The staff were courteous and attentive throughout my stay. The rooms were generally clean and spacious, although some facilities could benefit from renovation and upgrading. Breakfast was satisfactory, with enough options for most guests. Despite a few minor areas for improvement, the overall experience was enjoyable and value for money.

This hotel was a fantastic experience! The room was spacious, very clean, and tidy. The separate toilet was a huge plus, and having two sinks was great. The lighting was good, and our room had a balcony. Waking up to a misty morning view was so refreshing. It was also super convenient to get to the theme park. Excellent value for money, I'd definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

The hotel isn't brand new, but the rooms are really spacious, as are the bathrooms. There's also a desk, which is perfect for business trips. Another highlight of staying at B&J was the abundance of delicious food available nearby. The resort’s location provides easy access to a variety of eateries offering local Malaysian dishes, fresh seafood, Western options, and refreshing drinks. After a day spent underwater, it was wonderful to have so many excellent dining choices within walking distance. The combination of great diving and great food made every day on the island something to look forward to. Overall, my stay at B&J Tioman Dive Resort was outstanding. The clean accommodation, warm and friendly staff, professional dive team, strong safety culture, and excellent food options combined to create an unforgettable holiday experience. The room was clean, neat, and beautifully maintained. Everything was comfortable, and the facilities were great. I stayed for 2 nights and had a pleasant experience. There was a double-booking issue due to an error from the Trip app, but the owner was very helpful, responsible, and cooperative in resolving the problem. The price for the stay is affordable, and the location is strategic in the centre of Cameron Highlands. Overall, the room is comfortable. Nevertheless, you can see some evidence of old buildings and slightly poor hygiene, especially in the toilet. However, the plus point for the stay is that the floor in the rooms is not carpeted, so it’s relatively much cleaner.

Hi, everthing was smooth and nice. Unfortunately , had a disappointing experience during my stay. Although a toothbrush may seem like a small matter, it was listed as an available amenity, so I did not bring one as I was travelling from out of town. When I realised it was missing, I called the staff and was asked to look for it. I explained that I had already checked but could not locate one. I was then told that it would be brought to me the following morning because there was no staff available to deliver it that evening. I understood the situation and agreed to wait until the next morning. Unfortunately, no one followed up, and the toothbrush was never delivered before I checked out. I am not usually a critical guest, but when an amenity is listed, I believe it should be provided or the guest should be informed beforehand. I hope the management can improve its communication and service in the future. Thank you

Nice place for staycation. The hotel staffs are helpful. The room is clean. Enjoy the morning hiking and the beautiful sun rise. However, the dinner menu is limited, steamboat buffet only. Please consider to add more variety.

Fast check-in, feeling welcomed. Entered the room with aircond on👍🏻 car parking right in front of our room. Request for a wish card for my kids, but we got a deco of love swan with fake flower petals and a card saying happy honeymoon on the bed😅 We enjoyed the clean private beach so much. Love the water fountain sound during breakfast. Then enjoy the swimming pool. I have asked for late check out but they charge RM25 per hour. So decided to use grab car to shopping mall, spend RM15 only. Great location because near town.
