I stayed for two days in a row and went there on my birthday, but there was no discount. Forget it, my husband and I went out to pick up the kids. When we came back, we changed to a standard room and made it clear to the waiter that the meals we bought were still in the original room. I helped bring it to the room I changed to, but when I came back, the waiter kept cursing and said that there was no food in the room at all. I want to ask if you can see the cake and bring it to me. You can't see the food in such a big lunch box? It took me an hour to find it and send it to me. So the question is, how big is your room? How many waiters are there for one dish? Have you been searching for an hour? What the hell? Did the ghost take it? Take it back again? I'm really speechless. The waiter's attitude is not good, as if it's our fault. Bad reviews. Also, the room is so cold and not warm at all. The air conditioner is turned on day and night and it's not very hot. Let's renovate it...

設施：超新 衞生：非常乾淨 環境：很棒 服務：超出預期的服務 本來定的商務大床 沒有了給了我一個超大套房 我覺得一個住太浪費又有點害怕 又給我換了標間！還有下午茶和宵夜可以吃！ 後來我回房間還發現了送的飲品和泡腳水🥹 簡直是超值服務了！！ 這樣的酒店 我必須要來認真好評一番！ 下次去銀川出差 還會選擇的！
