first I got a room that was not clean, there was still a lot of hair on the bed, the floor was also a bit dirty, the paint was peeling off due to toilet seepage (it seemed). then I asked to move, and the room was the same (there was water seepage, peeling paint) but the room was clean. it seems all the rooms are like that. the door is a bit difficult to open and close. yes even though the price is cheap, please improve the facilities so that those who stay are comfortable. from the outside it's good, but once you enter the room, that's it lol if the place is really strategic, close to the highway and food stalls. I stayed here for 1.5 nights before catching a tour, and checking out at 11:30pm was no problem. It's close to some city attractions and shopping malls, although crossing streets on foot in the neighborhood is dangerous and inconvenient. The room was basic but clean. Wifi was strong but air con was too weak. I had to use ear plugs at night, with lots of noisy people in the hallway. Overall, an average experience and appropriate for the price.

Strategic location, close to BG Junction Mall, many food stalls, easy access, close to bus stops, so for those who are on a low budget staycation, it is easy to use Surabaya public transportation.

My first stay here was actually pretty decent. The service was quick and friendly, but it was a shame that the amenities weren't fully stocked and had to be requested. There's no phone in each room; only one is located near the elevator. The interior design was a bit too colorful, which was a little harsh on the eyes, haha.

Saya gak jd nginep disini, karena saya ke sby mau terapi. Ternyata 3hari sbelum brangkat kondisi saya drop. & dikota saya dokter spesialis tidak mudah.akhirnya dapet dokter hari jum'at & saya gak jd ksini. Tp kata temen² tempatnya bersih & nyaman

The elevator's speed needs improvement. You have two elevators. Please use BOTH of them during busy cek in/out time.
