Booked a set meal for two nights with dinner, the dinner ingredients are quite rich, but the dishes for two days are exactly the same. The butler's service is still very good, the reply is very fast, the slippers and mosquito coils are very fast, and the housekeeper can solve the problem quickly. This is good. The hotel occupies a large area and has a beautiful environment. You can take a walk.

The service is thoughtful. We arrived at the restaurant a little late on the day of check-in and they waited for us to eat. We booked a deluxe one-bedroom suite with two beds. The living room wasn't large, but the amenities were quite complete. Some mattresses sank a bit in the middle, making them uncomfortable. The hotel was nice and clean. The service, both in the restaurant and the hotel, was excellent overall. Yunquan Valley doesn't have many hot springs, but there is a swimming pool. The hot springs are refreshing and comfortable, but you have to collect the water yourself; there are no waiters to bring it to the poolside. The view from the mountainside is pleasant and the air is fresh. The hotel offers a free cable car ride, which takes you to several scenic spots at the top of the mountain for photo opportunities. The scenery is beautiful, with mountains and water, offering a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. In addition to hot springs and swimming, there's also a children's water park. The entire ecological park is pleasant and not tiring to walk around. It's a great place for fun, leisure, and recuperation. I highly recommend it. The Xiangwo tea is delicious and fragrant. Each room comes with two bottles and a large 3L bottle of Xiangwo mountain spring water, which is sweet and refreshing. The tea-flavored chicken is also excellent!

The hotel is clean and hygienic, the service attitude is very good, the restaurant downstairs is also affordable, three meals can be solved in the hotel, close to the hot spring, about five minutes walk to reach.

The hotel boasts a great location, just a five-minute walk from Guoen Temple. The bedding was quite comfortable, and the room provided Elephant Nest mineral water for making tea, along with tea leaves produced in Elephant Nest – a definite plus. Due to a communication issue between the front desk and the linen staff, my room wasn't cleaned when I swiped my card to enter at 1 PM. Luckily, two people came quickly and cleaned it up, and it was done in no time. Kudos to that lady! 👍 Overall, it was a good hotel.
