Overall stay was good, in term of location, easy access restaurant and shops, room cleanliness, safety and security systems. However, area need to improve is WiFi connection not so stable during 3 days 2 night stay need to change different username and password for 2 every day. On 2nd day I can't sleep properly due to noisy from another guest room at level 4, door room was bang strongly by another guest when closed the door... The rest good.

I recently stayed at Swiss Avenue SP and had a wonderful experience, even when faced with a minor issue. The water heater in my room wasn't functioning, but the staff was quick to respond and went above and beyond to upgrade my room as a solution. The new room was spacious and beautifully appointed, making my stay yeven more enjoyable. I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the team. Thank you for turning a small inconvenience into a memorable experience! I look forward to staying here again.

Been to langkawi many times but haven’t make any booking here before. Once I arrived at Adya hotel with my cousin, the concierge staff is so friendly and on our last day we even request for extra hours for us because we need some time to pack our things and finally she’s willing to help us out☺️ Keep up the good work! Let’s make it short, the room is nice and spacy, the bathroom is spacy too. Even their housekeeping staff friendly too! They even arrange my makeup on the bed while we wait for them to clean the room😂. Anyway, It’s a good place to stay☺️. Will book here again🤭. Thank you💗!

My Overall stay with Alia was nice. The staff was super supportive and nice towards the customers. The resort has sufficient space for car parking and lobby. The rooms are clean. The ground floors have a nice balcony access. The property is nearby airport. The property is also nearby famous tourist attractions like: Langkawi Skycab, Sandy Skull Beach, Crocodile Adventureland etc. Improvement Area: Providing clean and quality vanities like towels, toiletries etc., Room size is relatively small, The pool in the property is more for kids. The property is nearby airport but a little far from Chenang Beach. Also, the property is far from good restaurants and cafe.

This time is Reality where everyone can visit here, right here this place. Imagineable and heaven made. Beautiful, Miracle, Unbelievable. Overall is amazing and satisfaction. Yes for me. Pool It's open and public we to swim, it's really relaxing and plus music surround the pool, safe. Room Convenience all equipment provides, comfortable bed, fantasy heaven view, love it indeed. Came to checked-in here for our last minute short trip. The last time we not able to enjoy the pool due to under maintenance. So we take the chance to enjoy it this time round. But the pool was floated with many flies due to rainy season weather. So we extend our request at front dest and asked them to clean it. They do immediately. After waited almost 25 minutes, finally the pool is ready. We so glad able to enjoyed the pool this time. Thank you to the staff. But pool water quality not so good. Maybe management can please improve.

Good value for money. Our room had a view of the bay. The staff are amazing, breakfast was also OK for the price. This hotel is a little dated, , you can see that rooms are somewhat tired. I didn't like the blue towels in the bathroom, they had a funky smell. Otherwise, it's truly worth the money.

The hotel is located in a conveninet location, within walking distance to the Lagenda park and Eagle square-- which are a must see. I walked there twice in about 15- 20 minutes; it would cost about 10 RM by Grab taxi. Some rooms have a good view of the Maha tower and the bay --the tower lights up at night and is really beautiful. The bed is quite comfortable and the WIFI is very strong . The shower and hot water runs alright . The staff, Dan, was very helpful and helped me to complete my itinerary . I was travelling alone, but there were families there as well . It is budget friendly but the amenties exceeded my expectations. Of course it is not luxurious, but the rooms are clean. I enjoyed my stay.

Attended 3 days 2 nights Seminar in this hotel. Overall I would say that this is not a comfortable place to stay. The hotel is by the roadside, in the center of Kuah. Room and function room had a strong unpleasant dampness odor. Every room will only be given 1 key card. Need to pay RM20 (deposit) for energy extra key card. The bathroom door handle of my room is broken. Breakfast is barely passable. Last day before checked out, even before 11.00am, the house keeper already entered our room and pulled up all the bedsheets and put it on the ground outside the room. My Mp3 player was wrapped in the bedsheet without my knowing. Luckily I found out at that time and got it back. Huh! House keeping shouldn't be done before traveller checking out! I definitely don't recommend this hotel to all of you. Unless you are looking for a very very basic stay with cheaper price.

