FourdannaAmazing hotel. Wonderful service, Extremely good value for money! Aliya was extremely helpful! I was looking for a touristic place to visit as I only had an hour to spare. She helped me order the Didi and helped me set the locations to come back the hotel on my phone. The rooms are clean with beautiful views, all amenities are available with a pillow menu! The restaurant serves extremely fresh fish(as they have a live fish tank) & delicious dishes. A must in Altay !

elisehongIf you stay here, like me, you'll have your own blue hour at 9:56 PM, listening to music and watching the marshmallow-like clouds slowly drift and expand behind the mountains. You'll imagine your younger self tearing down this snow-capped peak in the upcoming winter season, embracing the sunset glow of Hemu.
Of course, you'll also have a cozy bedroom. As you enter, there's a mirror perfect for admiring yourself, and in the morning, a little polar bear by the window will greet you as you wake. You'll catch glimpses of light in the mirror and see the green mountains just beyond.
Most likely, you'll meet the lovely Yang Gugu, who will not only ensure your satisfaction but also chat with you about fun stories from the ski season. Perhaps you'll even run into an exotic-looking young person from here at the Jike Pu Lin Ski Resort someday.
Oh, and be sure to take the complimentary cable car ticket from the hotel! There's a swing at the 2800-meter mountain summit. Remember to make a wish at the Mani pile and the Obo adorned with colorful prayer flags.
Yes, next time we meet again, my beloved and I will sit here together, listen to a Beethoven piece, and cherish this hazy, gentle blue hour.

ShukeniuThe environment is absolutely fantastic! It's a riverside campsite, and you can tell it's been thoughtfully designed, with clever touches everywhere. We unfortunately spent too much time at the attractions and arrived quite late. The campsite offers a bonfire, BBQ, and Uighur girls dancing. On the way to the river, there's also a splash pad for kids, so we really should have arrived earlier. The only minor thing is the gravel path at the entrance, which seems intentionally designed. You can contact the camp beforehand to have staff help with your luggage, as it's a bit difficult to drag suitcases yourself. Also, the soundproofing in the tents isn't the best, but that's to be expected when choosing a campsite. Overall, it's a great camp, and the breakfast selection is very rich. You can also request an oxygen machine.

I stayed in the intercontinental for one night and I wish I had more time here. The hotel is new and decorated in a sleek yet exotic fashion. The room is very spacious, with a comfy king sized bed and choices for pillows. Amenities wise, the room is equipped with the usual Blanche line of personal care products (however the hair brush is still quite rubbish...). The view from the room is superb, overlooking the yili river and the small apple lake with the mountains in the background. The executive lounge is dainty and the cocktail hours buffet was delicious (though doesn't have a huge alcoholic choices like some other executive lounges). Sitting in the lounge and watching the sunset over the river was a fantastic experience. The location of the hotel is a bit remote but it is perfect for someone wants to wander around the yili river park and/or do a nice long and peaceful run/bike ride. Gym is small but meets the basic needs (has dumbbells, cross trainer and treadmill but no bar bells or rack). The swimming pool looks fancy and big, makes it ideal for leisure and training.
Lastly, and most importantly, for my stay I truly appreciated the hard working staff here. They have made my already wonderful stay perfect. A big shout out to the concierge team, especially 来存智 Leonard, the concierge supervisor, they have gone out of their way to help me. I wanted to visit some ethnic group bar at mid night and given the distances and lack of taxis, Leonard, together with his team, helped me get to the right place and Leonard personally drove me back from the bar at 3am. I was able to have a great night thanks to him. Upon checking out, I was also given a nice souvenir to mark a perfect stay (unfortunately I left it on the taxi due to rushing!!! To whoever is the next lucky passenger to pick it up: I am jealous!).

y3nch1ngWe booked the guest rooms, which are actually a “盲盒” concept where you get whichever room is available upon check-in. Luckily, we were upgraded to wooden cabins with two rooms each. Since I booked 3 rooms, they arranged 2 wooden cabins for us.
Each cabin came with two independent bedrooms with attached bathrooms, plus a shared living room. We absolutely loved it because we could gather and spend time together in the living room. We even had steamboat there one evening, which made the stay feel extra cozy, lovely, and convenient.
There was also a huge open area in front of the cabins, but unfortunately the wind during our stay was too strong for us to sit outside. In the evening, sheep were grazing right outside our unit. On good weather days, you can even see Sayram Lake and the snow mountains directly from the cabin, which was really beautiful.
The cabins are spread across a large area, so you do need to walk to your unit, but the pathways are properly paved and easy to walk on. Our cabin was about 200m from the car park.
Special shoutout to the staff, Hemu and Dan Ni Er, who were extremely helpful. They used their small transport buggy to help move our luggage during check-in and check-out. Since we were travelling with elderly family members who had difficulty walking, they also kindly gave them rides to and from the cabin, which we truly appreciated.
Highly recommended for those looking for a different and more memorable experience compared to a normal hotel stay.

