4-Star Hotels in Lower Silesian, Poland

Very modern and comfortable hotel in the heart of things. The only issue with this hotel is their strict check in time, which results in a 30-people queue at 3 PM. We know that housekeeping didn't magically finish cleaning 30 rooms right at 3 and not a minute before... Breakfast is good but the buffet is crammed into one area, making it crowded. Nonetheless, very much recommended due to the superb location and quality rooms.

The hotel was conveniently located right in front of the train station, and it was great that major tourist attractions were within walking distance. This has been the best hotel I've stayed at during my European travels so far. I loved that the room was spacious and had air conditioning (with adjustable temperature) and a refrigerator. There was also an elevator, and it was fantastic to have free access to the gym and sauna. Plus, the complimentary 'chocolate time' was a wonderful touch! The staff's attitude and service were also excellent. The only minor drawback was that the water pressure was a bit weak, so I hope that can be improved. It's truly a superb hotel. I'd love to stay here again! 👍

The room was nice, small but compact. TV was mainly Polish channels, but CNN and Euro News was available. Shower wasn't brilliant (poor head of pressure). Lack of facilities as you enter Lobby - save for a couple of seats in reception, the only other area was the bar which was open at restricted days/hours. Expected room to be cleaned daily, however, this has to be requested. Tea/Coffee very limited,basic - no coffee machine. Wardrobe had few hangers, but rest of room did have enough drawers and places to pop things on. Ordered Taxi at reception 'special taxi' @ 80 Zloty, only to find the Taxi driver wanted 130 Zloty at airport arrival. Clearly this was a bad mistake by the hotel and left us a little stressed, though in the end git charged 80 Zloty. I would put the overall experience as 3 to 3.1/2 rather than a 4*

The hotel is in a really good place, the room was nice. Overall we are happy with your stay, the only minus is that it was a little cold, even after setting the temperature to the highest.

Ich bin restlos begeistert! Dieses Hotel hat meine Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern bei weitem übertroffen. Vom ersten Moment an war alles perfekt – der herzliche Empfang an der Rezeption, das stilvolle Ambiente und der makellose Service haben meinen Aufenthalt zu einem echten Erlebnis gemacht. Das Zimmer war geräumig, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Sauberkeit und der traumhafte Ausblick vom Fenster aus. Auch das Bett war außergewöhnlich bequem – ich habe selten so gut geschlafen! Was dieses Hotel aber wirklich außergewöhnlich macht, ist das Personal: aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und immer mit einem Lächeln. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen – ob für einen Kurzurlaub, eine Geschäftsreise oder einen längeren Aufenthalt. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment-hotel. It’s located right in the heart of the market square, making it perfect for exploring the area. Despite being in such a central location, it was very quiet at night and I was able to sleep well. The apartment itself is modern, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean. I was especially glad to have a washing machine available, which made my stay much more convenient. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and great location!

Excellent location (very close to town center), ideal as a starting for for town trips. The place is not a modern (glass and brick) hotel, it is located in an old-style building, old-fashioned, but if you spend time out in town, it does not matter. No air conditioning so it could matter if you get to visit the place during hot summer. There are pubs nearby so (I guess) it could get noisy (I guess as I did not experience this during my stay).

The hotel's location is great, offering a quiet retreat not far from the bar street, and the city center is within walking distance. There's also a supermarket nearby. The mini-fridge in my room wasn't working, but the staff were quick to respond and replaced it with a new one by the next morning.

The hotel's location is excellent, perfectly situated between the main train station and the old town, making transportation incredibly convenient. Major bus routes stop right by the hotel, providing easy access to anywhere in the city. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and provided attentive service, making us feel right at home. The hotel breakfast exceeded our expectations; whether it was the cold dishes, hot food, drinks, desserts, or fruits, the quality was outstanding, and the variety was extensive enough to satisfy all guests. The guest rooms were well-equipped, clean, and tidy overall, with spacious and bright bathrooms. The only minor drawback was the low water pressure in the shower, which I hope the hotel will improve. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Great hotel, clean room and nice shower, coffee dispenser, comfortable bed and pillows and a really nice view of the river. Very close proximity to the town, just 5-6 min walk in a quiet place. Negatives are they need a deposit of 500 PLN, a bit too much and the area around is a bit deteriorated or there are road works around.
