⭐️ (Strongly Not Recommended) My stay at A Coral Reefs Resort from 21–23 March started off acceptable, but what happened after check-out was deeply disappointing and raises serious concerns about the hotel’s professionalism and integrity. After I had already left the property and arrived at the airport, I received a call accusing me of being involved in a missing RM1200 reported by three foreign guests. This accusation was based solely on a vague CCTV clip showing me sitting in the lobby and putting something into my pocket. Let me be absolutely clear: such an allegation, made without concrete evidence, is irresponsible and unacceptable. The hotel’s account of the incident was inconsistent and unreliable. I was first told the money was left on a table, and later it was claimed to be inside a pair of pants. The inability to establish even the most basic facts seriously calls into question the credibility of the entire claim. Even more concerning is the timeline. If the alleged incident took place on 21 March, why was I only contacted on 23 March, after I had already checked out and reached the airport? This delay reflects either poor internal handling or a lack of proper investigation. The CCTV clip provided was incomplete and unclear. It merely shows me placing my own personal belongings (my phone and medicated oil) into my pocket. There is absolutely no evidence that I handled or took any cash. Relying on such selective and inconclusive footage to imply wrongdoing is not only unprofessional, but also unfairly damaging to a guest’s reputation. We have formally requested the full CCTV footage to ensure transparency and proper verification of facts. Failure to provide complete and unedited recordings will only further undermine the credibility of this accusation. If this matter is not handled appropriately, we will not hesitate to escalate it through formal complaint channels. Guests should be aware that without clear evidence, this establishment is willing to cast suspicion based on assumptions rather than facts.

This hotel is super cool, I really liked it. The room was clean, with a smart TV, and the lobby was very stylish. There's free popcorn. The pool area is also great, with a beautiful view of the jungle. The food is delicious, and the bar has a rich selection of drinks. My only minor complaint was the lack of towels – only a bath towel and a foot towel were provided. I would have liked towels for my face and hands as well. The main downside was the walk to the beach… I never did find the shortcut that people mentioned in reviews, so I always took the long way around. It felt quite spooky walking there because Langkawi gets very dark, and on one side there's an empty, fenced-off lot, and on the other, a hotel and construction site. Overall, it felt pretty safe, considering I walked alone at different times of the day and nothing happened. But the hotel itself is just superb, I'm thrilled!

There were 2 nights in the hotel, the area was tidy but no comfort. The people in the hotel are few, the pool is small and green, and the child was very interested in swimming in the basket. It was chosen with the pool, but it was not possible to use it. The location is good, close to the oceanarium and the Chenang Square. Nearby is excellent varung, only there and with whom they met advised it and often met there. Hotel on 1-2 night will go, but not more

I loved the location – right by the sea, quiet and incredibly relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The owner was also fantastic, very warm, welcoming, and attentive to guests. It’s centrally located, so everything is within easy reach. The bed was really clean, which is something I always prioritize. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose this place again next time.

Despite a minor booking issue at check-in, the staff handled it swiftly and professionally. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade, which elevated the overall experience. The resort is set away from the busy town and Pantai Cenang, offering a serene forest escape. The room was spacious, immaculate, and well maintained, with fast and stable internet. Service was exceptional — the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. Special compliments to the front desk team for their excellent service. Best enjoyed with your own transportation. A peaceful and refined stay — highly recommended to experience TC Garden Resort, Langkawi ! ☺️✌️

The hotel and room are a bit seasoned but still in an acceptable condition for you to enjoy your lovely holidays at Langawi sandy beach which is right in front of the hotel. There was no parking available at the hotel but you can park your car for free at the near by Langgura Baron hotel which is ab 400 m away. Overall, I would say that the room price with amenities & 2 complimentary breakfast was just the best bargain that you can get.

The room was smaller than I expected. It said it had a balcony, but it was in the hallway, so there wasn't much of a sense of privacy. I was able to use the phone at the front desk several times to make restaurant reservations, which was very helpful. The beach is just a short walk from the hotel! We even got to see fire dancing at night!

The food was one of the highlights. The dishes were flavorful, freshly prepared, and offered a good variety, especially for those who enjoy local and traditional cuisine. The portion sizes were satisfying, and the pricing was fair for the quality provided. The ambiance of the hotel was simple yet cozy, making it a good place to relax and enjoy a meal with family or friends. Overall, Langapuri Hotel is a reliable choice if you are looking for good food, decent service, and a comfortable dining experience. I would recommend it and consider visiting again. Very near to beach and also enjoy all the water sports activities. And couples can enjoy your candle night dinner .

This hotel was the most pleasant surprise of our entire trip to Malaysia. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly warm and helpful throughout. The hotel has two floors; the second floor mainly houses the lobby, where you can order free drinks, which was a huge plus! There are also three adorable cats roaming around. Every morning, the hotel provides a complimentary special breakfast in the lobby, and you can tell a lot of thought goes into it. The lobby also offers games like Uno, playing cards, and building blocks to enjoy with friends, and there's a pool table near the bar. While the room's style was a bit on the darker side, it had a great design, and the bathroom was very spacious. I'd definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Langkawi~

Amazing stay. Hotel has everything you need, including a prayer mat for Muslim guests, which was very thoughtful and appreciated. The view is absolutely beautiful, really on the sea. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant experience. Highly recommended!
