3-Star Hotels in Liguria, Italy

Great location in Monterosso, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and promonade where all the restaurant and bars are. We had a great welcome from our hosts who met us outside. My partner is pregnant with twins, so they gave us a car parking space outside our accommodation and helped to carry our suitcases up to the room for us. The room was stunning with a balcony overlooking the sea! A really nice size with all ammendmenties included. Fridge, Beach Towels, Slippers, Tea and Coffee facilities and toiletries in the bathroom. There is also a communal kitchen area outside the room with a coffee maker for extra coffee and teas. This is also where breakfast is served. We took ours to our room to eat on the balcony. The room has aircon but it was very slow at cooling the room. It is best to keep the shutters and tender down in the heat of summer to try and keep the room as cool as possible during the day. There are also alot of stairs to get up to the fourth floor where the rooms are with no lift. So bare this is mind if you struggle with stairs. For us, it was good for the exercise :) Overall, we loved this place and location and would definitely stay again! Great pizza restaurant below the appartment and a big car park across the street for parking.

The building is nicely located - 5 mins walk to Genova Brignole Station, few mins to Via San Vicenzo. It is a historical palazzo with very nice entryway and public spaces. The rooms itself was tidy and nice, with a beautiful balcony. The hosts are extremely welcoming and provided useful informations on the city, also some extras to the room like cookies :)

Das Hotel ist am Rand der Innenstadt gelegen und damit kann man eigentlich alles sehr gut erreichen. Ist aber nicht genau im Zentrum. Parkplätze sind nur sehr ganz vorhanden, man kann aber auf der Straße kostenlos parken. 

Less than a five-minute walk from the train station, which is super convenient. It's a bit of a distance from the main tourist areas, but still walkable. For the six-person dorm, the top bunk is quite high, so it's not suitable for those afraid of heights. It seems like the accommodation offers a lot of activities. The hairdryer is conveniently located in the bathroom.

Siamo rimasti davvero molto contenti del soggiorno all'Affittacamere Il Veliero! La reception è stata eccezionale: ci hanno mostrato tutto nei dettagli e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli su dove andare e cosa visitare. La struttura è pulitissima, confortevole e dotata di aria condizionata. La posizione è fantastica: vicinissima alla spiaggia, a ristoranti e caffè. Anche la stazione dei treni è vicina, quindi non serve prendere l'auto. Consigliatissimo!

The staff at Hotel al Sant’Andrea were TOP NOTCH! Very kind, informative, and always greeted us with a smile! The breakfast was basic but delicious and we always left full. The rooms were very basic and a bit run down but the beds were very comfortable. The rooms kind of felt like a dorm room to me. A/C worked well. Rooms were big for European hotel rooms (I’m Canadian and used to very large hotel rooms). The shower was very small but for only a 2 night stay it wasn’t a big deal. There was a mini fridge that actually kept items cold! I find hotel mini fridges are usually subpar. The location wasn’t ideal for us because the train station was a 15 minute walk away but if you are driving, location wouldn’t be an issue. We did not explore Sarzana, this was used as a home base to explore Cinque Terre, and for the price, I believe this hotel is worth it.

I would definitely come back to this hotel and choose to stay in Monterosso again when I go back to Cinque Terre! Highly recommend this to friends and family as well! The location is very good, just walking distance to train station, beach and the lively ***** of Monterosso is just minutes away, the staff is very responsive, love that I always come home late in the day to a very clean bedroom, the breakfast has a very good spread and nice atmosphere as well which is a fantastic way to start the day, and if you leave early before breakfast starts, they offer you at least the cappuccino. They offer free beach towel and beach umbrella as well which is great! Hopefully I would be back again as I’m from the other side of the world. Thanks for my delightful and unforgettable stay not just to the hotel but to Monterosso in general!

We adored this apartment! It was perfect for our stay in La Spezia. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cleaning products, the beds were fabulously comfortable and the apartment was well decorated and clean. The housekeeper/manager was also extremely kind and made sure we were comfortable! Also, breakfast (coffee + pastry) was a nice touch at the cafe downstairs. 10/10!

Номера находятся на 0 по европейским меркам этаже, из-за этого очень холодный пол. Вид из окна на внутренний двор-колодец с помойкой - даже не видно, какая погода на улице. Из-за отсутствия солнца и воздуха в номере очень влажно, вещи совершенно не сохнут, из-за холода в ванной влага конденсируется прямо на стенах и на полу и стенах по всей комнате стоит слой воды. Есть окно в ванной, но за несколько дней там ни разу не было сухо. Обогреватели не работали и в сентябре при +22 на улице было холодно. Выбирала по хорошим отзывам о хозяевах, но их вообще не видели за 3 дня. Расположение хорошее, 10 минут до вокзала, но в след.раз однозначно буду искать что-то другое.

The location is very convenient, situated near major tourist attractions, the airport, and public transport links, including a bus stop nearby. There are plenty of shops and grocery stores within walking distance, as well as many good restaurants, cafes, and local street food options. It is close to both sightseeing areas and the conference venue, making it easy to get around. The hotel can be a little difficult to find at first if you are not familiar with the surrounding alleys, but it is very close to the main road, so this was only a minor issue. The staff were friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel also has an elevator, which was particularly convenient when travelling with luggage.
