Really great hotel! It’s a little bit difficult to find by yourself, because to enter die hotel you have to go through a store that looks like a travel agency, go to the elevator and press “13”. It’s a little bit confusing if you can’t read Chinese signs but the staff of the agency was really helpful and I was able to find it. The hotel room itself is really great, new design and very clean, it has everything that you can imagine. The hotel is right behind the railway station for Tianmen mountain, so it is a perfect location for visiting it. The friendly staff of the hotel even prepared some little gifts for me (it was mooncake festival time). If I will ever come back to Zhangjiajie, I will definitely book again! 😊

I picked the best hotel to spend a night in Furong Town! It was perfectly located in the center of the Ancient Town, so it was easy to walk everywhere. The room was cozy and had everything I needed. I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with a fabulous view of the river. The owners are incredibly friendly and communicated with me through WeChat to answer any questions I had about the city. They provided a schedule of events, map, etc. They also arranged a taxi for me to the train station and gave me a kind gift at checkout. I felt very safe and welcomed as a solo traveler. I would highly recommend this hotel for your stay!

I recently stayed at this amazing hotel that made my experience with my newborn truly special. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, helping me with my luggage and even offering to help with any extra requests. The facilities were clean and comfortable, making it easy for us to settle in with our little one. The hotel also had a lovely atmosphere, which made our stay relaxing. The city view is impeccable! I was particularly impressed by how accommodating they were, allowing us to enjoy our time without any stress. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to any new parents looking for a friendly and supportive environment. They truly made our stay memorable!

I took a long time researching and almost booked 2 other Instagram popular Minsu only to cancel and take this one instead. I am glad I did because this Minsu has the best view in whole of Furong Town! Many people make the mistake of wanting to stay right and close by the waterfall but the beauty of Furong Town is the wide landscape view of its ancient grounds and gorgeous waterfalls. As such, a view from a certain distance will be the most ideal and the most perfect. We simply love this accommodation! This Minsu is located by the entrance of the Furong Ancient Town. As you start your exploration into the town, you will be taken along multiple paths that will eventually lead you to the waterfall, as you walk through the trail and enjoy the waterfalls. Continue down and hike up into the cliff side steps until you see signages that point towards an exit. You will see some structures that is half built- walk up and then walk straight out and a left turn and you find yourself right back at the Minsu! The location is simply brillant ! We stayed in the 2 bedder suite and had such a wonderful time in the room enjoying the comfortable beds and the great view, we found ourselves lounging indoors most of the time only venturing for a bit outside when the weather was cooler. We will definitely recommend anyone to come and stay in this Minsu. Be sure to also have your dinner there , the food is good and views even better! You will not regret! The Minsu provides to and fro from the railway station , please add them in WeChat and arrange! They are very friendly !

We loved our stay at Eryatou Inn. The staff at the facility, especially 蔡蔡 （Tsai Tsai), are very welcoming and open to help you with any questions/concerns you have with your stay. Tsai Tsai went above and beyond - she helped us ship out a box, watched our belongings, taught us how to order waimai (take outs), and helped us order our train tickets to our next stop. The inn is at an excellent location - only 5min walk from the park East gate. Right outside the inn, there is a small night market, with lots of other restaurants/stalls and massage spots in the vicinity. Also, there’s no need to fret prior to the trip, because the ladies at the inn are ready to show you upon your arrival the best routes for the park. They have discounted prices for the park, Grand Canyon, Baofeng Lake, etc. Really wished we had known this prior to the trip!!! Will definitely miss this friendly spot and highly highly highly recommend to everyone for their stay at Wulingyuan!

The hotel is in a prime location, just next to the station for Tianmen Mountain. I greatly enjoyed my stay, but the only downside was that the staff did not call a taxi for me. This was not a big issue as there is a bus close-by that runs to the airport. Otherwise the staff was really friendly and even treated me with a small desert at check-in. I would stay here again. :)

I live in a high-rise building in Building C. There is a night market downstairs, which is quite noisy, but it gets quiet after 11 o'clock. It's not a big problem. The room is large, cost-effective, and you can do self-service laundry. The boss can help buy discount tickets and enthusiastically recommend routes. There is a 15 yuan breakfast buffet downstairs.

The location is right on Wuyi Square. Just go down to the street we can find so many street food stores and shopping areas. The Wuyi Square metro station is in front of the building. It’s very easy to go to anywhere. The staff have a very good service mind.

This hotel was in the PERFECT location in Changsha, walking distance from many scenic spots and very close to metro stations. It took less than 30min in a DiDi to get from Changsha South Railway Station. The rooms are elegant and modern in their presentation, with all of the amenities you would need. The shower pressure and temperature are strong and consistent. I highly recommend this hotel and will certainly be staying there again on my next trip to Changsha!!!!

