Ca'Vour

Location super, close to train station! Room was super clean and comfortable and beautiful bathroom. Contact good and check in was well instructed. Breakfast coupon for a coffee and a sweet bread in the shop. We had a nice stay!

The hotel was easy to be found. It was just beside Gelateria Vernazza (the gelato seems to be famous & favourite for local customers!). Hotel room was great, very clean and the room WiFi also AC works really great (it is summer now). Toilet has everything that we needed including a good hairdryer and drying rack. Our towel was changed daily and also room cleaned daily too. The included breakfast was amazing! It is in the cafe besides the hotel building itself and it was crowded by local customers because their pastries are amazingly good! We had free croissant and coffee to choose from the available list for hotel customers. The check in process was also easy, the hotel was very responsive and helpful via WhatsApp. I will stay here again next time! Thanks Ca’Vour for your hospitality.

Hotel is close to the train station and restaurants. Room is very clean and spacious. Also, the instruction for the self check-in was very clear.

There were three towels per person. Coffee machine with water and capsules. Compliments included cookies and candy. Clean, contactless check-in. For breakfast, they give a coupon for a croissant and coffee at the cafe at the entrance.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and everything was clearly explained, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to Liana—she was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us. I had no idea how to pay my parking ticket, and she kindly made a call and even walked with me to the tabaccheria to make sure everything was done correctly and went through. I truly appreciated her help. She was warm, friendly, and made us feel very welcome. I would absolutely recommend this place and would happily stay here again!

Well, the room and cleanliness is good, just did not receive clear check in instructions in advance and there is a lift but it is not accessible to the floor of the room that we stay in. And also, the breakfast is at the patisserie located at the ground floor with only a cup of hot drink and a croissant, again, not instructed clearly on where to get the coupon.

one of the cleanest places ive stayed in. very nice to give us an extra hour to pack our stuff before we left. breakfast vouchers given as well.

We adored this apartment! It was perfect for our stay in La Spezia. Check in was easy and instructions were clear. The kitchen was well stocked with dishware and cleaning products, the beds were fabulously comfortable and the apartment was well decorated and clean. The housekeeper/manager was also extremely kind and made sure we were comfortable! Also, breakfast (coffee + pastry) was a nice touch at the cafe downstairs. 10/10!

Good value for money. Shame that the scaffold has blocked the window while we stayed there. Simple but decent breakfast and a welcome bonus of small pandora (Xmas) and in room coffee machine.
