It's not that the staff are bad people, but there's a general lack of service awareness, and it seems like the management training hasn't kept up. On a positive note, the ramen chef at breakfast was excellent."

"The room was clean and tidy, and the in-room amenities were of good quality. They even provided complimentary drinks and snacks. Both the owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. The guesthouse's location was convenient, making it easy to get to the city's main attractions. It was also very quiet at night, ensuring a good sleep. The only downside was that the loft room on the second floor didn't have a bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient for going up and down."

"It's not far from Wuwei East Railway Station; a taxi ride costs around ten yuan. The courtyard is quite spacious with parking, and there's a Little Red Riding Hood coffee shop inside. There are washing machines and dryers. I stayed for two nights; the two young ladies at the front desk were very polite and welcoming, providing excellent service and even sharing local food information with me. I booked a set meal including beef noodles through Ctrip, which was quite delicious. The room wasn't large, but it was fully equipped, clean, and had a separate shower and toilet area. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Confucius Temple."

"The hotel is great, located in the city center with plenty of restaurants nearby, including breakfast and night markets, which is very convenient. Since we arrived early in the morning by car, the hotel receptionists were incredibly kind and helpful. When there were no parking spaces available, the receptionist personally escorted us to the parking lot across the street, which was very thoughtful. The hotel room was great except for the slightly small bathroom sink! Excellent value for money!"

"As a family of three, we booked this guesthouse because we wanted to visit the Tiantishan Grottoes. The guesthouse is quite well-established and managed, with the staff being incredibly service-oriented and genuinely friendly. For dinner, the owner's father personally grilled lamb skewers for us, which were absolutely delicious! The homemade steamed buns for breakfast the next day also tasted just like home, providing such a comforting start to the day. They provided excellent transfer services, picking us up from Wuwei city center to the guesthouse and then dropping us off at Wuwei Railway Station the following day. The surroundings of the guesthouse are absolutely beautiful, making it highly recommendable. Our trip to Wuwei was truly worthwhile."
