"I visited the Guo'en Temple in Xinxing with my parents and stayed at this hotel. The location is excellent, the hotel is brand new, and the service is top-notch. Two private hot spring pools: The hot springs on the first basement floor are unique, and the evening shift attendant was incredibly kind. General Manager Huang is young, beautiful, capable, and has a warm, welcoming smile that made me feel right at home. She truly inspires customer loyalty! It's impressive how well she manages the hotel, born in '94, being authoritative with staff and empathetic with guests. I will definitely be back to hopefully meet her again. The front desk staff, especially Leah, was also great; she offered us a welcome drink. At breakfast, I was surprised by a sour tea, but the waitress patiently explained it to me – it was super helpful! Overall, the service was excellent!"

"This trip with my family was made so much easier and more pleasant by the hotel arranging a private car to pick us up from Xinxing South Station. It saved us a lot of time! The hotel itself is high-end and stylish. The front desk attendant proactively gave my child some candy, which made them very happy, and even offered us disposable children's slippers and toothpaste. The service was thoughtful and attentive – truly wonderful."

"It’s our second stay in this hotel, we highly recommend it! Everyone, from the front desk to the housekeeping, breakfast restaurant are so polite, welcoming and willing to help! The staff at the hot springs are always offering tea and checking if we need anything else. The vegetarian restaurant was a nice surprise with good options. The Chinese restaurant was our favourite. Huge portions, delicious food, surprisingly affordable for the quality. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable! All the hotel is very clean, has beautiful surroundings, its architecture is beautiful. Every detail was thought throughout. They provide clothes, slippers, robes, even hair ties for us to feel comfortable in the hot springs. We really enjoyed it and will be back! Again :))) Could not recommend more!!!"

"This is my first time staying in a hotel in Xi'an. This time is really unforgettable. After checking in, the room was on the 8th floor. When I entered, I found a large puddle of water on the bathroom floor. It should be caused by the running water of the toilet. Then I called the front desk and asked to change rooms, and they were changed. Moreover, this room was facing a hospital, which made me feel really uncomfortable. I asked the front desk to change the odd number for me, and the front desk changed me to a room with an odd number on the 9th floor. At that time, I felt that the service was satisfactory. The problem arose after I moved into the 9th floor. The air conditioner was not working. At first I didn't feel bad when I opened the window. I thought I wouldn't be able to use the air conditioner. But when I went to bed at night and closed the curtains, I felt very hot and stuffy, so I called Give it to the waiter at the front desk. After the waiter came to see it, he said he would change your room. Oh my God, I had to change rooms three times in total, and the third one was normal. There is also breakfast. You don’t want to eat it. There are so few varieties and it feels very stale. Maybe it’s because there aren’t many guests staying. To be honest, staying in this hotel in Xinxing County for 350 yuan is really bad. The performance is so poor! ! ! ! ! I will never stay at a hotel in Xi'an again!"

There are souvenirs for sale in the lobby, as well as brand name toiletries. I personally don't like staying in stand-alone hotels because there is no guarantee or sense of security."

"During the National Day holiday, I accompanied my elders to the Sixth Patriarch Temple to worship Buddha. Our family of five chose a nearby guesthouse, and we were pleasantly surprised to find Pu She. It's a detached house with different room types on different floors. We chose a three-bedroom room on the second floor. Although it's a walk-up building, the stairs aren't high, so it wasn't difficult for the elders. The manager even offered to help us carry our luggage up and gave us a breakfast voucher. The room had two bedrooms and a bathroom; all were quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with all necessary toiletries. It's very conveniently located only about a 15-minute drive from Guo En Temple. Grateful to have had a peaceful night's sleep here 🙏🏻"
