It was pretty good, and the service was excellent. However, the power outlets were a bit of a hassle – they were in very inconvenient spots in the room. Make sure to bring your own power strip and extension cord, otherwise charging will be very inconvenient.

15-20min walk from JR sendai.(a bit far) But it is safe to walk along the main road. Clean, comfort. but no Air conditioner, there is only the heater. There are some drinks service on 1st fl.

The hotel was very dated and was also very small. The paint on the walls of our room looked like they were coming off at any time. However the bed was clean and the room was also decently cleaned. All the basic amenities were provided during my stay and the staff were also courteous and friendly! The hotel is also located about a 10mins walk away from JR Sendai station so it is definitely convenient. Overall, for the price you are paying it’s definitely worth it if you are just looking for a place to sleep for the night and go out in the day.

Good location, only 700 meters from Sendai station. A lot of supermarkets, 7-11 and restaurants nearby . Recommended to stay here.

Clean and comfortable hotel in a convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was well maintained. Overall, a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

For the price, the room was clean, and while it's not a grand public bath, there's a good-sized bath and even a sauna. Plus, the free drink bar at the entrance was a great bonus. It was a really nice place overall. My only minor suggestion would be to add a dedicated relaxation area.

i used the free drink machine too much. when i checked out, i got a few more coffees and they closed down the machine for cleaning and started vacuuming. ironically, i wasn't going to get anymore drinks. but i noticed when i threw away the cup. it made the end of my stay unpleasant, mostly because i felt like a leach, but also because i have autism and tinnitus and the vacuum hurt my ears. i just got hit with money problems and i'm struggling to survive for a couple months. plus, i didn't want to carry around a 2 liter of water while hotel-hopping for the best deal. i asked if i could have a drink before checking-in or if i had to wait until 3pm, and the person welcomed me to have a drink. i really feel bad for overstaying that welcome, but it's worse if they caused me pain with the vacuum instead of just saying, "hey, stop drinking our drinks." maybe it wasn't intentional, but either way, they need to get rid of that vacuum.

Excellent customer service. Oppoaite hotel there is 7 11. There is coffee bar sand any other drinks too. Enjoy... Room is relatively small and only book when you okay with small room.