Anonymous UserA perfect stay, truly a top choice for accommodation when traveling. Gina provided 24-hour service that was professional and efficient, and her reception was polite and appropriate, with no cumbersome procedures throughout my stay. The room decor was simple yet upscale, with exquisite soft furnishings, and the entire space was immaculately clean, free of odors and stains. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a superb quality of rest. The facilities were well-maintained; the lobby was elegant and quiet, and the environment was tranquil. The location is prime, with convenient transportation. From the service to the amenities, everything showed great care. The value for money far exceeded other hotels at the same price point. It's my first choice for travel accommodation and worth repeated bookings!

I chose to stay at the Air Garden in the old city the night before leaving Kashgar to see the apricot blossoms in Southern Xinjiang. As soon as I completed my booking, the guesthouse manager contacted me to ask if I needed airport transfer and informed me about the local weather conditions. I felt a sense of warmth even before checking in.
Since vehicles aren't allowed in the old city, the manager informed me of the drop-off point and picked me up the night before check-in. This service was fantastic and saved me the awkwardness of dragging my luggage around looking for the place.
The hotel used to be the residence of a local 'Master Bayi' who was in the jade business. His eldest son later inherited the business and expanded it internationally. The original residence was very luxurious. Later, a boss from Hunan bought it and preserved the original four floors. The current third and fourth floors are replicas of the original residence, featuring exquisite wood carvings, making it a wood carving museum. Guests can visit for free. The fifth to seventh floors are the guesthouse, and the first floor sells jade. On the day of check-in, I received a complimentary jade 'peace buckle' from the guesthouse, which was a thoughtful touch 👍
The room decor had a distinct local flavor. Welcome fruits were already waiting in the room, and the mini-bar was free to enjoy. The super-large terrace offered a fantastic spot for enjoying the night view. On the day of check-in, I got to enjoy a complimentary afternoon tea. The pastries were exquisite, and sipping tea while admiring the beautiful scenery of the old city made all my worries disappear.
This hotel boasts the highest vantage point in the entire old city, perfect for watching sunsets and sunrises. I didn't get to experience it this time, but I'll definitely try it next time.
A big thank you to my manager, a handsome local guy, who was with me from the moment I booked until I left. He showed me around and explained the stories behind the wood carving museum, promptly resolved any requests I had during my stay, and patiently inquired about my airport transfer. Thumbs up! The guesthouse manager arranges breakfast for guests on the fifth floor according to their requested time. You can choose to dine indoors or outdoors. The breakfast spread was rich and well-balanced; I couldn't even finish it all by myself 😂
This guesthouse has only 10 rooms, offering a high degree of privacy. The elevator and entrances all use facial recognition. After checking in, I had a travel photoshoot with makeup on, and afterwards, the facial recognition surprisingly didn't work 😂 This only further convinced me of the guesthouse's excellent security! 👍
Although it's a guesthouse, it's very well-managed. Here, I truly experienced what 'customer-first' means. The guesthouse manager, Ms. Jin, an elegant lady, genuinely cares for guests, making everyone feel at home. I heard that after May 1st, the guesthouse will offer a service where managers take guests on tours of the old city. This is a brilliant idea, saving guests who are unfamiliar with the old city the hassle of getting lost. I look forward to the guesthouse getting better and better. The guesthouse's amenity kit is beautiful, and the manager said I could take it home, which is great! 😄
I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Kashgar. I highly recommend everyone to experience the charm of this guesthouse up close and hear its stories firsthand.

Staying with my family at the Radisson Hotel Kashgar was an excellent experience! The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with convenient free parking and spacious, safe public areas. The rooms are large, with soft and comfortable bedding and well-functioning bathroom facilities, perfect for family travel. Ella, the front desk attendant, was warm and thoughtful, especially attentive to the elderly and children. She proactively offered help, recommended nearby attractions, and made our stay completely stress-free. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, catering to both adults and children, and our whole family was very satisfied. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit!

Angela zhou1688This hotel truly deserves its spot as one of the top 50 scenic hotels in the country! Shuiyunshan Wild Luxury is definitely the ultimate family-friendly resort in Xinjiang, and the entire experience was impeccable.
Upon check-in, we were greeted with a lovely welcome gift of fresh fruit and nuts. The views and ambiance were absolutely stunning. In the afternoon, we enjoyed afternoon tea in the outdoor sunlit seating area, with panoramic views of snow-capped mountains and spruce trees – incredibly therapeutic.
What truly stood out was the exceptionally warm service from everyone. The staff were incredibly enthusiastic and attentive, and they even offered to wash our self-driving car for free. The outdoor activities were abundant and fun: we rode horses across the grasslands, fed adorable fluffy lambs, and saw lively marmots everywhere along the way. The kids were cheering non-stop throughout! And the three dogs – Oreo, Pipi, and Chocolate – were super cuddly and loved interacting with us.
The evening bonfire party was full of atmosphere, with adults and children sitting around, laughing and chatting. The mountain wilderness romance was truly maximized. Facilities, scenery, service, and family-friendly experiences were all top-notch. It's our first choice for traveling with kids and has already made it onto our 'revisit' list!
