Good value for money, friendly, helpful night staff, no language problem, easy and trouble free foreign friendly. The feedback is based on my room and my overall experience. The room was very clean, newish super clear, bright lights bathroom, with very nice shower. The beds are a bit hard but nothing major, very quite, small but manageable parking space, despite my car being a big. It was one night experience, short but pleasant with lots of food option but the front doors of the hotel. Which very convenient. Definitely recommend unfortunately, I forgot to take some pictures. On the second day of Zhongwei, we stayed at the Mercure Hotel with Star Lake View Resort in the Wild. I didn't expect the service of this hotel to be so good! My girlfriend and I came to Zhongwei to play. We were carrying a large suitcase. The boss sent a car to pick us up to the hotel for free. During the summer peak season, it was not easy to take a taxi. When we checked out, we also arranged a car for us in advance. We also presented two bottles of drinks for us to drink on the road. The hotel's evening activities are particularly rich, with a bonfire party and fireworks show. We enjoy the beautiful scenery of the camp under the galaxy starry sky, which is very romantic.

This is the best desert guesthouse I've ever stayed at! The owner is a local, and someone came to pick us up as soon as we arrived at the parking spot, always on call. The bonfire party at night was lively, and the fireworks were beautiful. We stayed in a cabin, which was clean and had air conditioning, so it wasn't cold at night. The standard room had two large beds, more than enough for four people! My friends had a blast. This hotel is excellent in every aspect! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are new, and all amenities are well-stocked. The service is great, very responsive, and particularly attentive. They offer free parking, which is fantastic for those traveling by car. Overall, the experience was superb and well worth a positive review!!

This winery-themed guesthouse offers exceptional value for money. A single stay includes a wine cellar tour, wine tasting, DIY wine making, fruit and vegetable picking, and a relaxing lakeside retreat. Located within the Xinheng Winery, the guesthouse is named after the owners, a name that evokes a sense of marital bliss. 【Guesthouse】The guesthouse facilities are excellent. The air conditioning is very comfortable, and the bathroom features a separate shower and toilet. Aesthetic design and thoughtful details are evident throughout. I especially loved the view from the large windows of the flowerbeds and succulents; the vegetation was lush and vibrant. There were also footstools and air purifiers. The manager mentioned that the guesthouse was established in May 2023. Located away from the city center, it's a perfect place to relax and rejuvenate. 【Wine Cellar Tour & Wine Tasting & DIY Wine Making Activities】These three activities are complimentary for guests. In addition to a complimentary bottle of welcome wine, guests can take home their homemade wine and even design their own cute labels. The wine selection is extensive, including both dry red and dry white wines, and one that particularly impressed me was the Horse Rosé, a sweet, dry rosé. [Harvesting Activities] Guests can pick their own fruit for free. This season offers a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, including corn, green beans, cherry tomatoes, tomatoes, eggplants, green peppers, and cucumbers. The selection is excellent, making it especially suitable for family trips.

An absolute gem of a hotel! From the moment I walked in, the warm hospitality blew me away—the front desk staff remembered my name and went out of their way to make sure every need was met. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and boasted stunning city views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The bed was cloud-soft, the rainfall shower was heavenly, and the blackout curtains ensured blissful sleep. The location was super convenient, with metro access and great eateries right outside. Excellent value for money—this place truly felt like a luxurious home away from home. Can't recommend it highly enough!

This is a good modern hotel that provides comfortable accommodations. The breakfast bar is great, and the hotel location provides easy access (by Didi or taxi) to the train and bus stations, as well as Guyuan's outstanding museum. Only problems were having to overcome receiving two room key cards (one of which stopped working after a day), problem with the standard wifi authorization (room number and name). The night latch was broken/ non-functional. That wasn't a big problem, but reveals poor attention to facility maintenance/repair. An oddity was that each elevator ride was punctuated by a loud noise that sounded like a dog's bark. I'm not sure what that noise reveals about the elevator mechanism. All options taken into account, I'd definitely consider staying in this hotel on any future visit to Guyuan.

Facilities: The hotel facilities are complete, spacious, clean, and fully equipped with smart home systems. Cleanliness: The hotel rooms are cleaned promptly, with attentive service and excellent hygiene. Environment: The hotel has a good environment and a great location. It's very close to the Drum Tower, within walking distance, and there are many restaurants nearby. Service: Special praise goes to all the hotel staff. All staff members were warm, friendly, and attentive to detail. I was extremely satisfied with my stay! I will definitely come back next time!

A very artistic homestay with a very tasteful decoration style. Every decoration is just right, and even the breakfast is so exquisite. There were only two breakfasts originally, but we brought children with us, so the boss made a special breakfast for children, which was so thoughtful! There is also a beautiful souvenir. Although it was opened in 2018, the whole homestay does not seem to be old, and it is still as new. It is a great experience. I recommend it to friends!

The room was cleaned and the bedding was soft. People like me who recognize the bed sleep super fragrantly. I will stay here next time. I felt comfortable from the beginning of the door, the front desk spoke softly and softly, and there was no cold alienation at all. The room space is much larger than expected, the sound insulation is particularly good, the bathroom is dry and wet separation is in place, the spare parts smell very good, and two bottles of local mineral water were sent when checking out. The details are too intimate and must be given full marks!
