning hiking and the beautiful sun rise. However, the dinner menu is limited, steamboat buffet only. Please consider to add more variety.

This guesthouse is great! It's right by the sea and the sand on the beach is really fine. The place is well-equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and kitchenware. The only minor issue is that the shower floor can be a bit slippery. Communicating with the host via WhatsApp was very easy and they were super friendly.
