A very clean hotel with breakfast included. The front desk staff were always incredibly welcoming. It's conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk to major attractions and a 15-minute walk from the train station. Given that hotels in Southern Italy can be quite expensive, this place offers excellent value for money. While the facilities are a bit basic, it's very clean and tidy. Booking through Ctrip was also very convenient. Definitely recommended!
Ótimo hotel, fica numa região próxima (20 minutos de carro) de Florença! Quarto ótimo com aquecedor central banheiro grande e chuveiro quente e com ótima pressão! Café da manhã muito bom. Espaço ótimo e atendimento sempre pronto a ajudar. Único ponto que não foi 100% foi o restaurante a noite com poucas opções e sabor um pouco sem graça da refeição. Voltaríamos com certeza.
room was big, beautiful / old fashioned interior, shower could be cleaned a little bit better
we had a late check in, worked perfectly with the friendly reception
little and cute breakfast, possibilities to sit inside or outside, beautiful terrace with view
the village itself is quite boring, there is nothing else (no store or bar or restaurant)
We had a wonderful stay. We chose a deluxe bungalow located close to the restaurant. The staff were kind and very helpful. It's conveniently close to Florence, and the shuttle bus was a great bonus. The prices were excellent, and the location was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend it!

THe hotel is dated - it would be nice to look old on the outside and up to date on the inside. It was hard to figure out how to turn on the AC - glad it worked though. Location is good, but the problem is parking - you cannot park on the street - had to park about 10-12 minute away, in a public parking. Breakfast is surprisingly good, with several options to choose from. The extra bed was flimsy, with the wood springs falling twice. Not a lot of space in the room - but, in a way, expected in Europe (especially coming from US). It would be good for the people upfront to share all the options and restrictions when it comes to parking. The lady in the morning included my car in the system, because you can get a ticket even by entering the restricted area.

The room was sufficient for a 2 night stay, the staff were lovely and very helpful, but the room was worse than expected. Very very noisy from the trams and trains outside and the shower head wouldn’t stay on the stand. I would recommend for a quick stop over stay but would avoid if you’re planning to stay for more than a couple of nights.
The location is great though, just opposite the station it was so easy to get on and off trains, easy walk to the centre and cathedral, with plenty of nearby restaurants!
Hotel Massimo was a great pleasant surprise both in terms of customer service and hotel quality. First I made a mistake of the reservation date and the hotel staff immediately helped to update the booking without additional charge. Second, when I request for a room change to a quieter area of the hotel, I was attended to promptly with a small charge of 10 euros to upgrade the room. Their breakfast was exceptionally tasty and staff was courteous and kind. One of the best hotel service I received in Italy! Highly recommended!!.

Strategically well located, within 3-5 minutes from the Firenze station. With lots food options at reasonably and budget priced. For instance, just outside the hotel, less than a min walk, a Chinese no frills restaurant provides a good Asian spread of Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese Ramen and fusion at competitive prices. Mcdonald is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Other Italian restaurants are found within 3-5 mins walk from the hotel. Though, this place is busy and bustly, it is rather safe to move around. The security system in the hotel is good and rather peaceful. Staff are excellent with good knowledge of The city of Florence. The Duomo (see Pic) is about 10mins walk from the hotel. Further down, about 5 mins walk, you can access the Uffizy Gallery with great Art collection of the Renaissance era. Also, you can take a 10 mins walk via the Firenze station to access coaches for our daily tours and Designer’s factory outlet at The Mall. No regrets booking Cosimo for comfort and convenience for our great Florentine experience.
Charming place with beautiful location near the winemaker Cinciano. The staff are sweet and helpful. The restaurant is good and the wines cheap! Can be clearly recommended.

