We stayed here because of the proximity to the train station. It was very easy to walk to and from to catch the trains to Cinque Terre. Room was basic, not very updated and quite tight, but it did the job since we just needed to sleep/shower there.
The hotel is located directly opposite Genoa train station, offering views of the surrounding area and the station from the windows. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Most city center attractions are just a 10-15 minute walk away. There is no on-site parking, so guests will need to use paid parking facilities nearby.
Well, the room and cleanliness is good, just did not receive clear check in instructions in advance and there is a lift but it is not accessible to the floor of the room that we stay in. And also, the breakfast is at the patisserie located at the ground floor with only a cup of hot drink and a croissant, again, not instructed clearly on where to get the coupon.
I liked the hostel, there is a kitchen, even free food, a coffee machine, a bar, the hotel has parties, but they will not interfere with your sleep, as the rooms are on the upper floors, and the kitchen and bar on 1. I may come back here again. the only point is that they do not have a unified rule for guests, i.e. for example, not to make noise in the room after 11 pm. people can sit there and talk, if someone is already sleeping and they will not care. I think this is wrong and need to come up with rules for resting at night.
Great place in close proximity to Geneva area good as a place to explore the region
Its a B&B but very clean, well priced and professional service. It's run by a family so you get great Italian hospitality.
Convenient contactless hotel. You need to look for it in the alley. There is no service counter. You need to call the administrator to get the door and main door room code. It will be a little inconvenient if you don't have the local door number. The bed is big. It is very clean. The layout is tasteful. The furniture is complete. There are also mineral water and tea bags. Very considerate. The disadvantage is that it is far from the station and there is no elevator. Other than that, everything else is good.
The hotel is very old-fashioned, the key is still the original kind with teeth, it is not allowed to go out, it is estimated that I am worried about losing Guo copy. The elevator is grid, it will tremble when it stops, the curtains are very dirty, a layer of gray visible to the naked eye, and the bedside board is loose. Hotels at the same price are completely several grades higher.
The only better thing is that it is close to Prince Square, and the nearby trains, subways and buses are more convenient.
To go to Cinque Terre, I chose to stay in Las Pezia for 2 nights. Although it was a bit far from the station to drag my luggage 800 meters, the room was clean and quiet.
Capsule coffee is provided and the taste is not bad, and small snacks can be served with coffee to provide a service similar to afternoon tea, which is really intimate.
If you want to see the sea all the time, it is recommended to live directly in Cinque Terre to get a better travel experience.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location is fantastic for exploring the city, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were lovely, and our room was beautifully furnished, with even the bathroom lighting being just perfect 😀. The late check-out was incredibly convenient (what a relief!). Next time I'm in Genoa, I will only stay with you! Thank you.
A wonderful hotel in the very center of Rapallo. The room is clean, spacious, the breakfast that was included was not bad. The view from the window was a bit specific, into a ”typical Italian courtyard” with the appropriate nuances, but that's also characteristic of Italy, which you love..
Very Good

GGuest UserThe staff at Hotel al Sant’Andrea were TOP NOTCH! Very kind, informative, and always greeted us with a smile! The breakfast was basic but delicious and we always left full. The rooms were very basic and a bit run down but the beds were very comfortable. The rooms kind of felt like a dorm room to me. A/C worked well. Rooms were big for European hotel rooms (I’m Canadian and used to very large hotel rooms). The shower was very small but for only a 2 night stay it wasn’t a big deal. There was a mini fridge that actually kept items cold! I find hotel mini fridges are usually subpar. The location wasn’t ideal for us because the train station was a 15 minute walk away but if you are driving, location wouldn’t be an issue. We did not explore Sarzana, this was used as a home base to explore Cinque Terre, and for the price, I believe this hotel is worth it.
AAlfYYI LOVE this place! It's right up the town of La Spezia. Excellent ”hide-away”, though it's a bit of a challenge to get there. Up the narrow winding road that leads up to this hidden gem of a location. Beautiful & fresh mountain views and excellent fresh mountain air!
The beds were comfortable - firm which is to my liking & toilet was a decent size.
Breakfast was surprisingly decently spread despite only 2 families being there (including myself) from 0800-1000.
We were given the GND Floor room, which is superb because it opens up to the outdoor lounge are which overlooks the beautiful harbour of La Spezia.
Don't expect much as there are no facilities - this is a 2 star hotel/accommodation.
TTravelereNice place in the middle of the town, clean shower, check in can be done online via whatsapp. Unfortunately no assistance for parking (no onformation given where/how to park, must find by yourself). Room is nice and comparably big. Overall, good impression.

GGuest UserPerfect 2d1n stay if you are looking for a place to stay in cinque terre. First of all, the service was tip top by receptionist Nasrin! She was very warm and welcoming. She offered to keep our luggages and let us have a quick change after we check out. Other than that, the guest house is located strategically just 9 mins walk from La Spezia train station, next to the Main Street. The room was pretty spacious even for three! Room was clean, beds were perfect, toilet was spacious and we didn’t expect it has a sharing kitchen as well with utensils and coffee machine. Overall it was a perfect stay for us definitely!

AAnonymous Usera good place to stay if you have a car or able to catch the bus to get up or afford to pay 25 euro to get a taxi
it is close to nothing, you have to prepare dinner if you do not want to go back after meal
the price of the stay was excellence
breakfast too good to be true
quiet and not crowded compared with other areas of cinque terre
reception open at breakfast time and claimed 3-6 pm but when l arrived at ~ 16:30, no one at the reception to help. me
need to communicate with email or pgone if possible
will try to come back later when well prepare 😊
HholidayleleAt the beginning, we set a suite because the room type said a big bed and a single bed. I have a 3-year-old baby, the big beds in Europe are very small, so I chose the suite. And the picture is also shown. The result was given to me a big bed room, and I told me because I didn't tell me that there were children. Say we are even 2 people. But fortunately, we finally changed to a large suite. It is a very general express business hotel, just beside the train station, very close to the cruise terminal. very convenient.
