Definitely a 5 star experience
From the moment we arrived at the Hotel entrance, we were greeted by smiling staff ready to take our luggage and opening our car doors.
Our room was already set to a comfortable temperature and smelling of beautiful scent from the essential oils burning as we entered.
There were also a variety of fresh fruit and cookies on the table with a hand written note welcoming us to the hotel.
Without going into more details, this basically set the tone of our entire stay, which is outstanding !!
No need to mention that the food at the restaurants were great, and all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

衝著這間藏在大山裡的民宿來的雲浮，真的太讚了，喜歡大自然的一定不能錯過，雖然價格對於民宿來説不算便宜，但個人覺得非常值得，民宿裏的餐廳也好好吃，真正農家雞蛋和雞，雞蛋都能吃到泥土的味道，五指毛桃浸雞也好吃，湯很清甜。
設施：因為在大山裡，難免會有些蚊蟲，商家很貼心備好電蚊香，吹風機，多功能充電器，茶葉，還貼心的準備了一次性馬桶墊，各種需要用到的設施都有，電視也有很多電影可以看。
衞生：房間很乾凈，舒服温馨，比我住很多五星級酒店都好。
環境：環境就不用説了，房間裏的小花園私湯池簡直是絕了，商家還備了茶壺和茶杯，一邊泡着茶喝一邊泡温泉不要太爽。泡完私湯去了樓頂的泳池，曬着太陽，吹着山風，雖然泳池比較小，但是拍照完全足夠了，躺着曬太陽發呆很舒服。
服務：前台的小哥哥們服務也很好，由於沒有開車過來，小地方也比較偏僻，下山玩的時候晚上沒有司機願意搭我們上山，前台哥哥特地開車下來接我們，走的時候還很貼心問要不要把我們送下山，瓶裝水喝完也能免費續。看到民宿裏還能圍爐煮茶，由於時間比較緊迫沒能體驗。
個人建議最好開車來，如果想要泡公共温泉就得下山去別的地方，很好的一次體驗，留點遺憾，下次繼續來。

National Day brought children to vacation, I really like the parent-child room. The reservation is not a water-friendly room on the first floor, but there is a passageway next to each villa. You can open it with your room card, which is very convenient. It is still a bit cold to play in the water in autumn. After playing in the water, go to the hot spring area to warm up. The ticket for the small train and Lujing Manor was sent. The manor is quite small but can be intimate with the sika deer. The child likes it very much. I will have time to brush it again in the future.

The hotel is located in a place surrounded by farms. There are plenty of parking spaces. The security guards are warm and courteous, and they will take the initiative to say hello to the guests. But as soon as you enter the lobby, you have a different attitude. The indifference of the waiters at the front desk can be felt through the masks. I booked a deposit-free room on Ctrip, but the receptionist didn't listen to my explanation and just charged a deposit. Well, it’s okay to just accept it, I just think you don’t give Ctrip face.
When I got to the room, I knew that the previous tenant was a smoker, and his ash was still there.
When I wake up in the morning and open the balcony door, what blows my face is not the breeze, but the smell of animal feces, which is very strong! That smell has permeated every corner of the outdoor, and you can smell it all the way to the restaurant. The breakfast is good, but please don't choose the outdoor table lightly, there is a table next to me where the beauties were smoked away.
The waiters in the hot spring are still warm and polite, and will take the initiative to ask if you need tea? What's even more surprising is that there is a dry sauna in the hot spring! However, it would be less embarrassing if the locker room and the hot spring were connected together. It would be great if there were enough towels in the hot spring, and it would be great if the free fruits could be replenished in time. Reminder: Don’t choose to go to the hot springs at night if you can go to the hot springs in the morning, the water quality is two different things.

The overall accommodation experience was good, the hygiene was OK, and there were many facilities suitable for children to play. The children had a lot of fun. The Cantonese buffet breakfast was OK, but it was basically the same every day; the most memorable thing was that the housekeeper's service was very considerate, which deserves a thumbs up.

GGuest UserIt feels very good. I live in the drunk moon room. Like the picture, I like it very much. Occasionally, it’s like filtering my own feeling away from the hustle and bustle. Although I missed the lotus season, I also like this kind of comfort. It’s very quiet at night. Listening to the sounds of the small animals, I felt like I was a child when I fell asleep. When we left, the young lady also sent us local products, which are crops on the farm. I really like this simple feeling.

BBolizunS環境不錯與宣傳視頻一樣。早餐品種不太多但品質很好。服務員都有禮貌。入住去負一有8個池泡剛好預到換水很不錯。（生薑，牛奶。當歸。桂花。。。）有幾個不記得名字了。有幹，濕蒸和石床。幹蒸的星空頂好看。石床沒開。旁邊有紅茶和羅漢果水喝。唯一就是房間裏的衞生間反味。真的太難聞了。還好我定的是複式房。夠大。關起門沒什麼味，但去洗手間就能聞到。希望儘早整改。五樓還有三個池一般晚上開。玩得很開心。二層兩張1.5米並在一起孩子怎麼睡都行。旁邊有個功能房可以打麻將。一樓大床房的床還是軟了點，對於睡慣硬床的我不怎麼習慣。整體來説還是不錯的。