GGuest UserA quiet neighbourhood not far from the train station. Room spacious and clean, but pity that no tea/coffee making facility inside. Breakfast very good and not expensive. Dennis at the front desk very nice and friendly, he gave advice and answered my various questions about sightseeing and travel in Firenze, thank you very much. Very nice view of Firenze at terrace and breakfast room on 4th floor, and guess thus the name Hotel Panorama.
AAlexandraSHotel overall is okay for a 3 star. Employees were always friendly. Free parking and if full, hotel as a old garage underneath which it was where we parked. Breakfast was okay also for a 3 star hotel.
Amenities nothing to be honest, on our room we had some stuff broken also… could get some refurbishment. And also, it is not a queen bed, it was two single beds close to each other… with no top mattress anything…
GGuest UserIt’s an old hotel, we stayed at a Quadruple room. Room size is ok for us. But everything is old, besides, one younger staff (around 40-50 years old) with not welcoming attitude which felt no good. And the rest staffs are ok. The breakfast was good but without ham/bacon or any eggs. Next time I would prefer to stay at NH Pisa, maybe with 10-20€ higher but should be more modernized
GGuest UserThe room was a bit dated, and the furniture quite basic. On the plus side, it's very close to the train station, and within walking distance of the art gallery, cathedral, and good spots to watch the sunset. What's even better, it's right at the entrance of Chinatown, making it incredibly convenient for enjoying Chinese food and browsing the Chinese supermarket. I even found the best-tasting water I've ever had on a trip at the Chinese supermarket – I was so happy about that! However, watch out for that ice cream shop on the same street – it's a total rip-off!

The location is great though, just opposite the station it was so easy to get on and off trains, easy walk to the centre and cathedral, with plenty of nearby restaurants!
TtakuminThe elevator was shaky and the exterior was a bit old, with many noticeable features. I was also bothered by the dim lighting throughout the building and the lack of a refrigerator in the room.
Also, the lights at the entrance didn't work.
Still, it's just a short tram ride from center of Florence on the T2 line, and I was able to sleep well in my private room with dim, indirect lighting.
Breakfast is included, so I think it's reasonable for the price.
I didn't realize there was a laundry room there, so I didn't use it.
There was also a coin laundry nearby.
GGuest UserThe room is very small, but compared to the price, I think it is very cost-effective. In foreign countries where the average nightly rate is 2,000, the price here is very reasonable, and it is very close to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, less than five minutes' walk! The facilities are a bit old, and the sockets even need to be supported by a cabinet to prevent the plugs from falling out. The hotel is also not far from the train station, less than ten minutes' walk. But all in all, this price, this location, and this view are still very cost-effective
JJUNHWANIt was so good. The advantage is that there is a tram right in front of you, and the price is cheap as it is a little far from the tourist spots. There was a big mart at the station just before, so it was nice to see the market. The downside is that you can go to the tourist spot by tram for about 20 minutes, but it wasn't a big problem. It was nice to be quiet. The room was spacious and the shampoo filled every day was well used. However, the check-in process was a bit cumbersome. I would like to reuse it if I come to Florence again next time.
YYigeananfangqibudongshidemengThis was the most comfortable and favorite hotel I stayed at in Florence. Strictly speaking, it's a guesthouse-style hotel. It was very cozy, clean, comfortable, and tidy. The room was cleaned and the trash cans were emptied daily. Every time I returned from my trip, it felt like coming home; the sheets and blankets were neatly made and tidied. The air conditioning was cool and quiet, and the room had no unpleasant odors. The large floor-to-ceiling windows let in sunlight, making the room clean and bright! The windows were well soundproofed, so it was quiet to sleep at night. I was glad there was a microwave in the common areas, and there was a Carrefour supermarket about ten minutes away, which was fantastic—the peaches were cheap and of good quality. For this price, the room had a kettle, a refrigerator, a safe, free water, coffee, and small desserts. I love European accommodations with balconies; I could make a cup of coffee in the morning and leisurely enjoy it on the balcony while watching passersby. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and a ten-minute walk from the Florence Cathedral. The only thing was to be careful not to splash water on the toilet floor when showering, as the toilet didn't have a door to maintain a clean design. Another point I'd like to mention is: please be sure to patiently read the link in the email sent by the hotel and fill out the form completely before submitting it. After following the instructions step by step, you'll get a screen on your phone to unlock the door, and then you can use the electronic lock to enter your room smoothly. The front desk staff were very helpful in carrying our luggage to our accommodation. In short, our stay here left us with wonderful memories of our busy yet enjoyable trip to Florence.
