The room was quite spacious, and the staff were friendly. The only minor issue was that the sheets and towels were a bit old/worn out.

I chose this hotel because of its aesthetic and Santorini vibes! Every corner is beautifully designed and perfect for OOTD photos. 📸✨ The hotel was exceptionally clean and truly excellent service.I will definitely come back again whenever I’m in Bandung!

The hotel was at a good location, close to Bandung station as well as the main Braga street. However, cleanliness was subpar. The towels were dirty and when we requested for a change, the “new” towels were mouldy as well.

When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. Breakfast served is sooo good! There is also Indomaret next to the hotel. The staffs are so helpful and they help and assist you once you arrived there. The lobby is nice but you need to be patience a bit because it’s quite noisy during morning as people going to work and plus the hotel is located near the main road Overall will repeat here thank you!!

A very pleasant stay. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to everything, and it's conveniently connected to a mall. Overall, my experience was excellent and very satisfying. The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. The food was also delicious, with a great variety of options.

This is a decent hotel except for a couple of major issues. We booked a hotel with a pool. Unfortunately, the pool was too cold to spend anytime in. I never got in beyond my ankles. Then and this is by far the biggest issue. The hotel must be surrounded by mosques, because once the call to prayer starts in the early hours, you will not be able to sleep through it. It sounds like you have 4 or 5 mosques all doing the call to prayer in your room. Add to that, one of the evenings it seemed that some individual was also booming out his reciting of some religious tomes, it was the most repetitive dirge, far from the beauty of the call to prayer and it went on for about an hour. I understand it’s a Muslim nation, but this was rather not conducive to a decent nights sleep.

This was my first visit to Bandung, and I chose this accommodation after researching Trip for the best balance of price, location, and reviews. I’m happy to say that Pasar Baru Square Hotel Bandung was a fantastic choice for my 3-night stay—I truly enjoyed the experience! My stay included daily breakfast, and if you have an extra family member, there’s an additional charge of IDR 75,000 per person. The breakfast selection was decent—not a huge variety, but enough to start the day right! There’s also a restaurant next door called Rimba, and their food was absolutely superb! That said, I think the cleanliness of the hotel room could be improved. There were some old stains in the bathroom, likely due to the hotel’s age. Also, the shopping mall below the hotel is no longer in operation, which would have made the experience even better if it were still active. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel for its convenience and value! 😊

The room was clean, the service was good, and the location was excellent. My only suggestion is regarding the food: please ensure better hygiene, as we unfortunately found a staple in the cracker. Thank you.
