Booked a set meal for two nights with dinner, the dinner ingredients are quite rich, but the dishes for two days are exactly the same. The butler's service is still very good, the reply is very fast, the slippers and mosquito coils are very fast, and the housekeeper can solve the problem quickly. This is good. The hotel occupies a large area and has a beautiful environment. You can take a walk.

What I like most is that the hotel is surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the air is very fresh, which is very suitable for relaxing during a short vacation. The only drawback is that there are too few restaurants for dinner, and there are too many people at the breakfast buffet, which is acceptable if you don't have any requirements for food.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Clean and hygienic. The breakfast is also rich. Although it is not a garden view room, it is not noisy. The hotel is not far from the hot springs. But Zen Town is not a holiday and it is very deserted.

The hotel boasts a great location, just a five-minute walk from Guoen Temple. The bedding was quite comfortable, and the room provided Elephant Nest mineral water for making tea, along with tea leaves produced in Elephant Nest – a definite plus. Due to a communication issue between the front desk and the linen staff, my room wasn't cleaned when I swiped my card to enter at 1 PM. Luckily, two people came quickly and cleaned it up, and it was done in no time. Kudos to that lady! 👍 Overall, it was a good hotel.
