MM266079****Self-driving travel is the most afraid of parking difficulties. This hotel directly solved my worries. There is an exclusive parking lot behind the hotel, which is convenient! The service is warm from beginning to end. The smile of the front desk lady is very kind. The check-in is fast and neat. I heard that we came to travel. We also recommended local food and attractions. We recommended us to go to the hot springs. The price is really good. The room was hygienic and didn't have to be said, very clean and very comfortable.

Its core charm lies in the immersive presentation of Zen culture. The main Zen theme two-bedroom room, the space design is simple and elegant, and the wooden furniture is paired with freehand paintings, creating a quiet atmosphere of ”stuck in the human environment, without car and horse noise”. The large landscape bay window is equipped with Zen coffee table, and you can enjoy the window in the morning and watch the green courtyard. At night, you can look at the moon by the railing and realize the clearness of Zen, so that the rest itself becomes a kind of practice.

The hotel environment is very good, the room is very clean, the pool is large and comfortable. At first, I thought that two pools of hot spring water might not be enough for a day. Later, I found that I was worried too much. There was still a lot of room left in two days.
The service attitude is very good. Although there are not many types of breakfast in the hotel, there are some, the taste is OK, and the vegetarian dishes are quite delicious. At the front desk, you can also get some fish food for free to feed the carp. The children can be happy to feed the fish.

GGuest UserThe room decoration is a bit old, and there is a musty smell when entering the room. The room reservation shows that the fruit is not delivered. There was a traffic jam on the evening of April 30th, and we checked in after 10 o'clock. We could only soak in the hot spring the next day. It rained all morning the next day, so we could only stay in the room. Since we were here, we had to soak in the hot spring. We checked out at 11:50 and wanted to soak in the hot spring, but we were told that we only had a few minutes, and we couldn't change our cards, and we couldn't enter the hot spring area to soak in the hot spring. There was no humanized service at all, which was too bad. If I checked out after 12 o'clock, I would have no problem saying that I was responsible. It was noon, and the May Day crowd hadn't arrived yet. We had to go to eat after soaking for 1 hour. A family of 4 spent 1,600 for two rooms, but they couldn't meet our small request. We were so disappointed.