Went to Langkawi during semi lockdown in Klang Valley and was looking for a budget friendly accommodation just to shower and sleep. Upon looking Agoda (online booking aps) decided to stay at this place that situated in Kuah Town due to its super low rate (probably due to covid) and central location. The place is brand new and from the outside, it looks like a decent no frills accommodation. The lobby is like the average bed and breakfast place (they open 24 hrs.. Don't worry if u arrive late) If you are hungry, the sell basic instant food like instant noodles and waters. But what surprises me the most is the super clean room. Not just that, our room in level 1 (they even have lift) smells fresh and not to mention, is comparable to a 3 to 4 hotel star rooms size. They even have coffee making facilities and free water. (don't forget I just paid rm58 for it!) The air conditioning works just fine and the bed is with great pillow and mattress too. Like said, like in 3-4 star hotels! One thing you need to be mindful if you are driving, since the location is in rows of new shoplots, need to be mindful about the parking. U need to buy tickets for the parking (but according to the staff at check in counter, the enforcement officer usually comes in the morning around 10am😜)

Low budget accommodation. We moved rooms and they are all quite similar. Cleaned and spacious. Good location close to the beach and restaurants. Not very nice swimming pool as it didn’t look very cleaned. The staff was friendly.for exploring the island it is a good option.

Once arrived, the hotel have a lot of open parking space, I was welcomed with such friendliness from staff at reception. Check in was fast and easily communicated. The room given to us was great with view of Alor Setar Tower ( Level 8). It was big room, clean and we were satisfied for the money paid. The food at restaurant is great. I would definitely recommended this hotel, since its located at center of town. Its near to the Pekan Rabu Complex. I will stay here again if I were to visit Alor Setar.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Star City Hotel in Alor Setar, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure I had a comfortable stay. My room was spotless and well-maintained, and the food was absolutely delicious. The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient to explore the city on foot, with easy access to shopping malls and popular tourist attractions. Overall, my experience at Star City Hotel was superb, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alor Setar.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night. I would consider this hotel as a budget hotel. For that category, this hotel is pretty good. Firstly, I like the location very much. It’s by the main street and just across the Lotus Hypermarket (formerly known as Tesco). There are many shops around it. In the evening, there are many stalls and food trucks that sell delicious street foods. You won’t go hungry here. The room size is decent and the bed and pillow are very comfortable. The room is clean. I would have given this at least a 4 star rating but I gave 3 star because of the following: - the shower water becomes stagnant because the flow was blocked or something. It took a long while before the water subsided. - getting a parking slot near the hotel during the day was quite a challenge because there are many popular shops there plus a major bank which customers took up most of the parking spaces. At night, the parking is quite empty. - that guy who was manning the front desk when I checked in was not friendly at all. Not sure what his problems were but being a customer facing staff, he should at least show a bit more pleasant personality. - there’s a sink right after you enter the room! It’s outside the bathroom. I don’t quite understand the logic of this room design. In summary, it’s decent hotel and the room rate is very reasonable esp if you book through their official website. There’s a supposedly 5-star hotel just next door. I have stayed there before. Given a choice, I would definitely stay at this Leverage Business hotel rather than the so-called 5 star hotel. It has it hits and misses but certainly value for money.

Very strategic location near to aman central mall and dataran alor setar a lots chinese restaurant around the hotel. A bit dated room and bathroom for 3 nights staying the tv not working they provide buffet breakfast a simple one but tasty. What i really like is the aircond… cooling make u comfortable in this hot weather

We booked this hotel as we have an early ferry trip to Kuala Perlis Jetty to catch the next morning. We booked 2 rooms including one with a balcony. The rooms were very clean with high quality linens, basic amenities and Young Living diffuser. One room had bottled plain water, the other one didn't have. But this is not an issue since they offer free local snacks and drinks from their fridge at the lobby. The toilets (including the one at the lobby) were super clean. There is no bathroom door, only curtain so if privacy is an issue you might want to book a separate room. The hotel has reserved parking spots in front of the hotel. Breakfast was basic, they offerred delicious nasi lemak, toasts and cereals. The issue here is that there is only one table with 3 chairs and one bench to accommodate all guests. During our stay the family who was sitting there took their own sweet time chatting after they were done, and ignoring the fact that other people were standing up waiting for them to leave. Some people can be inconsiderate urghhh. The hotel might want to reconsider the lobby cum dining space arrangement. I accidentally left my camera and the staff called me up to inform me and they kept the camera until I could come to collect it later. Major point there. Thank you👍🏻

Thanks for the great friendly helpful service that hand out my and my 2 small kids which is only 2&3yrs Old. Staff so helpful by loan phone charger and Assist my sister to pick up my mum at the nx day. A little small hand means everything for an elder aunty w 2 grandchildren. Well done for the team

The location was ideal, with food stalls and convenient stores nearby. We also felt very safe with its security door. The only minor point for improvement was that there were no extra keys provided for our family of six, which made it a bit challenging at times. Overall, we highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a peaceful, hassle-free place to stay. It was an unforgettable experience, and we would love to return!