Have you ever enter the hotel with luggage in a hot day and being presented with ice cream? I am really sorry that you didn’t. Here is the hotel where you can experience it. And not only this makes it best! The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but this town is tiny which makes tranquility here an advantage. We had a room with mountain view and balcony. The view were nice, the room were spacious and convenient with large bathroom, bathtube at the balcony (why not) and nice “Chinese” styled furniture. Every day they refreshed our water supply with two bottles of it. The owner or host were really nice and helpful. Although he didn’t speak English he made a great effort to help using translator. He booked for us most of the tickets to attractions, organized the transfer to the airport and helped us to plan the route inside parks. The breakfast has only one option, but the view from the terrace where it was served and the food itself were amazing. Highly recommended. Worth every penny and more.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the Tianmenshan Cableway, and it was an excellent choice for anyone planning to explore Tianmen Mountain. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the cable car station, making it easy to start your adventure without any hassle. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and offers stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were well-appointed with comfortable beds, great amenities, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. I also appreciated the hearty breakfast options, perfect for fueling up before a day of hiking or sightseeing. In all, this hotel offers great value for its location, comfort, and service. If you're visiting Tianmen Mountain, I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing and convenient experience.

What was good about Molin Fengshang Hotel were its locations (next to ticketing office for TianMen Shan attractions, quite a number of eateries, the room was very clean & spacious. What need improvement are (1)The building is shared by many others hotels (each occupying different floors). Only two of three lifts operating and the 2x lift unable to cope with the demands. Which means long wait for everyone using the lift. (2)The entrance to the hotel is shared by a tour agency, thus unable to distinguish hotel customers & tour patrons. Place look messy. Unable to feel the atmosphere of a hotel (not much encounter with the reception staff which is unlike other hotel establishment). Hotel staff did not engage in small talk to assist newly arrived tourist with local attractions, eateries and matters regarding check-in/check-out. (3)Didi vehicle only allowed to stopped at road side about 10-15 meters from hotel building and not allowed to enter the car park compound/car parks (not in front of the hotel building). This make unloading of luggage's cumbersome, pushing trolly bags on car park. On my checkout days, i have to stand at the road side (& it was raining that morning) to wait for the Didi vehicle. They unable to enter hotel compound and also not so sure where is Molin Fengshang Hotel.

10/10.5star room quality, auto flush toilet, AI lighting. Location is just 5 min walk to Wulingyuan entrance gate..Receptionist help us plan our 3-day exploration of ZJJ scenic park. She booked all tickets with our passport. . Only facial scanning at all entry point. For TianMen Shan, pick up ticket at station. Roof top gives a bird eye view of Wulingyuan. Night time, street in front of hotel becomes a food street. Cheap and good breakfast 2 doors away.

The hotel is located in the bustling commercial center of the city center. The fourth floor downstairs is full of food stores. The starting price of a taxi from Tianmenshan Station is 80 yuan. The hotel just opened this year. The room has no smell. I originally stayed for one day and extended it for two days. The breakfast is average. The only regret is that the hotel has only one elevator, and the waiting time is long because the guest rooms are above the 18th floor.

The service was great here and having breakfast in the terrace outside was so cute. They look after you really well and can help drive you to nearby restaurants or to Zhangjiajie National Park South entrance. The bathtub was leaking so we had to use a plastic bath sheet. There are buildings at the bottom of the valley in the view but if you lay down in bed/look at the mountains from a different angle, you can’t see them.

Lovely attentive and friendly staff, quiet hotel in busy tourist area with many restaurants all around. Very clean and fresh accommodation. Was fortunate to get a balcony room. Second level reception very clean and welcoming with tables and chairs to relax and grab a complementary tea freshly brewed. . Great staff, super clean. Highly recommend to westerners as well.

Stayed again and had a great experience in this hotel. You can wash and dry clothes for free. The room is very big and the bed is very soft and comfortable. The bathroom is very clean. The front desk staff has a very good attitude. The location is very convenient. It is right next to the train station. It only takes a minute to walk from the station. It’s right next to the hotel, but if you want to eat delicious food late at night, you don’t have to worry about not being able to find it. It’s very convenient to take the subway, train or high-speed rail. You can get there in 1-2 minutes on foot.

One positive the shuttle to the hotel, was very easy. Just old. The hotel room was large but the air did not work. The room temperature stayed at 28 degrees, on a hot humid summer night. The front desk employee was a young man, for some reason he did not speak one word to me. Not even a hello. When I left the room, I saw toenail clippings on the carpet. Allll that being said. It was an okay stay for close to the airport the biggest issue was the air.

The service of the front desk lady is really good. The auntie cleans the room very cleanly. The room facilities are also complete. The surrounding environment is really good. There are several shopping malls nearby. It is also close to the No. 2 and No. 6 subway stations. It is very convenient to go anywhere. I will stay here next time

Chose this hotel as we had to take an early train to Zhangjiajie the following morning. Young lady at concierge was very helpful, she helped us with ordering food delivery and other enquiries. Breakfast spread was small but good enough. We checked in past midnight. When we entered the room, it was extremely hot and stuffy. The aircon took a long time to kick in, so much that we thought it wasn't working. As a result, we couldn't sleep well.

