My stay at Atour Hotel was absolutely perfect! The hotel environment was clean and tidy, and the room was spacious, bright, and well-equipped, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel thoughtfully provided a lovely complimentary afternoon tea set, and getting two Peet's coffees was a really nice touch. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to explore Kashgar Old City. Overall, my experience was incredibly pleasant and the value for money is outstanding. This is definitely my top choice when visiting Kashgar, I genuinely recommend it, and I'll certainly be staying here again next time!

My actual stay far exceeded my expectations; the overall experience was incredibly comfortable. The room was exceptionally spacious with a unique layout that you rarely see. It had excellent natural light, multiple floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views, and even a bathtub, making for a truly pleasant living experience.
The bed was extra soft and provided a stable, restful sleep. Ordering takeout was made easy and hassle-free with robot delivery. The entire room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, with great attention to detail. The price was very reasonable, offering excellent value for money. It's definitely worth experiencing.

Hilton consistently delivers! From the lobby to the front desk, rooms, and even the restaurant, the service quality was always satisfactory. My only complaint: the Wi-Fi signal was terrible. A small suggestion: there are a few bald patches on the outdoor lawn that are a bit unsightly; hopefully, they can replant those. Also, there was noticeable litter on the lawn in the early morning.
What a pleasant surprise! The hotel's overall scenery is absolutely stunning, and the post-rain atmosphere on the grasslands is simply incredible.
The Hobbit-style cabins in the hotel's backyard are super whimsical and incredibly photogenic – you can take amazing pictures effortlessly. If you want to check them out, just ask the front desk staff, and they'll kindly tell you where to find them.
The toiletries are Appelles, which are really high quality and feel fantastic to use! This is something I really care about, so it was a delightful surprise. Overall, a perfect experience, highly recommended! (•̀ó•)ง💯

This stay far exceeded our expectations, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Martin at the front desk! We originally only booked one night. When checking in, Martin proactively added my wife's WeChat. Not only did he efficiently complete the check-in process, but he also thoughtfully shared incredibly practical local restaurant recommendations and travel tips. The places he suggested were fantastic in terms of taste and experience, which made us spontaneously decide to extend our stay for two more nights!
Throughout our stay, Martin maintained a professional yet enthusiastic service attitude. Every time we had an issue, he responded promptly, and his thoughtful attention to detail made us feel incredibly valued. This trip's experience was elevated to the fullest thanks to Martin's service. We will definitely prioritize staying here next time we visit Urumqi and will also recommend this hotel to our friends!

This hotel offers incredible value for money! First off, they have a free airport shuttle service, which saves a lot on taxi fares. The shuttle itself is a nice business van, and the ride was very comfortable with an excellent driver. Upon arrival, there were staff members at the entrance ready to help with our luggage, and check-in at the front desk was super fast. Someone even offered us water while we were checking in. They also gave us complimentary coffee vouchers for the cafe next door, and the coffee there was really good. The room itself was very clean, and all the amenities and facilities felt brand new. The hot water pressure was stable, and hot water came out quickly. Breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of delicious options – honestly, I think it was the best breakfast I had throughout my trip in Xinjiang. When we checked out, the front desk even gave us a souvenir fridge magnet. During our stay, whenever we asked the front desk for recommendations on nearby restaurants or attractions, they patiently explained everything to us. This hotel really provides an excellent experience. Highly recommend!
Here's what I loved about this hotel:
1. Excellent service! The Tajik staff, both the women and men, were incredibly friendly and lovely.
2. The room was clean and tidy.
3. The window offered stunning views of the snow-capped mountains and grasslands. I could sit by the window, sip tea, and simply zone out all evening (it doesn't even get dark until after 10 PM here).
4. The room had diffused oxygen, which ensured a great night's sleep.
5. The dried fruits, dates, and raisins provided in the room were delicious!
6. The laundry room was spacious and very convenient.
This was our first time visiting the Pamir Plateau and our first encounter with the Tajik people. We loved the scenery in Tashkurgan and truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
I am so satisfied with my stay at Wyndham La Quinta! This time I came to Turpan and found this super good hotel. The hotel is luxurious and atmospheric. The front desk service is super good. The check-in and check-out are very fast. The room is large and tidy. The bed is particularly comfortable. The quality of toiletries is also good. There is also a swimming pool. Children have a good time, and there is a sand treatment to experience. There are many types of breakfast, good taste, convenient location, close to the scenic spot, the price is really high, live at ease and comfortable, next time you will be the first choice!

Staying at the Radisson Collection in Kashgar exceeded my expectations! The hotel beautifully blends Western Regions charm with modern design. The environment is elegant, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped.
I especially want to commend Steven Pan, the manager of the Baza All-Day Dining restaurant! Throughout my stay, he was incredibly patient and attentive, proactively asking about my dining experience and promptly addressing all my requests. He was personable and highly professional. The Baza restaurant offers a rich variety of delicious food, from freshly made beef noodles and authentic Xinjiang baked samsa to exquisite Western dishes. Everything was fresh and tasty.
Steven's dedicated service made my trip to Kashgar exceptionally comfortable, truly a perfect stay!

I chose to stay at the Air Garden in the old city the night before leaving Kashgar to see the apricot blossoms in Southern Xinjiang. As soon as I completed my booking, the guesthouse manager contacted me to ask if I needed airport transfer and informed me about the local weather conditions. I felt a sense of warmth even before checking in.
Since vehicles aren't allowed in the old city, the manager informed me of the drop-off point and picked me up the night before check-in. This service was fantastic and saved me the awkwardness of dragging my luggage around looking for the place.
The hotel used to be the residence of a local 'Master Bayi' who was in the jade business. His eldest son later inherited the business and expanded it internationally. The original residence was very luxurious. Later, a boss from Hunan bought it and preserved the original four floors. The current third and fourth floors are replicas of the original residence, featuring exquisite wood carvings, making it a wood carving museum. Guests can visit for free. The fifth to seventh floors are the guesthouse, and the first floor sells jade. On the day of check-in, I received a complimentary jade 'peace buckle' from the guesthouse, which was a thoughtful touch 👍
The room decor had a distinct local flavor. Welcome fruits were already waiting in the room, and the mini-bar was free to enjoy. The super-large terrace offered a fantastic spot for enjoying the night view. On the day of check-in, I got to enjoy a complimentary afternoon tea. The pastries were exquisite, and sipping tea while admiring the beautiful scenery of the old city made all my worries disappear.
This hotel boasts the highest vantage point in the entire old city, perfect for watching sunsets and sunrises. I didn't get to experience it this time, but I'll definitely try it next time.
A big thank you to my manager, a handsome local guy, who was with me from the moment I booked until I left. He showed me around and explained the stories behind the wood carving museum, promptly resolved any requests I had during my stay, and patiently inquired about my airport transfer. Thumbs up! The guesthouse manager arranges breakfast for guests on the fifth floor according to their requested time. You can choose to dine indoors or outdoors. The breakfast spread was rich and well-balanced; I couldn't even finish it all by myself 😂
This guesthouse has only 10 rooms, offering a high degree of privacy. The elevator and entrances all use facial recognition. After checking in, I had a travel photoshoot with makeup on, and afterwards, the facial recognition surprisingly didn't work 😂 This only further convinced me of the guesthouse's excellent security! 👍
Although it's a guesthouse, it's very well-managed. Here, I truly experienced what 'customer-first' means. The guesthouse manager, Ms. Jin, an elegant lady, genuinely cares for guests, making everyone feel at home. I heard that after May 1st, the guesthouse will offer a service where managers take guests on tours of the old city. This is a brilliant idea, saving guests who are unfamiliar with the old city the hassle of getting lost. I look forward to the guesthouse getting better and better. The guesthouse's amenity kit is beautiful, and the manager said I could take it home, which is great! 😄
I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Kashgar. I highly recommend everyone to experience the charm of this guesthouse up close and hear its stories firsthand.

GGuest UserI didn't have high hopes for this non-chain hotel, but it actually exceeded my expectations! The room was spacious, the view was great, and the facilities were excellent, including a smart toilet and smart system. The wet and dry areas were separate, though the layout could be a bit more practical. The curtains were semi-automatic. The heating was quite strong, so much so that I had to open a window. There's also a self-service laundry room, perfect for those staying a bit longer for skiing or business trips. The only minor points were the limited breakfast variety and average taste, but I wouldn't call those downsides. Even though I only stayed one night, it left a lasting impression because it was the best accommodation of my entire trip to Altay 😂. Later, when I went skiing in Hemu, even a Holiday Inn costing over 4,000 yuan a night couldn't compare to this place. I rarely write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience now. I hope the hotel continues its excellent work and gets even better; it will definitely be my top choice for future visits to Altay.
GGuest UserThe RV camp at Sayram Lake offers an amazing experience! I initially thought the RV would be small, but the interior space was much larger than expected. The air conditioning and heating worked perfectly, and the bathroom was clean with a good wet/dry separation. The staff were very helpful, and check-in was quick. The camp's location is superb; just step out and you're greeted by the stunning lake views, often called 'the last tear of the Atlantic Ocean.' Lying in bed at night watching the stars and waking up to the sunlight in the morning was incredibly therapeutic. I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next visit.

GGuest UserAfter looking through past negative reviews, I've decided to leave one too. Apparently, whenever a guest leaves a bad review, the owner personally reviews all their surveillance footage, as one would expect from someone with a legal background – so meticulous! There's absolutely no need to book this place if the weather is bad; they're very good at superficial appearances. The bathroom and room have separate power supplies. Shortly after checking in, the bathroom light started flickering. The explanation was that it was a village power supply issue, so the light just kept flickering off and on, and the toilet couldn't even flush. I saw a staff member at the lobby entrance on the phone, trying to coordinate the power supply issue, all while holding a cigarette. It's truly 'great' for a service industry worker to block the entrance and smoke in front of guests. As for the linens, the comfort was decent, but the pillow inserts had some grime inside. The shuttle service was a plus, with the driver helping with luggage, but after a certain hour, the noise and dust were constant. Couldn't they slow down after 11 PM? The hot water for showering was unstable; it was only consistently hot when turned to the maximum, which was scalding. Any slight adjustment to colder made it fluctuate between hot and cold, and the shower drain was very slow.