My friends and I stayed for 2 nights and it was better than what we expected! We booked 2 rooms with 2 individual rooms each and only saw some pictures from trip.com, and they looked exactly the same in real life. The staff there was really really friendly and helpful since we arrived, which is nice because we are foreigners and two of my friends couldn't speak Chinese. They offer you free tea whenever you want and a chill out area in the lobby, where you can have breakfast, have tea, etc. The rooms were comfortable and very clean, I have nothing to complain about, to be honest. We didn't do any research about the area, but everything turned out quite good. The historical area is full of small local shops and bars that you will 100% fall in love with, so don't worry about being a bit far from the city crowd. All in all, I'd stay again there if I go back to Changsha, the relation price/quality is perfect. Grateful for finding this place and if anyone from the hotel is reading this, thanks for the snacks you gave us before leaving! ＜3

The room is really cost-effective. I came here with my family. The boss sent me a video of the room. I decided to place an order after watching it. When I arrived, I found that it was very close to the high-speed rail station and subway station. It only took a few hundred meters to walk. The room video is also the same as the real thing, and the store owner is very enthusiastic and very satisfied. They upgraded my room and discounted the price difference of the house. There are not many conscientious businesses like this. I hope more people will choose their home. Good attitude and good service. I hope your business is prosperous!

I choose this hotel based on previous reviews and they couldn’t have been more precise! I think this hotel is #1 if you want to have THE BEST view of waterfall (book on Floor 3 or 4) The staff was amazing picked us up and dropped us off to and from the train station and helped us with our bags. Breakfast was just as explained hard boiled eggs and a local bread. I’m a coffee drinker but I guess it’s not a thing here in China so don’t expect your morning coffee with bacon eggs and toast. I’m a picky eater had I known I would have brought snacks to enjoy the view of the fall from my room (it was amazing) room SUPER CLEAN! All staff SUPER NICE and they try to communicate through WeChat or translate. I would defiantly stay here again!

This hotel is in the middle of the city and has great view from room (hotel is above waterfall, so no waterfall view). It has a great room, service with an affordable price. Owner contacts us before arrival date for an appointment to pick up at train station. They help us buy ticket to enter the city and also call a taxi for us on checkout date.

The owner was so kind to pick us up at the main entrance and escorted us and brought our luggage to the hotel. Hotel was small but cozy, and we were amazed by the spectacular view of the river and mountain background from the balcony. This place is so unique, like painting in chinese literature. At night, you can hear modern music and I like the euphoria of people singing and talking to each other up till midnight. It is such a wonderful experience staying the night in here.

Very beautiful place to stay with river view. The two guys at the counter were very helpful with our luggage and arranged transportation for us even though we had an early train to catch. Overall nice experience 🔥

Stayed one night and highly recommend. Hotel came and picked us up from the railway station and dropped us back. Booked the panorama room which had good views. Hotel is not overlooking “the waterfall” but has a nice view of the water and town before the waterfall. Got beers from the fridge next door and sat on the balcony and watched the town at night. Location is within the town and need to pay to enter the scenic town but staff will help. Staff speak English and via Wechat and happy to help! Highly recommend this hotel and thank you for looking after us. We got breakfast at their restaurant, steamed buns and soup and was the best tasting breakfast so far! Thank you

Our stay here was good. The girl at reception is very kind and always wants to help, and even gave us a lift to the train station when we left, but you need to ask in advance. The hotel is right next to the scenic area of Furong. Our balcony and room were beautiful- but our mosquito net was broken so the room got very damp. Also there was some mould on the curtain in the bathroom and the chair on the balcony. The breakfast was free and very nice, although the kitchen it is cooked in looks a bit unclean which put me off. There was free snacks but no free water which we have experienced everywhere else in China. It looks beautiful at night. I wish it was cleaner.

Cozy clean room with nice view. Near Feng Bridge, Octagon Tower. 12mins walk from QiFeng Square Bus Terminal. Just right beside if the river so that the view is so great. Room is clean with amenities like mugs and disposable slippers, tooth brush, comb and even shaver. Receptionist was so friendly and helpful. Provided town map for me and suggested the places to visit. Free postal card as well. Night time opposite has bar and live band. A but noisy but the view in the midnight still very pretty. Morning view is nice too while still not much tourists. The balcony is really comfortable to stay. Listening the river flow, drink a cup of tea or coffee and just relax at the balcony. Worth to stay as I get tired of city life.

Excellent!! Probably the best stay during our trip to China! The hosts are very sweet and helpful. The room was clean, tidy with a beautiful view. It’s located 15 minutes away from the very touristic area but there are still a lot of restaurants around! The owners of the hotel suggested two restaurants close by that served delicious food (see pictures). The owner helped us call a taxi back to the train station which costed 40rmb. Highly highly recommended!!! 😍