GGuest UserI initially didn't consider booking this hotel, thinking the location wasn't ideal. But then I saw it had a good ranking on Ctrip and was known as a ”wild luxury hotel.” Thinking I'd give it a try, I decided to check it out. Ctrip happened to be having a promotion, offering one- and two-bedroom packages for 1,999 and 2,999, which seemed quite attractive, including afternoon tea and a main meal. On our check-in night, the front desk knew we were a large group and upgraded our one- and two-bedroom villas to four-bedroom villas. They were indeed spacious and the experience was wonderful. A big thank you to the front desk staff, Meike. The breakfast and dinner were also excellent, and I thoroughly enjoyed them. If I had to point out a flaw, I think the owner must have visited some wild luxury hotels around the world, and they felt a bit like the Habitas style in Saudi Arabia. However, I can only say that I've only learned the basics, and haven't fully grasped or surpassed some of the core elements. I hope the owner can expand the hotel's amenities and create more attractions within the hotel, beyond just indoor golf courses and perhaps even some outdoor attractions. The wait staff at the hotel restaurant were also fantastic. Xiaoya, a young girl from Xinjiang, was adorable and kind-hearted. I give her a huge thumbs-up (and I'll also bring Rena, Xiaoni, and Xiaomu along). Also, during the horseback riding experience, Yilamu, a staff member, helped take some photos. Thank you so much. The groom, Mr. Ma, was also very attentive with the kids. Thank you for his dedication. I also want to thank the woman who milked the cows; she was also very kind. Overall, my stay was very good. Especially with the Ctrip package and the room upgrade, I felt it was a good value. I hope the hotel continues to improve. It would be great if I could become a VIP or a free trial member. Hahahaha, I'll definitely come back for another try. If you see this, please contact me. I have a lot of experience with high-end hotels and B&Bs and can offer my opinions and suggestions.

GGuest UserThis well-established five-star hotel in the city center exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money! The location is absolutely fantastic, right across from the city's iconic Red Mountain Tower, which is beautifully illuminated by the环城高速路 (Ring Expressway). It's also not far from the International Grand Bazaar and the famous Hotan Second Street Night Market, about three bus stops away, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. The location truly can't be beat. The hotel itself has a grand and elegant atmosphere, with a lobby that showcases rich Western Regions culture and a mural corridor filled with cultural exhibits. Manager Watt had our room and key cards ready for us in advance, which was a very thoughtful and attentive service. The room was clean and tidy, offering a great view of the city at night, and was fully equipped with all amenities. The best part is the hotel's own dedicated parking lot, making parking incredibly convenient with plenty of spaces and hassle-free entry and exit. Overall, the quality is top-notch – clean, tidy, quiet, and comfortable, all at a great price.
LL. AiliI’m so glad I picked the Nanjiang Global for my stay in Kashgar. It exceeded my expectations, and my stay was really pleasant. After long days exploring, it always felt good to come home to my room. And given the summer heat, I loved that there was ice cold lemon water always waiting for me in the lobby. The check-in service was great and my room was upgraded. The suites are really comfortable, with amenities by Shanghai Tang. I also saw the standard double rooms, and they were spacious and nice too. The front desk manager who goes by the name Hunter was excellent and so helpful, as were others staff members. Hunter’s English is great and he answered all my questions with patience and kindness. Ask him to write down the hotel’s name in Uyghur for you if you’ll be taking taxis. It’ll be a big help. The hotel is very clean, and breakfast was much more than basic. I hope I have the chance to visit Kashgar again, and I’d be happy to return to this hotel.
GGuest UserThe room was excellent, the best in terms of environment and service in Wuzhen, western China. It was very close to restaurants, coffee shops, and tourist attractions. Our butler, Ayiken, was also very kind and helpful, a particularly handsome and enthusiastic young man who drove us to find charging stations. He waited for us even late at night.
The day we arrived, it was raining heavily in Karamay, and very cold. A little tabby cat followed me into the room to seek shelter from the rain and keep warm. She didn't meow, wasn't naughty, and didn't run around; she just stayed quietly in a corner. She was very affectionate, and would purr when touched. I touched her belly and, based on experience, judged that she had been starving for a long time and had eaten a lot of sand and stones; she was very thin and a little pitiful. But she was an extremely beautiful kitten.
The next day, when I returned to the hotel, she ran from across the lawn to greet me. Other tourists who saw her also came to pet her; she was very well-behaved, and everyone liked her.
Since I couldn't take her with me, I strongly suggest that the hotel or future guests adopt the little tabby cat. Her name is Xiaoguan🥹
